Our stay here was exceptional. The W Premier Well two queen suite was large, clean, and PERFECT. Great suite, perfect for a family! Staying here gives you access to Mandalay Beach also. W was under renovation when we went and all of the staff were so professional and helpful! EXCEPTIONAL. Five stars all the way!

Just checked in yesterday. Jonny who checked us in was brilliant. Pleasant happy great guy. Our room was lovely spacious and clean. Our house keeper Trisha Nelson is fantastic too. Again happy pleasant and full of energy. Great experience so far and we still have 4 days to go.

We chose the W Las Vegas because I’m very picky about cleanliness, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean, modern, and simple, without a lot of places for dust or bugs to hide. The front desk staff was friendly and even found us a room early, which made check-in much easier. The valet and bell staff were also welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that took away from the experience. The minibar and coffee area use sensors, so you’re charged if you move certain items, which felt a little excessive. I understand minibar prices are always high, but paying around $10 for a bottle of water and $11 for a Kit Kat at the hotel shops is hard to justify. Since the W and Mandalay Bay are connected and most of the convenience stores are owned by the same property, there aren’t many affordable alternatives for drinks or snacks. Another disappointment was trying to reach the front desk. The phones often weren’t answered, and when they were, the hold times were much longer than expected. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff we interacted with in person were great. I just wish the prices for basic items were more reasonable and the front desk was easier to reach.

The rooms are spacious two room suites that attract a lot of family visitors to take advantage of the quieter south strip vibes and world class pool complex. W guests get access to an extra pool area that is a little less crowded and more relaxed than the main pools. W is still nice even with this being the hotel's second rebranding. However, the rooms have not been renovated since the tower was completed in 2003 and they are showing their age. The rooms are definitely a vibe with golden hour natural lighting hues all day, from sunlight that filters through the gold tinted exterior windows. Skyfall lounge offers amazing views of the strip looking north.

Fantastic experience at the W pool. Guests at the W have exclusive access a pool for W guests only. The daybed experience was perfect — lots of shade and friendly and personable staff for food and beverage service. Jason and Dex do a great job here You also have access to the adjacent Mandalay Bay Beach club and pools, jacuzzi, sandy beach, wave pool and lazy river. A very relaxing way to spend a day.
