Excellent stay at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. The room was very clean, modern, and well furnished. The entire resort was beautiful, well maintained, and had a fresh upscale feel throughout. The casino was also very clean and enjoyable. There were plenty of great restaurants on site, making it very convenient to dine without leaving the resort. We also appreciated the electric vehicle charging stations available in the parking structure. The pools and amenities were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is a beautiful and well managed property. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Las Vegas.

Stayed at the Hilton at Resorts World Las Vegas from April 24–26 and unfortunately the experience didn’t match expectations for the price. The room itself felt quite basic for what you’re paying. It was missing standard amenities like a coffee maker and microwave, the number of towels provided was minimal, and there were no proper toiletries stocked in the bathroom. Overall, it felt more bare-bones than expected for a hotel at this price point. The most frustrating part was the morning of checkout. Housekeeping entered the room around 9:00 AM without notice while I was still inside, which was pretty intrusive. Then again at 10:00 AM, another staff member attempted to come in and rather abruptly reminded me that checkout was at 11:00 AM—even though I was still well within the checkout window. I was also later charged for minibar items that I did not consume, which I’ve had to follow up on separately. Another downside is that “room service” isn’t really traditional room service—it’s essentially ordering from restaurants within the hotel via an app similar to Grubhub, with very limited options. On top of that, food and drinks across the property are extremely expensive, even by Las Vegas standards. Overall, the property looks great on the surface, but the actual guest experience fell short—especially considering the price. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and attention to detail.

Long lines to check in but once you do get to the counter, staff are efficient and excellent. House keeping is outstanding. Rooms are decent with nice views of the strip. Rooms themselves are good but small items need updating [bathroom convex light falling off, hairdryer is dated, poor water flow from shower head]. Getting a hold of hotel staff [front desk] from your room phone is near impossible. Don’t bother. Just go see them. WiFi is mediocre. Restaurants are decent. Shopping is limited and expensive. Real expensive. Good value for money [I booked with hotels dot com] but I probably will not stay here again… at least not by preference.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. I used a significant amount of my Hilton Honors points for this reservation, expecting a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Throughout the night and into the morning, there was a recurring whooshing/suction noise coming from the HVAC system that repeatedly woke me up. There was also a flashing LED light visible on the ceiling, and constant door slamming from nearby rooms and hallways throughout the night. As a result, I was unable to obtain a full night's sleep. This is particularly concerning because I have an eight-hour drive ahead of me today and specifically chose a Hilton property so I could be rested and ready to travel safely. The room did not provide the level of comfort, quiet, or quality that I reasonably expected, especially considering the amount of Hilton Honors points I redeemed for this stay. I would appreciate a manager reviewing this matter and contacting me regarding an appropriate remedy. Thank you for your time and attention.

I travel frequently around the world and regularly stay in 5- and 7-star hotels, so I understand that standard check-in time is usually 4:00 PM. However, most hotels provide courtesy early check-in if rooms are available. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, I was told the only way to check in early was to upgrade my room for an additional $50. I had just traveled and was exhausted, so I felt like I had no real choice but to pay for the upgrade just to access the room. That felt very disappointing and unnecessary. What made the experience worse was the overall feeling that the hotel is trying to charge guests for every small thing: There was no complimentary water bottle in the room, which is surprising for a hotel of this category—especially in Las Vegas where guests often arrive tired and dehydrated. Water was being sold for around $10, which feels excessive. Even many mid-range hotels provide at least one or two complimentary bottles. The minibar system is extremely aggressive, with warnings that if items are moved for more than 30 seconds, you may be charged. This creates an uncomfortable experience where guests feel monitored instead of welcomed. The personal refrigerator space is tiny, while most of the fridge is filled with paid minibar items, which indirectly pushes guests toward purchasing those products. Honestly, it feels like the hotel is trying to extract money from guests at every step rather than focusing on hospitality. A simple gesture—like providing complimentary water and reasonable flexibility with early check-in when rooms are available—would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
