What a fantastic place! So welcome from the moment you arrive! Loved that its not a traditional welcome desk! Rooms are immaculate! Love the pool area! Pool towels are in your room ready! One thing to note (not a complaint but if you booked with Jet2 you wouldn't be aware of)..this is a complete aparthotel, which means that your towels are not changed in the week (unless you pay for it) & you do not get cleaning/beds made/changed during your stay (this is fine by me but not obvious in Jet2 information). There is no handsoap (well a small bar) but no shower gel, shampoo conditioner that you might expect in a hotel (again fine be me, we'd brought our own) but worth mentioning as some people assume it's there. There is washing up liquid, cloths,dishwasher tablets, tea towel, coffee machines and beautiful plates and cups! Lovely location & open the windows for a beautiful Seaview & breeze. What could be useful is a coat rack downstairs for coats and towels. But the thoughtfulness that has gone into these apartments is fantastic!! (Free pool table, tablefootball, games, blankets etc etc.)An amazing place to stay,Thank you 😊

Amazing apartments, very friendly staff. Well equipped kitchen it has a microwave grill oven combi, dishwasher with a few tablets supplied, dulce gusto coffee machine. Very well located, all restaurants good beaches are about 5-10 minutes walk. I had an issue with some neighbors making a lot of noise, I spoke politely with the reception and they contacted the offenders and the noise had gone well done. A big shout-out to Erica, up my flight was delayed and I gave them a call and Erica kindly stayed late just so that we could check in smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to all. The only suggestions I have for improvement and they are little niggles, we requested late checkout but will only informed in the morning if this was confirmed it would be better if confirmation was given in the evening before. Also in the games room if they had a small selection of books for guests to borrow whilst chilling by the pool that would be amazing.

We stayed here for a week and have had a fantastic holiday. The accommodation was clean and had everything in you needed for a self catering holiday. They even added in a few extras like dishwasher tablets which was a nice touch! There was a hair dryer, iron, pool towels and towels for the week. We stayed in a roof top terrace which had excellent views and was a great way to relax in the afternoon. To access the roof top you do need to use spiral stairs so please bear that in mind - we knew that before we booked and it wasn’t an issue. The pool area was great and the pool heated. The bar area also nice. The restaurants and main area are about a 10 minute walk, you can either walk through the streets are there’s a nice walk around the marina. For us the location was perfect. The service was excellent from start to finish - the what’s app service is great and it was even used to check in to see how we were getting on. Highly recommend

Lovely place to stay, welcome drink on arrival and very helpful staff. Apartments are clean and very well equipped with everything you need and the little added extras were nice, like towels for the sun loungers. Pool area was very nice and a sun trap, bar was not over priced did the best pizzas too. The only downside was the pool bar closed at 6pm but the pool was open till 8pm. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent accomodation with lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds and a fantastic gym, as well as classes for salsa yoga water sports etc. Perfect location if you want to avoid overrated touristy centre full of souvenier shops and un-authentic eateries. Peak seasons this nohotel would be full of families with kids. But there is enough space. This is almost like an apartment let so don't expect daily cleaning or change of towels etc, which is bad for the environment. Above all, all the staff we came in contact with were superb above all stars! Especially, Alvaro, Pablo and Serena. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!
