Modern, sleek, and just overall excellent. The room technology is next level — curtains, lights, temperature all controlled from a tablet by the bed. Casino is beautiful with high ceilings and natural light. The pool area is one of the best on the Strip. Dining options are incredible (Catch, Jean Georges, Carbone). CityCenter location is perfect. This feels like the future of Vegas hotels.

We have stayed here several times. You definitely feel important. They treat you with respect. The rooms are gorgeous. Room service IS GREAT. AND THE HOUSEKEEPER'S DOING AMAZING JOB!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ARIA!! The views are amazing!

The staff and restaurants at this hotel were great, but the rooms are not. Very poor lighting in the rooms, dark chocolate brown walls and dated decor combined with lights that did not work, sinks that did not drain and a lamp and a toilet paper holder that were ready to fall apart made this stay less than great. In addition, there was not much in the way of room amenities i.e. no shower cap and no slippers (although robes were provided) The hallway carpets were stained and the hotel has a very poor set up for meeting ride share. It does not even remotely feel like a 5 star hotel. We would not stay here again.

The ambiance of the hotel is nice. It has an upscale look, the rooms are very nice with great space. The front desk personal were very pleasant. The reason for the 3 stars is the room service. The technology incorporated into the room makes for a great stay. They provide a tablet for operating the shade and lights but it does take a minute to learn the operations. Some of the automation in the room didnt work correctly but was easy to manually overcome. The tablet provides for convenience like concierge and room service. So I tried the room service ordering via the tablet. The great thing is the tablet provides a wait time. It was only 30 minutes so I ordered and began doing some work. An hour later no food. I checked the tablet thinking I could have possibly made an error on the order. The problem is its no where to be found in the cart or history of the order on the room charge. So I then have to call which defeated the purpose and I was told its on its way. Then 30 minutes later the food arrives. The costs of the food is high but layer in the an hour and half wait and it makes this experience non enjoyable. Now something I did like about the hotel was the cardio room. It was open 24 hours and provided the essentials for a quick workout with treadmills, mats, kettle bells and dumbells. So if you couldn't make the fitness room ( which is a great full size gym i believe it waa open from 6am to 6pm) you have a second option for late night's or very early mornings. Lastly the other problem with this hotel is the luggage storage. I was at a conference so I needed to check out early and make some sessions so I went downstairs to the front desks to hold my luggage till the afternoon. They send you outside to the cosmopolitan for luggage storage. Which is a good walk from the hotel.

We had a great stay at the Aria in December. The overall vibe is clean, modern, and very well maintained. It doesn’t feel “classic Vegas” in the themed-resort sense—honestly, if it weren’t for the casino, the hotel could be anywhere in the world. For the holidays, they clearly made an effort to create a festive atmosphere, but the large, spacious lobby doesn’t naturally feel cozy or warm. The décor is upscale, though it leans a bit “early 200s luxury,” and at times it can feel slightly eclectic. The hallway leading to the rooms shows a bit of age and makes it clear the property isn’t quite as cutting-edge as it once was, but it’s still in very good condition and doesn’t feel worn down. The rooms are spacious but have a somewhat sterile feel. We did love the view after receiving an upgrade. Our first room had a curtain malfunction, and the staff moved us to a different room, which we appreciated. A lot of the room features are controlled by a tablet, which adds a modern, tech-forward touch—though it also feels like something that must have been especially futuristic when it was first introduced. Location-wise, it’s a bit removed from the heart of the Strip (about a 20-minute walk), but the property feels very safe, clean, and easy to navigate. It’s also connected to a shopping mall, with easy access to nearby areas via the Aria Express. The hotel has plenty of dining options on-site, so you don’t really need to go back and forth to the Strip for everything. We also loved the 24-hour café, especially the great coffee and amazing selection of pastries. Overall, I’d recommend Aria if you don’t mind being slightly off the Strip and you’re looking for a clean, polished stay with lots of convenient amenities.
