We had a corner penthouse suite on the 38th floor. The room was clean and very roomy. We were in tower 3 and it's only a short walk down Harmon Ave. and you're in the middle of the strip! It was nice to have a kitchen in the suite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Signature. It's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but still close enough to walk there. I don't gamble so not having a casino on site was a nice change from the strip hotels too!

We stayed here for four nights. We were offered an upgrade at checkin for a good price & took it, the lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. So glad we did! We had a beautiful one bedroom with an awesome view of the sphere & strip from the 30th floor. Everything was perfect in the room. We called for dishes & silverware & it was brought up immediately. Housekeeping was wonderful. I did read before booking about the walk & figured that it couldn't be so bad. I was wrong, it's the absolute only downside. We were in tower 3 & the walk through mgm is very long. You can also walk directly out of this tower to E Harmon, but it is still a long walk to Miracle Mile even though it looks close. Going out wasn't the issue, it was coming back when you're already tired. I probably wouldn't stay again just because of this, otherwise it is perfect.

This hotel is a scam. For my first time in Vegas, this place felt like a literal twilight zone of an experience. Where do I begin? The first day my girlfriend and I arrived the air conditioner was barely cooling the room. We spoke to someone at the front desk and they had maintenance come. Apparently it needed its filter replaced. You would think they would check that before each new guest arrived. The next day our water temperature in the shower had zero heat to it. We again at 8am went to the front desk and maintenance came. Since we had reservations, we had to leave and were unable to shower or even really get ready as the maintenance guy was in our room/bathroom “fixing” the shower. Later that day after we came back to the room we tried to shower again and the shower was unbearably cold. For the third time we went to the front desk. They finally switched our rooms and had at this point given us $100 in compensations. We didn’t even want the money, we wanted a cool room and a hot shower. Which is crazy how that is too much to ask for when a hotel is charging what they do per night. After we spur of the moment packed our bags and changed rooms, the following morning around 9am without any warning whatsoever from the hotel, they began fire alarm tests with an ear piercing alarm and the rudest men from the “fire department” banging on our door demanding to be let in regardless of our Do Not Disturb light being on. And the cherry on top? Our final night the cable went out. HAHA. Literally a joke. -100/0 stars. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I stayed here for my birthday and man what a great hotel. The room itself was great, the bed extremely comfy with great amenities, the staff in the hotel itself was very helpful and friendly. You have a walkway with AC straight to the MGM Grand to enjoy yourself and have great access from the strip. The valets are great as well and treated my car like their own. I honestly struggle to fault this hotel, thank you guys for a great stay!

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite at the MGM Signature. The room itself is very spacious and the layout is great, especially for the price point. It has two full bathrooms, both with showers, which is a big convenience. The suite also includes a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) and a balcony. The windows are reflective from the outside, so you get privacy without having to keep the curtains closed. The room quality, however, feels a bit dated. The carpet and general décor are showing their age, and the TVs are small with no Chromecast or streaming connection options. In 2025, that feels like a noticeable miss, especially during downtime when you might want to watch your own content. Check-in was smooth enough, but the communication around parking could be clearer. They do offer mobile check-in, but instructions on navigating the property and valet setup weren’t very obvious in the email. If you are driving, be aware: the Signature only offers valet parking. Technically, you can self-park at MGM Grand, but it’s a long walk—especially inconvenient if you’re staying in Tower 3. For reference, when you pull in: Tower 3 is the first right, then Tower 2, then Tower 1. During our stay, Formula One preparations were underway, and the surrounding roads were extremely congested with construction. Getting in and out was frustrating—worth knowing if you’re planning a trip in the near future. The location is slightly off the Strip. It’s walkable, but not as immediate as some of the main hotels. There also aren’t many quick food or coffee options right around the Signature itself. The on-site shop exists but is pretty limited. If you want a good coffee, you’re likely walking to Park MGM or elsewhere. Of course, having the kitchen means you can make your own, which helps.
