After spending approximately ten days at Elysium Resort & Spa Rhodes, we can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm, friendly, and professional welcome. The reception team was attentive, courteous, patient, and always willing to assist with every request, making us feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. A special thank you goes to the Reception Manager, whose exceptional professionalism, outstanding service, and genuine care made a lasting impression. She handled every request with efficiency, warmth, and a constant smile, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the entire hotel staff. Every department—including the front desk, restaurants, bars, pool staff, housekeeping, and all service personnel—demonstrated outstanding professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that every guest enjoys a perfect vacation. The cleanliness throughout the hotel deserves special recognition. Our room, the public areas, the swimming pool, and all the facilities were maintained to an exceptionally high standard at all times. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were truly remarkable. Breakfast was outstanding, offering an extensive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes every morning. There was an impressive selection to suit every taste, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The restaurant team was highly professional, efficient, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout every breakfast. We would especially like to thank Michael from the Rooftop Restaurant. His exceptional professionalism, outstanding service, warm personality, and attention to every detail made every dining experience truly enjoyable. Michael is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality and is a great asset to the hotel. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. The pool staff was always friendly, courteous, and eager to help, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The bar team also provided excellent service with a smile, making every visit a pleasure. After spending ten wonderful days at the hotel, we can truly appreciate how consistently high the standards are across every department. The attention to detail, outstanding hospitality, and genuine care shown by every member of the staff made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Elysium Resort & Spa Rhodes to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable holiday. We had an overall pleasant stay at the resort, but unfortunately there were some significant issues with our room. Our room was connected to the neighboring room by an interior door instead of a proper wall. As a result, we could hear absolutely everything our neighbors were saying and doing. The sound insulation was extremely poor, and the noise passed through very clearly. We find it quite unreasonable that a connecting door is used in place of adequate soundproofing between rooms. This was particularly unpleasant during several nights and early mornings. On one occasion, I was woken up at 4:00 a.m. by noise from the room next door and was unable to get back to sleep. Another issue was the curtains, which allowed a significant amount of light into the room. Better blackout curtains would greatly improve guests' comfort and sleep quality. We believe these are areas that could be improved to provide a much better experience for future guests. The hotel's location has both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, the beach is excellent and very conveniently located. It is just a short walk from the hotel and feels almost private, making it one of the highlights of our stay. However, the hotel is quite isolated, situated along a road where there are only hotels and resorts nearby. Unless you rent a car, there is very little to do in the surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, but our experience with public transportation was disappointing. On the occasions we wanted to travel to Rhodes Town, the buses either did not arrive at the scheduled times or were already full and did not stop. As a result, we had to rely on taxis for both outbound and return journeys, which is a much more expensive option. Another inconvenience is the lack of access to a proper supermarket. Without a car, guests are limited to the very small mini-markets in and around the hotel, where prices are extremely high and the selection is poor. For example, something as simple as fresh fruit was impossible to find. The hotel's location has both advantages and disadvantages. Given my advanced stage of pregnancy, I was able to relax and rest exceptionally well. The beach was one of the highlights of our holiday. The sun loungers are very comfortable, and the umbrellas provide excellent shade, making it easy to spend long periods by the sea in complete comfort. The food was outstanding, both at the beach bar and at the buffet restaurant. Everything was of exceptionally high quality, with a great variety of options and beautiful presentation. Every meal was a pleasure. The staff were also incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, always willing to help with a smile. Although there are some aspects that could be improved, the positives far outweighed the negatives. We truly enjoyed our holiday and created wonderful memories here. We are certain that we will return in the future.

This was my third stay at this amazing hotel, and every time I enjoy it even more. The service is truly outstanding and among the best I have experienced in hotels around the world. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and inviting. The large pool is beautiful, with plenty of space and seating, and the private beach is a wonderful place to relax. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food. I keep coming back because this hotel consistently exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! 😊

Wonderful stay at Elysium Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing and the service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful during our stay. A special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise the cake waiting in our room on my birthday was such a beautiful gesture and made the day even more special. Thank you for a great holiday, we will remember it for a long time! 🩵

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and room service was very good. The pool was delightful. Good location - far enough away from the airport but close enough to the old town of Rhodes.
