Just finished an amazing stay at Park MGM. Really appreciated the smoke-free casino. Ana, on check-in, was brilliant and went out of her way to make our stay special (we were celebrating our anniversary). Everyone we came across was really friendly. We ate at Primrose quite a few times. Stayed in a Restore room, which was comfy and very quiet. It's a great base for exploring nearby properties as well. If you have pet allergies, be aware dogs are allowed in the hotel rooms - we had to wait for lifts a few times so we weren't sharing. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at The Reserve for the first time on July 24-26. The air conditioning in the room did not function properly, and we made at least three phone calls to report the issue. We received no indication anyone came and, more importantly, any attempted repair did nothing to cool the room down. The room had one vent next that could not properly circulate air. Las Vegas experienced temperatures over 110 degrees this weekend. Not having properly functioning A/C was beyond uncomfortable and a potential health concern. We were told to close the blinds (we only had one small window above a desk) which we did. We even turned off every light (we kept the bathroom light on with the door shut). The room is decorated in dark appointments: long, dark curtains, dark furniture, etc. With no window and lights, it felt like a cave. We asked at least 6 other guests on our floor if they experienced the same issue. They all said their A/C was functioning properly and had multiple vents. As a lifetime Platinum member and Starwood/Bonvoy loyalist, I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend to others.

No Fear Dining

What a wonderful hotel. First, this is non smoking hotel and Casino. Smells clean, is clean. Jaye front desk gave us service above and beyond what we expected! Quick and courteous check in, found us a strip view room with a very comfy king sized bed. Our room 27317 was pin clean to hats off to the hotel staff who cleaned our room. I cant stress how clean looking and smelling our room was. Best part is out clothes didn't reek of cigarettes like in every other Casino! This is stellar hotel property in Las Vegas and deserves a visit!! Thank you #ParkMGM !!

Really enjoy the hotel. It has a very nice room. Always nice people there and the ladies that clean the rooms are very nice and if you see them they are willing to help you with anything in your room. Nice eatery on the south side of the hotel. Nice pools. 4 of them. Will definitely come back.

I had a pleasant stay overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The hotel lobby is extremely dark, and it uses a separate lobby from the Park MGM. If you're arriving from the self-parking garage, you'll need to walk through the Park MGM lobby first to reach this hotel. One issue I noticed is that there always seemed to be only one staff member at the front desk. Both check-in and check-out took over 10 minutes because of the long wait. The hotel should consider adding more front desk staff during peak hours to reduce waiting times. The hallways and guest rooms are also quite dark. Other than the lighting, however, I was very satisfied with my stay. While most Las Vegas hotels feature modern interiors, this hotel has a charming vintage, retro-inspired design that gives it a unique character. The capsule coffee machine in the room is a nice modern touch—an amusing contrast to the classic décor! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The mattress was soft but very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Having a Starbucks and several restaurants on the lobby level was very convenient. There's also a swimming pool. It's not very large, but it was never crowded, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Self-parking can become extremely busy on days when there's an event at T-Mobile Arena. Fortunately, the hotel does reserve designated parking areas for hotel guests. One disappointing experience involved the $100 food and beverage credit that was included with my stay. I was told it could also be used at other MGM hotels. However, after moving to MGM Grand for a business meeting, I was informed that the credit did not appear in the MGM Grand system and therefore couldn't be used. That was quite disappointing. Despite a few inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay. If the hotel improves the lighting and front desk staffing, the guest experience would be even better.
