The online check in was seamless, the mobile key is reliable and easy to use, the room is spacious and immaculately clean. I love the huge walk in shower with the adjustable shower heads. The views are beautiful. There are so many food options a short walk into the casino area and of course all of the slot machines you could ever want. The location is not the greatest if you are planning to spend a lot of time at the other resorts. I am here for a work conference at the Venetian and it is a solid 30 minute walk to get there. Other than the location, this is a beautiful resort that I would definitely stay at again.

This is a beautiful hotel and it’s super clean. The staff are accommodating. They are attentive. The artwork in the ceilings are amazing. All the restaurants are a lot of fun. There are a lot of Asian restaurants by the way so you can have any kind of cuisine here. There’s at least 2 Starbucks and Juniors cheesecake and restaurant and so many more places and retail stores and brand names.

It was a Hilton Hotel. Nothing overwhelming and nothing underwhelming... The room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot, there is NO coffee maker in the rooms! For the most part, it was a quiet floor. With the exception of listening to music from an unknown source below me... That lasted until at least midnight then my benadryl kicked in and I slept through it. There was nothing complimentary include in my stay (even as a Diamond) except the check-in and check-out line. Driest room I've ever stayed in, and no humidifier available except via purchase (and that thing in the gift shop was a joke!) Staff was always on point, professional, and courteous...

Stayed at Hilton resorts world for the first time. The rooms were affordable and overall pretty nice. I don't have much to highlight from the rooms, but for the price, they are good. The hotel wasn't super busy. The hotel staff got us checked in quickly. Where resorts world will most likely cause me to never come back is the restaurants. We went to three different restaurants or lounges during our stay and had horrible experiences with service. We went to Dawgs first to finish watching a game and get some food. We sat at a table for 15 minutes before I had to go get a worker's attention to get service. The workers were just standing there talking to each other. We ordered fries, wings, and a turkey club sandwich. It took another 25 minutes to get the food. The servers just didn't care. Unfortunate. We also went to Gatsby's lounge. We wanted a casual drink and some light food. We got our first drink pretty quickly, then we'rent checked on for about 20 minutes. When they did come, we ordered our second drink and some food that was on the menu. Drinks took longer to arrive. The food once again took 30 minutes. We cancelled the food order and paid for drinks and left. I realize that the Hilton is not in control of all restaurants, but it does have an impact on my overall stay when you are in Las Vegas. If anyone is considering staying, just stay for the hotel and go elsewhere for food.

Excellent stay – this is where we’ll stay again in Las Vegas! We stayed here in March and had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Kyle at the front desk. He went above and beyond by giving us great recommendations on things to see, do, and eat around Las Vegas. His friendly attitude and local knowledge made us feel welcome right away and helped us make the most of our trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for enjoying everything the Strip has to offer. It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that values good customer service, and it definitely showed here. We’ll absolutely be staying here again on future trips to Las Vegas and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on or near the Strip. Thanks again to Kyle and the rest of the team for making our trip even better!
