We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent and the entire atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and luxurious. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to the Noble restaurant for dinner and the Panorama restaurant for breakfast, and both experiences were truly outstanding. The quality, presentation, and service were all on the highest level. If you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend enjoying breakfast and dinner there at least once during your stay. The breakfast and dinner at Emerald were also excellent, with a great variety of delicious food every day. What really made this hotel special was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their kindness and hospitality exceeded all expectations and made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment until the last. We would gladly return again.

Wonderful stay at Elysium Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing and the service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful during our stay. A special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise the cake waiting in our room on my birthday was such a beautiful gesture and made the day even more special. Thank you for a great holiday, we will remember it for a long time! 🩵

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and serviced frequently. We chose to get an elite room and loved the extras you got (a bottle of wine in the fridge at the start of your stay, chocolates on our pillows and a great view of the sea, to name a few!) There was also an elite lounge with free snacks and drinks which was always quite quiet and chilled. The views over the pool (which changes colour with lights in the evening) or over the sea are absolutely beautiful. We found that while there were people about and certain areas for sunbathing filled quicker than others (especially under the trees!) we never struggled to find a spot by the sea or pool and the hotel had quite a chilled atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat (slightly pricey but good quality) and the breakfast included was delicious and varied. We also really enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings! So many things to love about this hotel and would highly recommend to others.

Fabulous Pampering is absolutely amazing here. Beautiful property and excellent guest services. Dining at Emerald restaurant afforded endless food options. Manolis is the service manager and without a doubt a key to keeping people happy and staff organized. We loved him. Our premium sea view room #2117 was newly remodeled. Gorgeous view of the pool, manicured grounds and sea. This resort is definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We live in Dubai so our expectations may be a bit skewed. However, for us, the price to value here doesn’t make sense Up front, service is good. Staff always friendly and helpful when you could find them. Resort fully booked even though shoulder season. Also breakfast wasn’t terrible The bad: Room in serious need of maintenance. Shower scale up, only want worked. Water went all over floor. Bed the usual twins pushed together, but because no grip on the feet, slid apart during the night until resting in the Grand Canyon Queue for breakfast absolute madhouse at 0900 during the only time we went for three days. Parking a confusing drama of where the car was left by valet. If not using valet, limited parking available. The pool area is nice, but really only for families with children Bottom line, if looking for accommodation in the area, boutique hotel much better value if only a couple
