A very average stay. If you’re after a quiet, by the pool holiday and are fine with average quality accommodation at a cheap price, this is a great hotel choice for you. It’s very remote, the beach is a 20-25 minute walk away and everything we wanted to do was located a €80-€90 round trip away at the port. Our room was fine, but basic. It wasn’t cleaned for two days so we had to request this at reception when we found a cockroach in there. The food choice is good, although the pool bar choices are limited. A fair variety of drinks available throughout the day for the all inclusive drinks which were good and the choice of three pools were decent! Very little/to no entertainment - a lot of the guests said it was a boring place to stay and I agree. I wouldn’t return but if you like dipping in the pool and just reading a book, consider staying. Staff were fairly attentive.

Please believe the reviews when you see the bad ones. I am on my 2nd night here, the cleanliness of this hotel is disgusting. I’ve seen cockroaches running around the breakfast area, my bathroom shower was all filthy up the walls, light switches filthy when touching, hair dryer was dirty around the handle, toilet seat is stained and needs changing! it’s a dated hotel that’s tried to be modernised. I have room and breakfast included and thank goodness I didn’t do all in. The coffee was like water, fruit was un fresh, eggs tasted horrible and like nothing. It does not look like the photos. The only positives is that the outdoor pool area is nice and well kept, the staff are friendly and have acted when I’ve asked for something. Just note this is definitely a budget hotel and does feel a little “ prison” like. I thought this was just a nice hotel on a good deal but clearly this is not the case. I don’t think this should be rated 4 stars, it is more like 2.5. Maybe I just got a bad room as they all seem to look different. Nothing feels clean here!

Stayed here on a solo holiday, within a few hours I’d made about 10 friends for life. The staff are great, always smiling. The food was really good for all inclusive, drinks were great, beer cocktails etc and never more than a 5 minute wait. Entertainment isn’t on every night but when it was on it was really good. Rooms were really good too. I would 10/10 recommend!!

Never again. Short of staff. Rooms not cleaned regularly. Day time only the pool bar is open. If you seat at reception for a relaxing moment and you want a drink you must go from the 3rd floor (reception) to the 1st floor (pool bar) My pick up was at 6pm on a Friday so asked for a late checkout on Monday and was told by Layla (receptionist ) to come to see her on Wednesday. She was off on Wednesday so spoke to the hotel Manager just to be told that wouldn't be possible as they had guests to my room. The Manager asked for my room number four times in a space of one minute while checking the computer for the late checkout availability. Clearly not paying enough attention to what I was telling him. On a Wednesday??? Sure the new guests could have been allocated a different room as the hotel had two days clear. Ruined my last day as I had plans to enjoy most of the day, take a shower by 5pm and be ready for transfer pick up at 6pm. Had to checkout at 11am and seat around for 7 hours. No care for customers, just a cold treatment from reception. Last day before leaving my room I found two massive cockroaches in the toilet as I returned from breakfast. Killed one and the other ran into the bedroom. As I was about to leave the room at 10:30am for the checkout another cockroach dropped into the floor from the air conditioning ventilation. Three cockroaches in total, one killed and two on the run somewhere in the room. Reported it to the receptionist (Layla) during the checkout but she seemed dismissive to the matter. Restaurant, bar and cleaners were friendly. SPA lady who did a massage for me was friendly and professional.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful on arrival, The lobby is clean and a nice chilled area, The bars is great especially the atmosphere at night, The pool was great and enough sunbeds for everyone, However the rooms are basic just what you need but we constantly had to go to reception to ask for fresh towels, We stayed for a week and our room was only cleaned twice, It was our last day and we complained and they came and cleaned our room after cleaning hours very quickly after, However they don’t change the bed sheets just make the bed. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned all the 2 times it was cleaned. The snack bar didn’t look very appealing, the containers they were in looked very dirty, the food wasn’t kept fresh, and they didn’t change out the food for fresh food, Fruit was mouldy. The main restaurant has a great variety of food but i suggest you get your food as soon as the restaurant opens so it’s fresh, After a hour or two they don’t change out the dishes, My fish was cold and the spaghetti was cold every time i had it, The puddings and ice cream didn’t look like they were keeping up with the fresh food, it was all mushy and clearly had been handled by other clients and the staff didn’t change them. The location is great if your wanting somewhere quiet and peaceful, there’s not a lot of bars around at all.
