I have previously stayed at Paris and NYNY. I decided this time to go with Cosmopolitan, I booked a fountain view suite with a terrace. Check in was very easy using the MGM app and we had a room on the 30th floor in the Chelsea Tower. I was very impressed with the room, I thought it looked a little tight and cluttered on the pictures but it isn’t. It was spacious, clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Good wardrobe space, an empty fridge, good quality tv’s and a comfy bed and sofa. The bathroom was large with a tub, a walk in shower and two sinks, again very spacious. The bed was comfortable, I liked how easy it was to control the lighting from the bed area. The lifts were efficient and we rarely had to wait more than 30 seconds for a lift to arrive. They have some good food options on level 2 and the hotel was exceptionally clean. We didn’t really have any encounters with the staff as we checked in and out using the app, housekeeping did a good job and I was more than happy to tip them. I will definitely consider staying at the Cosmo again. Thank you for having us, until next time!

The Cosmopolitan truly exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt modern, stylish, and alive with energy. Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, well-designed, and with that signature attention to detail that makes the Cosmo feel like a step above. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom setup felt luxurious and thoughtfully put together. The casino was fantastic as well, with a great variety of machines, table games, and updated equipment that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It never felt outdated or overcrowded, and the whole space was clean, lively, and fun without being overwhelming. A huge positive standout was the staff. Every interaction — from the front desk to housekeeping to the casino team — was truly great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. It makes such a difference when a property not only looks good but runs well because of the people behind it. Overall, highly recommend the Cosmopolitan for anyone looking for a stylish, well-run, and exciting place to stay in Vegas. Looking forward to coming back!

Great location but vaping is now the new smoking. At least in the past hotels used to be smoke free - now a lot of these hotels are just vaping ashtrays. If you don't like 2nd hand smoke of any kinda, I would avoid this hotel completely (head to the Bellagio instead). If you love smoking - this is your place to go!

This was my 5th stay at the Cosmopolitan, and somehow, it still managed to outdo all the previous ones. I booked through Amex Platinum, which gave us access to VIP check-in, and from the very start the experience felt elevated. A special shout-out to the wonderful lady at the front desk who went above and beyond and upgraded us to a Fountain View room - a gesture that truly made our trip unforgettable. Watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our room was pure magic - hands down one of the best experiences of our lives. The view, the energy of the Strip, and the comfort of the room came together perfectly. A big thank you to the Cosmo team for making this New Year so special. Already looking forward to my next stay.

There is a certain gravity to The Cosmo that pulls you in. It has all the neon and glitter you expect from Vegas, but the actual substance, the food and the hospitality, is what keeps you there. Jason provided stellar concierge service and ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish. It is nice to visit a resort that actually prioritizes the guest experience as much as the aesthetic. Highly recommended for a balanced stay.
