I just came back from Las Vegas, where I stayed at Caesars Palace for three days. A month ago, I stayed at The Venetian Resort, so I naturally can compare the two experiences. The first thing I noticed was the difference in the rooms. In my opinion, the Venetian is far superior in terms of comfort and overall room quality. At Caesars, the rooms feel older and in need of renovation, while the Venetian feels more modern and well maintained. One thing that really surprised me was the WiFi policy. Complimentary WiFi is limited to just two devices, and after that, it’s almost $15 per additional device. In today’s world, where most people travel with phones, iPads, and laptops, this feels unnecessary and outdated. There were also small details that made a difference. There were no bathrobes or slippers provided, even upon request, although we noticed housekeeping staff had them available. There was no extra fridge for personal use, and toiletries were very minimal — just soap and lotion In comparison with Venetian. The one truly special highlight of our stay was the view from our room overlooking the fountains at Bellagio. That view was absolutely beautiful and made the evenings memorable. Overall, if you care most about room comfort and a more elevated stay, I would definitely recommend choosing the Venetian. If your priority is mainly the view, you could also consider hotels like Bellagio or The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Las Vegas always delivers an exciting experience — but where you stay definitely shapes how comfortable that experience feels.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We stayed here for two nights and truly enjoyed every moment. We arrived around 12:30 pm and paid an additional $35 for early check-in, but it was well worth it as we were upgraded to an Octavius room with a built-in jacuzzi tub. I recommend to check in online using their portal before arriving here. You can skip a long line and complete check in process using a kiosk in the lobby. A $200 security deposit was required at check-in. The room was very spacious and faced the pool area, offering a beautiful garden view. The hotel itself is massive and has the Forum Shops attached, which adds to the overall luxury experience. We loved exploring the property, it really feels like living in Rome, with epic and stunning architecture throughout. They offer a very good buffet (around $100 per person), and I highly recommend signing up for Caesars Rewards to collect points. There's also a Starbucks on-site, perfect for quick coffee runs. The location is excellent, you can walk to most places on the Strip within minutes. As a nice gesture, they extended our checkout time to 1:00 pm at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was an amazing stay, definitely worth the money and highly recommended.

We chose Caesars Palace for my childhood best friend’s bachelorette because she dreamed of celebrating at a luxury, iconic property. For a once in a lifetime milestone, we expected a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the stay involved repeated operational and billing failures that created unnecessary stress during an important celebration. We paid for early check in for two rooms but were never notified when they were ready and had to follow up ourselves. The in room phones did not work. Bell services took over an hour for five bags, leaving us scrambling to prepare for the bride’s arrival. Throughout the stay, I was unable to obtain a Caesars Rewards card from any kiosk, resulting in missed points on dining, casino play, and other purchases. To add to the inconsistency, members of our extended group were offered complimentary upgrades, while the room that included the bride, maid of honor, and matron of honor was not. We were then incorrectly charged $294.80 per room for upgrades we did not request or receive. While those charges were eventually refunded, they should never have occurred. I also paid over $600 for a massage at QUA Spa, and the therapist stepped out during the service. I have never experienced that during any spa service, especially at a “premium” location. For a property that positions itself as luxury, the level of coordination and service execution we experienced was disappointing. When guests choose your flagship property for milestone celebrations, the expectation is operational excellence, not repeated breakdowns across multiple departments.

Had a wonderful 5-nights stay here last week to celebrate my one year anniversary. Seven Stars check-in area is private and right by the separate Seven Stars’ valet area. We upgraded to the Colosseum Premium Suite. The suite is so spacious like an apartment, with a dining table, living room with big couch, King bedroom with two couch chairs & walk-in closet and a huge bathroom! There’s also a half bathroom by the dining area. The suite was chic and clean. Our only complaint is there was a knocking noise along the wall in the bedroom. I flagged this with concierge and security & an engineer came up but could not figure out the issue—even after we checked out, the issue was still occurring. Hope this has been fixed (room 6027). This hotel is great—lots of dining options and is walkable to other casinos/shops. This place is always crowded with energetic vibes. Casino is huge! Love it here— we’ll be back!

I had the best time! My daughter took me for my birthday and everything was fantastic! The room was clean , spacious and had everything we needed and more . Got a great night sleep .After a night of drinks , zip lining and a show we needed it. Loved Las Vegas!!!!
