Encore Las Vegas is one of the best properties I have stayed in the US. Checkin process was a breeze thanks to Johny at the front desk. The rooms are very spacious, clean, feel premium and state of the art. Mine had a strip view with great views of the sphere. In particular, I liked that everything was controlled through an IPad including the curtains, lights and all interactions with room service, billing, house keeping etc. Room had 2 TVs, Alexa and well stocked mini bar. Bathroom amenities were great. In room dining and the service related to it was exceptional - food was at the right temperature, came with a full dining table, cutlery etc was appreciated. Casino staff, Valet, front desk, bell desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great interaction. Resort credit is always nice to have and it made our stay extra special.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Encore. The restaurants, decorations, atmosphere, staff, and amenities were all very nice. Our checkin was supposed to be at 3pm but they were able to get us into a room at noon. The smoke from the casino was less overwhelming than other hotels/casinos we visited. It was easy to park in the garage attached to the hotel and the fact that it was free was definitely a plus. However, there are a few qualms we had with our room. The room was good overall but it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped, given the cost. Most of the counter spaces were dusty and the tile in the bathroom didn’t look the cleanest. My allergies went haywire partially to do with the dust. The window in our room was also very dirty making it difficult to capture any pictures of our view. Lastly a small complaint is that the tv in the bathroom was very outdated and the one in the bedroom was old as well. The age of the tv made it finicky to cast anything to it and I wish they had one that was Airplay compatible.

Overall, the experience is fantastic. Everything is great—restaurants, food, bars, and amenities. The music is excellent. If you’re looking for luxury, this is the best choice. We missed the espresso machine and tea kettle in the rooms, but we have a smoking room. We enjoyed Alexa and the automated technology that controls the room light and curtains. There are so many activities available. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, clean, and elegant hotel with a great atmosphere. The bars are excellent, and the restaurant is especially impressive. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options much better than most hotels. The food was outstanding. Truly a 5-star experience.
