Stayed here start of July. Rooms: Spacious and clean, nice balcony area. Beds a tad hard but had worse. Air con ok, not amazing. Service: on day 1, air-conditioning was not working in our room, receptionist said someone would be out the next day, went back to receptionist and asked again said someone was coming, waited in the room 40 mins no one arrived, by the end of day 2 only was the issue then fixed. Catering staff were friendly and quick to clean and relay tables. Entertainment staff were lovely. Location: in a very quite area, not much to do or see, few shops about a 15 - 20 minute walk away from the resort. Food: food was lovely, no issues, variety, enough choice to have something different each day. Good selection of salads mains and sides. Pool: pool is lovely and refreshing not cold, its a pleasant temperature. Sunbeds go quickly. Entertainment: pool side entertainment through the day, followed by evening entertainment finishes at 10, they could do with perhaps having something on slightly later as once that finishes there's isn't much to do. Overall I would say more 3/5 still had a lovely holiday.

Just returned from a fantastic week at The Hotel Drago. Could fully relax, great rooms with air conditioning, food was good, nice pool. The stand out was the animation team who worked tirelessly to make sure the guests had a great time. An exceptional member of the animation team was Mathias who was outstanding. His energy and enthusiasm is brilliant. From pool side games in the day to evening entertainment, it was a perfect break. We will definitely be returning next year!

What a fantastic stay my family and I had here. From the moment we arrived the staff have been super helpful and go out of their way to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay by being friendly and working hard so visitors can relax. Everything has been thought of for families: kids club, a play area and arcade area as well as entertainment in the disco each night. The grounds and pool are very well maintained with the pool area being cleaned each morning, and the garden areas all look neat and tidy. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Even with two young children it has been relaxing due to the hard work of all the staff ensuring our stay was pleasant.

Very good family experience with all inclusive. Very good facilities, great access to bars - actually there were buffet, snack/pool bar and drink bar where we could watch World Cup. Rooms are equipped with TV so you can watch matches in your room too (in German). Swimming pool without fancy facilities but still very good area for resting. Easy access by car - we rented our car - to Morro Jable and good base for trips to western and northern sides of the island. Plenty of parking spaces around hotel without any charge. If you want to have towel for swimming pool or ocean then you would need to pay deposit 10 Euro per towel, refundable after return at the end of stay - no charge if you need to replace it because your original one became dirty. Definitely we would recommend it for family stay but also couples - everyone would enjoy their time.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not a 4-star place — maybe by local standards, but definitely not by mine. It badly needs refurbishment, and the elevators look like they’re from the mid-90s. We arrived after midnight, around 00:45, and asked for some drinks. Unfortunately, everything had to be paid for, and there was barely any food left. Not even water was available with the late evening meal! I understand charging for alcoholic drinks, but soft drinks or water? This really put me off. The next morning, coffee was another surprise. It’s advertised as all-inclusive, but coffee is only available from an automatic machine. If you want proper coffee, you have to pay extra. Other drinks are also available for an additional charge. I’m not really interested in paying extra for mid-range whisky such as Jack Daniel’s. The cleaner did an OK job, although on two occasions the glasses weren’t cleaned and the bins weren’t emptied, so I had to call reception. The same happened with the body wash and conditioner — I had to contact reception twice. Overall, the hotel is quite noisy. Every movement of a chair or bed in the neighbouring room can wake you up in the evening. The doors also need better seals, as the wind makes quite an annoying noise. Cocktails are very sweet and taste different from bar to bar. The pool bar bartender deserves a big shout-out, though — he served us perfectly every time. Also, the big fella from the entertainment/party area deserves a mention. We spent nearly two weeks here, and without exploring the island and having access to a car, this holiday would not have been enjoyable. The food is quite repetitive, with not a huge choice. However, the soups, stews, desserts and fish were lovely. You could say the food is prepared more for locals, which I actually appreciated. The entertainment was quite good. I believe the staff do what the budget allows them to do. We had one pool party that was fantastic; the rest of the evening entertainment was OK, but nothing spectacular. Overall, I don’t think I can recommend this hotel, and I definitely wouldn’t come back.
