If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, with one being buffet style and the rest being a la carte, served in the main restaurant. The service was the highlight of our stay. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Bernardo from the Thai restaurant—your service was amazing and truly stood out. The only downside for us was the atmosphere. While the resort is beautiful, it didn’t feel very representative of Mexico. The music, décor, and overall vibe felt more like a resort in the United States. There is a shop where you can learn how to make tortillas by hand, which was a nice cultural touch, but we would have liked to see more Mexican culture incorporated throughout the resort. One thing we really enjoyed was the entertainment. Every evening there was live music or a show in the main plaza, which made for a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.

Had the most wonderful time in the world at Casa De Rosa Yaniz and Wendy were both so welcoming and amazing and really made the experience so special. I attended with my mom and grandmother and we had the most amazing time getting “magical” with Rosa (Yaniz). We danced laughed drank tequila and Mezcal, cooked amazing food, and shared a wonderful meal as a group. It was an experience that I will remember forever and that is all because of the five beaches amazing hotel staff and crew Yaniz and Wendy were the friendliest and kindest host we could’ve asked for. It was so special to have such a wonderful experience while we were on vacation! Thank you Wendy and Yaniz for laughing, playing, and dancing with us we will treasure it forever!! Please someone give these girls a raise they deserves it!!!!!

Our stay at The Fives was absolutely incredible, and one of the highlights of our entire trip was spending our days relaxing on the Bali beds by the beach. While the beach itself isn’t perfect due to the seaweed in the water, the exceptional service more than made up for it. The real stars of our vacation were Jonathan and Ricardo. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care turned an already wonderful vacation into an unforgettable experience. They weren’t just our waiters—they became part of our vacation family. Every day they greeted us with smiles, remembered our preferences, kept the drinks flowing, and made us laugh. They truly made us feel special and cared for. It’s rare to find service that leaves such a lasting impression, but Jonathan and Ricardo did exactly that. They are a huge asset to The Fives and a major reason we can’t wait to return. If you’re staying here, do yourself a favor and reserve a Bali bed—you’ll be treated like royalty. Thank you, Jonathan and Ricardo, for helping create memories our family will cherish for years to come!

We just returned home from our full week at The Fives, and it was great. It has all the usual trappings of a family-friendly all inclusive, but also amazing activities that made it feel like a wellness retreat! Huge beautiful beach, multiple pools, plenty of restaurants, but also how-to macrame class, sunset meditations, poolside ice baths, Temazcal (go just trust me!), and at least 3 hours of different fitness classes six mornings of the week. There was also a ton of nature on the over-sized grounds so you could walk through the plaza with music, shops, bars, and restaurants or cut through the cool green jungle path to encounter monkeys, lemers, iguanas and more! This was not at all your usual all-inclusive it was unique in the best ways, and we look forward to being there again!

Overall, my experience was just okay. I've stayed at other resorts before where the cart service was much more frequent and the food was significantly better. Looking back, I feel I could have spent a little more and chosen a different resort. That being said, I would like to sincerely thank Liz and JGeorge for their outstanding service at the front desk . They were friendly, attentive, and made a positive difference during my stay. Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the other staff—specifically Luisa and Mr.Liz was disappointing. They often made facial expressions that felt unwelcoming if we deny to express interest in becoming resort members. The very next day Mr.Liz pass by me and he literally turned around as if I am a villain for denying to become members. Most of the servers were amazing but just at the first place when we went for dinner Mr Waiter( Italian restaurant upper floor side corner table) omg that guy has so much attitude. No greeting no hi hello. On our last day we went to the same place the server inside table was super nice and the owner too. I believe the culture here is horrible very judgmental in this whole resort. Whether intentional or not, this created an uncomfortable atmosphere and negatively impacted my overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving the consistency of guest service would make a big difference for future visitors. Never coming back!
