We had a wonderful stay at The Signature at MGM Grand Towers in Las Vegas. Overall, the hotel was fantastic in almost every aspect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a calm atmosphere that’s actually rare to find in Las Vegas. It felt like a peaceful retreat just steps away from the energy of the Strip. The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and everything feels upscale without being overly formal. The staff were also excellent—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. From check-in to general assistance around the property, the service level was consistently very good. One important tip for future guests: book directly through the hotel if possible. Some rooms are owned by third-party companies and rented out privately. That’s what happened in our case, and while the room itself was great, we later discovered that standard hotel room service was not available to us. Instead, we had to contact the third-party owner for anything related to the room. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s definitely something worth knowing ahead of time so you get the full hotel service experience. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay in Las Vegas—beautiful rooms, great staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Just make sure to book directly with the hotel to enjoy all the services they offer.

Great Hotel. Large fitness center on both ending towers with lots of machines, not that busy i’d say 5 people at most inside would recommend going around the afternoon to avoid surge, but again not usually busy. Nice place to eat in tower 2, however not much of a selection, I do not recommend the steel cut oats. Connects right to the MGM grand but it’s a lot of walking. Didn’t get room service any of the 5 days I was here, called for towels said they couldn’t get me any since the room did not belong to the hotel. I would recommend being careful booking anything owned by third parties since they don’t give you any room service. Was in the penthouse suite on the 31st floor. Very large and spacious layout with a tub, glass, private toilet, and double sink. Comes with ironing board and coat hangers with a safe. Microwave, stove, all of the above if you want to cook meals in the room. Water fill up station in both gyms. One of the guys also questioned me and wanted to see my card randomly which was extremely odd as I was about to enter the elevator to go to my room. Was a younger guy, he made some remark couldn’t hear it but was something like “haven’t seen you here before” which doesn’t make any sense since it’s a hotel. The Taxi service is very fast here as well as the bell service. Anything in the strip will be a 10-15 minute drive, 30-45 minute walk. Taxi to the strip from here will be around $14-$20

Beautiful rooms nice day. It's kind of nice to be away from the casinos when you're staying somewhere. Felt very waited on. Just a fair warning that there is no self parking you have to valet no matter what but they're very quick. Chicken was easy check out was easy. The view from the balcony was great saw the whole strip. Felt like we were living it up

Top notch experience. In the 35th floor balcony suite. If heights are an issue might not want to go on the deck. Im not too afraid of height but was a bit odd feeling. Beautiful views. Gorgeous hotel an room. Nice to be away from the gambling. Peaceful and relaxing.

We booked a two-room suite. Was expecting two bedrooms with a common sitting area. But they are two hotel rooms sharing am empty small triangle foyer. It works out well too! Each room has its own small but functional kitchen area. A king bed, a foldout bed, a desk and an arm chair. Clean and spacious and with good view. Btw it's call penthouse, but it's not the top floor. There are about ten floors called penthouse, the top one is called uph. Bathroom has a Jacuzzi we ended up using a few times. We had to pay extra $75 to check in earlier but compared to the $$$ we already paid, it's not a bad deal ( only wished it can be complementary!) the service was quite responsive (check in early request and a broken small thing fix request). The swimming pool downstairs is saline which is a pleasant surprise. Good location and also we don't have to walk through smoky casino with our little kids to get outside! Oh valet parking is free. And no extra daily resort fee!
