Our stay here was exceptional. The W Premier Well two queen suite was large, clean, and PERFECT. Great suite, perfect for a family! Staying here gives you access to Mandalay Beach also. W was under renovation when we went and all of the staff were so professional and helpful! EXCEPTIONAL. Five stars all the way!

Absolute failure. Zero service. Don’t let the "W" brand fool you. This place is a poorly managed, chaotic casino-hotel hiding behind a premium name. The single biggest issue here is the complete and total lack of customer service. Nobody helps you at check-in. The lines are unmanageably long, so you are forced to use an automated self-service kiosk. Once you get to your room, it gets worse: the staff entirely ignores the phones. Whether you call the front desk, the concierge, or room service, absolutely nobody picks up the line. Letting the phone ring endlessly for 5 to 10 minutes is completely unacceptable for a Marriott property. To top it off, they charge a mandatory daily resort fee for absolutely nothing. It is a total rip-off. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—avoid this place at all costs.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a Mother's Day staycation. Our overall stay was great. I did feel the rooms needed a little TLC but nothing to bad. Beds were comfortable and the space in room was really great. We booked the premiere suite and it included a separate living room area and a 1/2 bathroom which was nice to have two restrooms. We loved that we could access all of the MGM property pools. The W pool is currently closed so we went to Mandalay pool which was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! They are working on remodeling the hotel so looking forward to returning with the new updates to really experience that true W feel.

Me and my fiance really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very large and the 1.5 bathrooms was great. Comfy beds. Very quiet. Good amenities. Was able to check in an hour early which can be hard to come by in Vegas these days. Easy parking and easy access to all of Mandalay Bay. Booked through Marriott at a very good rate.

The W Las Vegas is a barely 4 star resort pretending to be 5 stars. I’ve stayed at the W in nyc, Jersey city and New Orleans. All three of those stays were 10/10 amazing. I’m truly shocked that the W chose to put their name on this property, and I can’t even tell if they renovated after making the deal. Everything here is old, dirty and outdated. I expected a lot more from the W, especially since I’m in a suite. The lobby is unimpressive and the parking lot is the worst in Vegas by a lot. Don’t even bother moving your car when the aces are playing. Even the towels, pillows, and bedding are all incredibly old and worn out. The basic room at the mgm grand is much better than this outdated suite by a lot. I definitely won’t be coming back, not even if it’s comped.
