We had a fantastic stay at The Palazzo. After staying at Caesars Palace & The Bellagio on previous visits, we decided to stay at The Palazzo on this occasion for a change. One major benefit is the rooms (all suites), they are huge, spotlessly clean and we were upgraded on arrival to a sphere view room which was greatly appreciated. The hotel has a great mix of pools, 11 in total I believe (can use both The Palazzo & The Venetian side), and there was never any issues getting a bed even over labour day weekend. The casino has a nice vibe to it, and there are plenty of places to eat from cheaper offerings in the food court, to mid range restaurants to higher end dining. The design of St Mark's Square as well as the Gondola running through the grand canal shops makes the hotel quite unique to other hotels in Vegas, it is stunning throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Not the experience we paid for Traveling as a family of four (2 adults, kids aged 7 and 14), booked for 3 nights. After eight hours on the road through the desert, we were really looking forward to settling in — instead, we spent our first hour here dealing with avoidable problems. Security stopped us at check-in over a small 18L cooler and wouldn’t let it past the lobby. We ended up going back down to the garage, unpacking it into the car, and coming back up — only to be told afterward that it had never actually been against policy to bring it in. An hour of our evening lost for nothing. The room itself didn’t help matters. It’s a suite advertised for four people, but the rollaway bed for the kids was sitting there unmade, with no extra pillows or blankets supplied. Towel count was short too — only two robes and nowhere near enough towels between the four of us. The minibar, meanwhile, was stocked completely full, so there was zero room for anything we’d brought ourselves, and being weight-sensored, we couldn’t even push items aside without risking a charge. No kettle, no coffee machine, not even a bottle of water waiting in the room. Nearly an hour later, we’re still waiting on housekeeping to bring the essentials, cutting it close for a show we have tickets to tonight. Given the price bracket and the reputation this hotel has, the basics shouldn’t be this hard to get right. What’s going on???????????

Looking for a retreat? Wanting to relax? Enjoy a trip because the details are included? The Palazzo is exactly that. We stayed in a Prestige Room and enjoyed the Prestige Lounge and it did not disappoint. You can walk to shopping, dinner, get Gelato, and it's connected to other places as well. When you go back to the room the views are beautiful and you feel like you are escaping the busyness. Beds are comfortable, shower water pressure is amazing and the decor is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and want to come back!

The Palazzo is a fantastic hotel with all suites. It really feels like luxury while staying there. And super close & convenient if you’re going to The Sphere with a direct temperature controlled walkway/bridge. There are many restaurants, but you must try the new COTE. It was recommended to us by an employee and it could not have been better! 5 Star all around!

Every stay at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort feels like a luxury experience done right. The property is beautiful, the suites are spacious and elegant, and the level of service consistently exceeds expectations. What truly makes the experience exceptional, though, is the staff. My casino host, Isabella Du, always goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of and that I feel genuinely valued as a guest. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to create a seamless VIP experience are a huge reason I continue coming back. From the atmosphere to the hospitality, The Palazzo continues to set the standard for luxury in Las Vegas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated experience on the Strip. ✨🎰
