The staff are amazing and the pool and main bar two lads were outstanding and so friendly and kind and my husband enjoyed talking about our teams England and theirs Morocco about the players the progression of the teams whilst we were there. Just all the staff so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend this hotel for the location and the hospitality of all the staff.

Went for a week, and glad it was only a week. Arrived at 2100. The reception was very helpful, let us leave our cases in the luggage room to go for something to eat, which closed at 2130. The room was as expected. There was a mini bar and safety deposit box you had to pay for ( no change from anywhere else in the Canary Islands). The clothes driver on the balcony was falling off the wall so when you put clothes on it, it often fell off. The shower door may as well have not been there - very poorly fitted and water was often soaking the bathroom floor. No idea what was on the local TV in the room as it constantly asked for setting up Bluetooth devices and didn't get past there. Considering it was an adult only hotel, the adults made up for it and was often noisy at unsociable hours. There was very little variety in the food. Breakfast was as expected with cereal, cooked breakfast options and pastries. Lunch and Dinner seemed to be the same all the time, but I guess they are just serving what gets eaten. There was a projector in a room showing World Cup Football, but down some stairs. There were quite a few stairs to navigate - TV room, restaurant - so if you can't do stairs then this isn't for you. There was a bar open from 1030 to midnight, although all inclusive finished at 2300, so anything between 2300 and midnight had to be paid for. The cleaning staff liked wetting floors. The public toilets were often very wet, the pool area the same first thing in a morning, and if you went back to your room after the cleaners you had to be careful not to slip due to how wet the floor was. The rules about wet floor signs must be different than in the UK, as there were rarely any wet floor signs in the public areas - they only appeared on the day before we left. Until then, we didn't know they existed. This hotel was what it was. It worked for some people but not for others.

Our recent visit to Hotel Ereza Mar was our 3rd stay and was exellent. The quality and price as very good, deserving of five stars. Good value for money. Food is fresh varied and there is a plentiful selection of things. The staff are professional friendly and work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The whole hotel and especially the rooms are spotlessly clean. The other areas are also kept very clean. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and people relate well to each other. I recommend this hotel to my friends and we will be returning in the future.

Just spent some time at Hotel Ereza Mar and I can't recommend it enough! 🌟 The value for money is unbeatable, and the staff are super professional and efficient. Everything was spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a fantastic variety! 🥐🍳 Definitely coming back!

Stayed here June 2026 as 2 x couples and my mother with limited mobility. Going to start with the Bad for a change as only a couple of things. 1 DO NOT TRY TO MOVE THE SUNBED, you may be shot 2. Do not try to order more than 2 drinks even if with a disabled or limited mobility person. Now for the Good Staff are friendly and attentive, other patrons are generally older and friendly ( even the younger ones). This is an adults only hotel and it shows. Beds are soft but if you need a harder mattress ask reception, took 10 mins for it to be changed. Hotel is very clean and is of a good standard for AI, actually it's probably better than most. Something Unique to this hotel from my experience is that it has a chair lift into the pool for disabled people for that it gets a massive STAR. Stay here and im sure u will not be disappointed. There are bars and a supermarket within 400 meters.
