I would strongly recommend understanding exactly who is managing your room before booking at The Signature at MGM Grand, especially if the reservation is handled by the third-party company Fantastic Stay. Our group of five had a very difficult experience. At check-in, the property could not locate our prepaid reservation, and we spent about two hours in the lobby while Booking.com attempted to contact the management company. There were multiple dropped calls and very little communication during the process. The MGM front desk staff were kind, but they explained that they had limited information and authority because the unit was privately managed. Unfortunately, the problems continued after check-in. Our unit had only one new roll and one partially used roll of toilet paper for five people staying three nights, just two coffee packets, and no housekeeping or trash service. We repeatedly requested basic supplies starting the first night, but despite several promises, the requested toilet paper was never delivered. Eventually, we had to use tissue paper instead. What was especially frustrating was the lack of responsiveness regarding these basic needs, while communication became very prompt when payment was being requested directly from us after Booking.com refunded the reservation. We were also told that our stay could be terminated and our room keys deactivated if payment was not made immediately. I have also contacted MGM through three different emails and have not received a response. The MGM front desk employees we interacted with were courteous, but the overall arrangement between MGM and the third-party management company felt extremely disorganized. If you are considering staying here, I would strongly recommend confirming in advance whether you are booking directly through MGM or through a third-party condo management company, and understanding who will be responsible for your reservation and any issues during your stay.

I needed to simply stay overnight in Vegas for work and chose this property since it’s tied into Bonvoy. I got there around 1:30PM to check in and the lady working the desk said she put me in the queue to get an upcoming room when available and they would contact me. Around 4PM when I hadn’t heard back I went back to see what the status was and clearly someone forgot, so she said they were going to “upgrade” me and put me on the top floor. Getting into the room it didn’t appear to be much of an upgrade, as it’s outdated and in need of refurbishment. The bed was comfy and looked clean, which is nice. The elevators are somewhat slow for having to go up to the 38th floor, many other places I stay that have this many stories have much faster elevators. One nice thing about the property is it’s connected to all the other MGM hotels via indoor walkways, which is really nice. Overall… not impressed, definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Then again, I really can’t stand Vegas anyway, so I’ll only be coming back if/when work makes me.

Absolutely —🫶 ✨ Another Favorite Place in Las Vegas — Signature MGM Condominium 🌟 Signature at MGM Grand is another one of my favorite places to stay in Las Vegas. I stayed at Tower 3 for more than 25 months, and that long experience is one of the reasons I can genuinely recommend this place. There are three towers, and I especially love Tower 3. The property has beautiful amenities, including jacuzzis, swimming pools, valet parking, meeting rooms for business, regular rooms, and luxury penthouse accommodations. One of my favorite experiences is the penthouse in Tower 3. It is quiet, beautiful, and has a lovely pool area. It gives me the peaceful and comfortable feeling I look for when staying in Las Vegas. 🏊‍♀️✨ What makes Signature MGM even more special to me is the people. The staff, managers, valet parking team, and other employees have always been so friendly and welcoming. That excellent service makes a big difference. 💖 This is definitely another place in Las Vegas that I love and highly recommend—whether you’re visiting Las Vegas for business, vacation, or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay. A beautiful environment, great service, and a relaxing experience. 🌴✨

I would say overall the MGM signature is a very good and consistent. Stay in Las vegas especially if you are looking for a smoke free and casino free environment on the strip of Las vegas. The other option is if you’re bringing kids or family it’s also a great place to stay. The location is smoke-free and has a condominium or apartments type vibe. The rooms all have a kitchenette with a mini fridge or a large fridge available. They feel roomy and spacious. If you get a room with a balcony of views are spectacular typically of either the Vegas trip or the backside of Topgolf or the swimming pool. There’s not a lot of food and dining choices at the signature, but you are connected to the MGM Grand and cWalk there within a 10-minute timeframe. While there is no casino on-site, you are connected to the MGM Grand. You have access to multiple pools within the Signature property, as well as the MGM pool and the Beach Dayclub at Palms, all within a short walk from your room. The main downsides are that Uber pickups can be a bit far if you’re in Tower Two or Three, and the front desk staff can be inconsiderate. I experienced poor treatment during check-in despite booking through Marriott as a top-tier Platinum member, and others have reported similar issues. However, I did encounter helpful front desk staff at times, and some service interactions were positive. It’s evident that staff training on hospitality and customer service needs improvement. Overall, the distance between amenities and rooms, especially in Tower 3, can be challenging. You need to weigh the pros and cons carefully when staying here.

I easily give this hotel a full five stars! First of all, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location could not be better. Having to take a short walk to get to the beach turned out to be a fantastic experience in itself. The rooms and facilities are both extremely comfortable and practical. I highly recommend staying here to everyone!
