Rooms are big and we'll laid out. Had a shower and jet tub. The balcony with a view of the belagio fountains was great. Easy to get find your way around. Nice pool on the 14th floor of the Chelsea Tower. The sports book was smaller than other casinos but well layed out and easy to find a comfy seat. Good variety of quick food options on the 2nd floor.

The room was spectacular. The highlight for me was the view: being able to see both the Bellagio Fountains and the Sphere from my room at the same time was truly magical! The service was equally impressive. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The housekeeping team kept the room spotless, and the customer service was professional, efficient, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan for our belated honeymoon, and we had the most amazing time! The only negative was our arrival. After an 11-hour flight from the UK and two hours at border control, we were exhausted. We arrived quite late and expected a quick check-in, but we ended up waiting almost an hour in line despite only a handful of people being ahead of us. However, the front desk completely turned things around when they gave us a complimentary room upgrade. We were blown away to open the door to a huge Wraparound Terrace Suite on the 37th floor of the Boulevard Tower! Everything was spotless, smelled fresh, and had some really cool artwork. The views of the strip from the L-shaped balcony were absolutely incredible, especially from that high up. We also had breakfast at The Henry two mornings, and both times the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Despite the slow check-in, we were so grateful for the hospitality. We made some amazing memories and would love to return in the future!

We used to love coming here until they merged with MGM. The quality of the rooms has gone down, at least in the one bedroom suite. Our freezer had an exploded monster energy drink in it, one of the tvs barely worked, there were shoe prints in our tub, stuff marks on the walls are door to the bathroom, and no ash tray on the patio (which you are allowed to smoke on) The new MGM rewards is terrible compared to the old Cosmopolitan Identity. We have spent thousands of dollars here with every stay, but not anymore after this last stay in Feb. 2026. We will be fi ding a nicer hotel on the strip to stay at. We wish The Cosmopolitan will split from the MGM in the future, but I doubt it.

Staying at The Cosmopolitan is an experience in itself — modern, stylish, and full of energy. The rooms are sleek, spacious, and have those amazing Strip views that make Vegas feel extra special. The restaurants and bars inside are top-notch, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing during the day or catching a sunset. One tip: definitely use the valet service. It’s quick, convenient, and takes the stress out of parking on the Strip. You can just pull up, hand over your keys, and start enjoying everything the hotel has to offer. Between the great location, attentive staff, and overall vibe, The Cosmopolitan is a solid choice for anyone visiting Las Vegas.
