Stunning hotel with absolutely amazing staff! Especially Araceli ( I hope I’ve spelled that right!) So lovely and helpful! Every single person couldn’t do enough for you, genuinely looked like they loved their jobs and enjoyed working there. From the reception staff to the housekeeping, bar staff and the lifeguards - who did a brilliant job in the searing heat! Rooms were spotless, we had a sea view too which was lovely to sit out on your balcony at any time of day. Food at the breakfast buffet was also exceptional. Lots of choice and items refilled regularly, omelettes made fresh and gluten free options too. Staff happy to store luggage in a store room for after check out and offered a shower room to freshen up before leaving. Never an issue getting a sun lounger on a morning , or any time of day actually. Just a fab hotel with proper chill vibes, the ultimate relaxation. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, you absolutely will not be disappointed! 😊

This hotel is listed as 5* though I'm not really sure why. It is a good hotel and the staff are great. The room was very smalll with little privacy if you are sharing with someone. The food while good quality was a bit lacking in variation. The location is excellent for the beach and short walking distance to key bus stops. It's a reasonably quiet hotel and didn't seem to have much problem getting a sun lounger round the pool. As it's over 16s it's good for those wanting a quieter holiday.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would! I loved it so much I wish we had been able to stay for more than 4 nights. The location was perfect, the staff were amazing and the facilities brilliant! Our room had a sea view with a little balcony, we had robes and slippers, a coffee maker and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was incredible with so much choice; it set us up for the day. This is a 5*, adults only hotel and I love it! Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although there were a few issues with the towel replacement service, which could be improved. Apart from that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of its fantastic location, welcoming staff, and enjoyable atmosphere. With a small improvement in housekeeping, it would be an even better experience.

Such a fabulous hotel. The staff were all so lovely from reception to the bar and breakfast staff to the cleaners all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous and a stunning view of the sea. Great amenities around and walking distance from all the restaurants and bars in palmanova and beach. Pool was great also never an issue with sunbeds etc. the breakfast buffet was a highlight for us it was huge and never an issue with seating either. I would really recommend this to people if they want five star service at a great price! Would definitely love to come back again! Thank you Fergus Style Tobago. !
