This was our second trip to Vegas. The first time we stayed at the Venetian July 11th and saw the Back Street Boys opening night. It was a bit overwhelming. This second time around we stayed at the Palazzo instead and a couple observations. Much quieter and relaxed on that side. More adults less children. Rooms were clean and quiet inside. Slept like babies. Shower pressure was a bit low but overall well appointed and great view. The Palazzo Casino was much mellower and Bar Luca is a fun cross section to people watch. We were there over new years was some very gorgeous people. It’s just easy and everything is so accessible. Restaurants were on point as always. We got married at Planet 13, what a blast and saw the Back Street Boys New Years show. We had a blast. My number one ☝🏼 observation is how amazing the staff is. They are so friendly and easy to chat with. My wife and I really enjoyed the warmth and inactions we had with them. A hotel is absolutely nothing without an expert staff that knows how to connect with the visitors. From the housekeeping, security, janitorial staff, servers and show runners. The highest of Compliments to them. When we come back to stay there again, they will be why. 🙏🏼

We arrived early in the morning and decided to see if we could check in. They had rooms available for us on the same floor. The rooms were INCREDIBLE. Maybe I just never treat myself but these were the nicest rooms. So if you’re a Midwest girly who usually camps or stays in roadside motels, this place will seem top notch. The bathroom is large and was extremely clean. Amazing water pressure and deep soaking tub. The room view of the strip was great, beautiful mountains. The bed was comfortable and room temp control was perfect. I recommend to go for it and treat yourself to a visit here. Staff was always friendly and easily available. Pools were fantastic.

The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better. Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We stood in a room with the Sphere view. Just amazing. It was huge and clean. The bathroom had shower and hot tub, and separate toilet. The only thing is that we didn't have any microwave or mini fridge, so bear this in mind if you plan to go with kids. The pool area was amazing, heated of course. The spa was not opened, since it was being fixed apparently. The casino was spectacular, very friendly staff. There were many restaurants but we didn't go to any of them. We had 2 beers in one of the bars within the casino and paid about 26 dollars. There is a wal green store 3 minutes walking from the hotel and you can get food, drinks and souvenirs there reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel and the area.

Rooms were great. The service was mostly good except the one night we needed extra wash cloths and it took 4 calls and over an hour of waiting to get some. Another day, the pool was closed for a private event. Effectively, it was doullble booked and I lost. Had to go to the pool at the resort next door, which was about a 1/4 mile walk, in my bathing suit. Not great. Location is good, on the strip but near the north end. A location near the middle of the strip would be better. Beautiful hotel.
