We are Vegas residents and love coming to the strip for a staycation when the opportunity presents itself. We are parents so it’s a special occasion for us and we were so excited for weeks to stay at the Bellagio. Our experience was so disappointing we ended up leaving early and telling our kids babysitter she no longer had to stay for the night. The service was incredibly rude. We know people have off nights, but everyone we interacted with during our stay looked / sounded annoyed when we spoke with them. Our room was the breaking point. We paid for a king sized bed room and got a queen bed instead. Not a totally big deal, but there was a used dental floss pick not even a foot away from the bed. There was hair all over our bath towels on almost all our towels too. There was long black hair in the shower stall too, but we left before we got pictures of it. Super disappointed especially on what was supposed to be a really nice evening for me and my wife. Save your hard-earned money or spend it at somewhere nicer on the strip.

I recently spent time at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, and it remains one of the most iconic properties in the city. Located along Las Vegas Boulevard, the Bellagio has long set the standard for luxury resorts in Las Vegas, combining high-end hospitality with large-scale entertainment and design. The atmosphere is immediately impressive. The resort’s famous fountain show outside the property creates a dramatic first impression, with choreographed water displays that have become one of the most recognizable attractions on the Strip. Inside, the hotel’s grand lobby, elegant décor, and art installations create a sense of classic luxury that distinguishes it from many of the more themed resorts nearby. The overall experience offers a wide range of activities. The casino floor is expansive and lively, featuring everything from table games to high-limit areas and slot machines. Beyond gaming, the property includes upscale restaurants, luxury retail boutiques, and attractions such as the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, which changes its elaborate floral displays seasonally. Service throughout the resort reflects the expectations of a luxury hospitality brand. Staff interactions tend to be polished and professional, maintaining the refined atmosphere that Bellagio is known for. From a global travel perspective, Bellagio reminds me of large luxury resorts in destinations like Macau and Monaco where entertainment, gaming, and hospitality are combined into a single destination experience.

We had a very good one night stay at the Bellagio. We stayed in the deluxe fountain view room and it lives up to its name. The room was two double beds, big clean, airy and a great view. Noise from the strip did not filter in. The bed was okay but I'm a fussy sleeper. The bathroom huge. Good quality toiletries and towels. I recommend the breakfast brunch dining since it has a good selection for pescetarian and vegetarian food. Charlotte at the front desk and all the other staff we interacted with made our stay just the best. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay, from check in to check out. The front desk staff were very attentive and helped me out so much. They worked with me on all sorts of things to make my vacation perfect. The parking garage is very good too and fits any vehicle just about, including my rental Ram 2500 (I was upgraded from a F-150). The room I had in the spa tower was terrific too. Very luxurious and quiet. I was on a middle floor and was worried about noise throughout the night but there’s no need to worry about that. Housekeeping staff actually respects the DND sign too. I also had a great view facing Interstate 15 and the Rio hotel. Amazing sunsets with this view. The hotel also offers so much more on the main casino floor and that alone can keep you busy too. As a first timer in Las Vegas I couldn’t have asked for better. I will 100% return here without a doubt when I come back to Las Vegas. Thanks so much!

Stayed here again recently for a business trip and as always the hotel itself is stunning. The location is the main reason I keep coming back, it’s slap bang in the middle of the Strip, super central and incredibly convenient for meetings, dinners and getting around. It’s also great that it connects to Vdara, Cosmopolitan and Caesars Palace, which makes moving between hotels really easy. I’ve stayed here a few times now mainly for the convenience of the location. At check-in, being Marriott Platinum meant I could use the fast-track line which was a big plus, because otherwise be prepared to wait 30–45 minutes. Everyone seems to be asking for upgrades or early check-in so the queues can get long. The check-in staff were really friendly and helpful and offered bottled water which was appreciated after travelling. The room was nice and spacious and I had a fountain view, but for me it’s missing that extra element of luxury. There were no in-room amenities like a toothbrush or mouthwash, the shampoo and toiletries are bolted to the wall, and there’s no coffee or tea-making facilities. As a Platinum member I was also surprised there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. Small touches like that would make a big difference and would push the rooms into true 5-star territory. Overall I always enjoy staying here and the hotel has some fantastic restaurants, but in my opinion the Wynn still feels more luxurious inside the rooms. The downside there is the location is further up the Strip, which is why I keep coming back to the Bellagio for convenience.
