Very nice room. Wonderful customer service while checking in. Casino wasnt very busy at all. Pool area was very nice! The cabanas are a little costly and it was a little tricky to find an open lounge chair, but I found one within 5 minutes. Infinity pool is neat. Clean hotel, clean rooms, clean pool. Located a little further down the strip. Definitely not walking distance to bellagio, for example. But i did walk to the sphere. It was about 25-30 min walk. Tacos el gordo across the street is still my favorite taco restaurant of all time! I would definitely stay here again. Good experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay at Resorts World Las Vegas Hilton I had a wonderful experience staying at Resorts World Las Vegas. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. From check-in to answering questions about the property and local attractions, their excellent customer service made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. Everything was in great condition, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room fresh and comfortable during our stay. One of the biggest advantages of the resort is the wide variety of good dining options available. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and quick-service outlets offering something for every taste. While some of the dining choices can be on the expensive side, the convenience and quality of the food make it worth considering. We highly recommend Dawg House and Junior’s for family meals and breakfast! Transportation was also very convenient. Whether using rideshares, taxis, or walking to nearby attractions, it was easy to get around and explore the Las Vegas Strip. Overall, Resorts World Las Vegas delivers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent staff, clean accommodations, diverse dining options, and easy transportation access. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

My stay at Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The hotel is stunning, modern, luxurious, and exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. One of my favorite parts was the breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip at night, it looked so beautiful and made the entire experience feel even more magical. What I loved the most was how quiet and peaceful the room was. Even being on the Strip, the room felt so relaxing and private, which made it easy to fully rest and enjoy the stay. The staff were also extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything from the amenities to the atmosphere felt upscale and well-maintained. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and, overall, our stay went well. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. However, I am extremely concerned about the charges made to my bank account after our stay. At check-in, a $300 security deposit was placed on my card ($150 per night), which was clearly explained and completely acceptable. What I do not understand is that this amount later appeared to increase to more than $580 without any explanation. Furthermore, a few hours after check-out, the hotel attempted to charge an additional $400+ to my account, on top of the $580 already being held. This means that nearly $1,000 has been charged or authorized on my card, despite the fact that my room was already fully paid for. At check-out, the receptionist clearly confirmed that everything was settled, that there were no issues with the room, and that no additional charges were due. In addition, my hotel account and final bill both show a balance of $0, which makes these extra charges even more confusing. I would appreciate an explanation regarding these transactions, as they seem abnormal and were never communicated to us. I would like someone from the hotel to contact me as soon as possible to clarify this situation and resolve the issue. Until then, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience with the billing process.

Stayed at Hilton resorts world for the first time. The rooms were affordable and overall pretty nice. I don't have much to highlight from the rooms, but for the price, they are good. The hotel wasn't super busy. The hotel staff got us checked in quickly. Where resorts world will most likely cause me to never come back is the restaurants. We went to three different restaurants or lounges during our stay and had horrible experiences with service. We went to Dawgs first to finish watching a game and get some food. We sat at a table for 15 minutes before I had to go get a worker's attention to get service. The workers were just standing there talking to each other. We ordered fries, wings, and a turkey club sandwich. It took another 25 minutes to get the food. The servers just didn't care. Unfortunate. We also went to Gatsby's lounge. We wanted a casual drink and some light food. We got our first drink pretty quickly, then we'rent checked on for about 20 minutes. When they did come, we ordered our second drink and some food that was on the menu. Drinks took longer to arrive. The food once again took 30 minutes. We cancelled the food order and paid for drinks and left. I realize that the Hilton is not in control of all restaurants, but it does have an impact on my overall stay when you are in Las Vegas. If anyone is considering staying, just stay for the hotel and go elsewhere for food.
