What a peaceful chilled hotel, I loved it! I stayed end of June for a week and had a lovely time. Hotel is so clean, rooms are great, food is fab and the staff are just so lovely. 10 mins walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to Music Square. Couple of minor grumbles, I would have liked a better menu for cocktails even if it wasn’t included in the all inclusive package. A rule for claiming sunbeds in the morning needs to be implemented as you need to get up by 7am to get one for the day. A simple solution is towels cannot be put on the beds u til the pool area has finished being cleaned. That said I would stay again even if the above isn’t implemented. If you want a chilled and peaceful holiday this is the place for you x

Stayed here at the end of April and I will say the hotel is really lovely. The staff were brilliant too especially Petra, Karen and Samba. Rooms were cleaned everyday and a good selection of food in the restaurant. The spa is also a great add on to our stay and has the only warm pool in the resort 😬 It is a short walk into town and the beach with a few shops nearby too which is handy. The only issue we had and why I am only giving four stars is because we weren't made aware that the hotel was closing for a month at the end of our stay. It would have been good to have been made aware by Jet2 or the hotel when we checked in. Guests were leaving and no new guests were checking in. Suddenly the lively hotel became a ghost town and on our last day for breakfast it was only me and my partner in the restaurant for breakfast. The staff were stood around looking bored and lost. The entertainment they had booked were only playing to a couple of people. It all became an uncomfortable, awkward experience. There were even builders turning up and people measuring up. The hotel was literally closing down around us. It would also be nice if there were music playing around the pool area during the day as it would have made it a better atmosphere. Overall we did have a mostly relaxing week and will hopefully revisit to see what the hotel looks like once it has been refurbished.

Our stay at Playa Park Zensation was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and immaculately maintained. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern, stylish spaces that still feel warm and comfortable. The pools were stunning, always clean, and never overly crowded, making it easy to fully unwind. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Whether it was at reception, by the pool, or in the restaurant, the level of service was consistently outstanding. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of high-quality options available. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and catered to different tastes, making every meal something to look forward to. What impressed us most, however, was how the hotel handled the fact that it was closing for construction on the day of our departure. Despite this, they made every possible effort to ensure our stay felt uninterrupted and special right until the very end. We were made to feel like a priority at all times, and their professionalism and care during this period really stood out. We genuinely cannot fault this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. We will definitely be returning in the future

Came for a short break away and this hotel was amazing. The hotel is very clean, modern and amazing looking. The rooms are so spacious and the beds are so comfortable. All the staff here are so welcoming and helpful if you ever need anything. A big shout out to Gino and Borja who are such friendly people and made such an effort to entertain everyone throughout the day, they were brilliant. The food and drink was 10/10 so much choice and different everyday! The entertainment was very good every night there’s a range of activities and live shows with incredible singers. As well as this there is a luxury spa where you can relax and chill out during your stay which was so nice. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the perfect holiday and we cannot wait to return to Playa Park in the future, thank you!!

Me and my partner have just got back from our stay at Playa Park Zensation. Our room was lovely, remade daily (wouldn’t say cleaned, they just remade the bed and changed our towels) and the location was brilliant- we stayed in block 3. Outside of our room was decking leading to a small, quiet “hydrotherapy pool”. I put this in quotations as a hydrotherapy pools are typically warm, however this one was freezing. We were also provided with a table and two chairs, and two sun loungers which was perfect during the day. Around the main pool, there is your usual sunbed war- people reserving beds early. We had access to the rooftop and infinity pool throughout our stay, it was nice and quiet on the rooftop with its own bar- the view was spectacular. I felt that options for dining and drinks was limited- you have one buffet restaurant to cover all bases, and one other restaurant which you can book but there wasn’t much choice for food. Alongside that, you have the pool bar and the sports bar. Drinks at the sports bar stop at 11:30pm and the entertainment finishes at 11:15, so if you’re a younger couple like us you have to make sure you ask for a couple drinks and just bring them up to your room. The entertainment in the sports bar was great, live singers daily singing tunes that everyone can get behind! Outside of the hotel, it was only about a 20 minute walk to the Corralejo strip, and about 15 minutes to the beach which is pretty good for its location. We would come back if it wasn’t for lack of al a carte options or bar options, we are used to there being a lobby bar or at least drinks past 11:30! If you’re an older couple or a family with children, i would recommend this hotel for you.
