Love staying at Caesar’s Palace, we are always treated very well. If you are a Diamond club level, they have amazing perks and rewards. No waiting in long lines, VIP experiences, concert tickets in their suite, hotel room suites, your own line for valet so there’s no waiting, skip the line at Bacchanal, and so much more. It feels great, it feels exclusive. Caesar’s Palace does a great job of making rewards members feel VIP and exclusive. I’m always impressed!

First time to vegas celebrating my 30th birthday and wanted to live the hangover dream. Turn up in a mustang, check into famous ceasers palace and live the true Las Vegas dream. You won’t get that at this hotel, you won’t even get a smile from any staff or dealers asking if it’s your first time here, surely they can read a room, They have enough cameras!! if you’re not tipping $5 a spin or sitting on $5000 hands they don’t care about you, tried to get my laundry dry cleaned to get transferred to 3 different departments, was told to leave it in my room but they don’t even put pens in your room to fill in the details so walked to reception to then to be told to go speak to the bell desk to then wait 10 minutes why someone from laundry comes to you, so spent my 30th birthday trying to locate my laundry and couldn’t even wear my outfit. Went to reception to ask for a bottle of Dom P to be deliverd to my room at 10:30am so I can have a champagne breakfast. Got a knock on the door at 9:15 to be told my champagnes on the floor. Was a cheap bottle of prosseco!!! Tried to speak about the $30 charge on check out but then was told she can’t take it off the bill and go speak to the bell desk again!! Still received no final bill. I hope it’s correct. Went and got myself the presidential suite at the flamingo hotel over the road for $250 for one night (bargain!) tried to tell the receptionist the bad experience I had but she didn’t care and still wanted to charge me $60 to check in early even though the room was ready (owned by Ceasers)

We love the location. Pools were really nice and not crowded when we were there at the end of May. Plenty of free pool chairs if you didn't want to reserve one ahead of time-but they are first come. Had our bags held before check-in and then had them delivered to the room when our room was ready. Room was very spacious and we liked having the pool view. Also liked that The Deuce bus stop was within short walking distance. Would stay here again!

With all of the hype around Caesars Palace, I expected a positive, unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, it was the opposite, as our arrival was the beginning of a couple of unpleasant experiences. When we arrived for check-in, we were early and expected to wait about 45 minutes, in which one of the hotel employees told us to return at 3:00PM to receive our room keys. At 3:00PM, my coworkers and I made it to the counter, paid for our rooms, and were told to go to some other area and wait 30-45 minutes to receive a text that let us know our rooms were available. An hour later, and we still hadn’t received a text. The odd thing was that several of my other coworkers who checked in after us received their room keys immediately. We went back up to the counter to inquire about our room keys, only to be told that they didn’t have any rooms available. The lady was visibly frustrated. Fast forward to another HOUR later, and we were still standing in the same spot. Finally, after 2.5 hours of waking back-and-forth up to the counter, we were given room our room keys. Later that night, I was about to take a shower, only to have the water cut off mid-shower. I called the front desk and was told I’d have to wait for an “engineer” to accept the work order. An hour later I called the front desk again, only to be told by another employee that the water was off property-wide. About 45 minutes later, the water came back on, was black, and left black marks throughout the shower and sinks. On top of that, there was only one water temperature when I tried to resume my shower…and that temperature was SCORCHING HOT. Fast forward to the last day, with the random room service mini-bar charges billed to my room…even though I didn’t touch anything in the minibar. Had I not received a receipt and been told by my employer that I’d have to pay for things I didn’t use, I wouldn’t have ever known I was falsely charged. To be such an exquisite hotel, I was terribly disappointed in the quality of service I received at Caesars Palace. I expected so much more. The only positives include the location and the variety of entertainment inside of this place. I would recommend staying elsewhere, because this was a horrible first-time experience.

This is a beautiful hotel and I really enjoyed my stay there. It has Roman themed buildings alongside the busy Las Vegas strip with an enormous and iconic casino., elegant rooms, and many dining options. Starbucks inside, centrally located. A seasonal outdoor pool and a gym. Luxury spa plus a nightclub. One thing I did not appreciate was having to pay for coffee in the room. Room service is expensive as well. Allegiant Stadium is a short drive, which is a bonus. Uber and Lyft are always available.
