Lovely hotel very clean and well maintained .staff so friendly all over top location to beach bars and restaurants. Room was good except toilet and shower integrated in to the room with glass doors very straight. We had a room on the first floor just above hotel entrance with large balcony and sun beds but didn't use as no sun in that area all day a bit disappointing as we paid extra for this. Would stay again but a different room

Perfect location. All the staff (especially Sese on reception) are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Lots of deck chairs by the pool, the sky bar offers wonderful views of Palma Nova. I really liked that the hotel doesn’t charge for pool towels. Only downside is that the gym is quite basic for a 5* star hotel and would benefit from better machines, cardio options and heavier weights. The room cleaning could also be better. Overall one of our favourite stays in Mallorca and will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay – our second visit and we’d happily return! This was our second time staying at FERGUS Style Tobago in Palmanova, and once again we had such a lovely stay. The staff are genuinely so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they really make you feel looked after throughout the holiday. The food was lovely with a really good selection, so there was always something to choose from and enjoy. The hotel has a great atmosphere and we felt very comfortable here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our second stay just as enjoyable as the first. We’ve had a wonderful holiday and would definitely be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Overall good experience, service was rapid and good. So far from what I have experienced the buffet was excellent. Shortly, good quality food with a slight variety (even a picky eater corner was there). Fresh fruits, fresh meat, good cooks at least for my standarts. Couple things were a bit below my expectation from a 5 star hotel. First, water in restaurant was for a charge, not a big one but still, feels weird to pay for water in a restaurant. Second pool area was quite crowded to my liking had to always be aware that maybe if I go there I will not find a place to my liking or at all (tho the beach was 30m away so that did not matter to much but was a bit annoying sometimes). Beside those everything worked well on out trip to Majorca. About the hotel and location as a whole. Easy to navigate in Palma nova, a lot of shops and places to roam around. Easy transportation to Palma, busses work well and taxi is cheap, what ever you choose work. Closest bus stop is couple minutes away from the hotel. One wierd thing that never came to my mind when chosing the hotel is when sun will reach the pool. In this hotel sun reaches the pool area around 11am and that is a bit of an annoyance for a early bird like me who is at the breakfast door before it is even opened.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room The room had everything we needed and was comfortable overall.The only downside was how exposed the bathroom was, with glass walls around the shower and toilet. Other than that, it was a good room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service The service was brilliant. Everyone was friendly, always smiling and happy to help. The 24/7 availability was a great bonus. No complaints about breakfast or dinner either, and the staff were always quick to clear tables and bring drinks. Shoutout to the rooftop barman — very good at what he does! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location The location was great, with plenty of shops around the hotel. Having a 24/7 supermarket opposite was a bonus. The beach was also less than a 5 minute walk away and was beautiful. We were lucky with the weather too! Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back.
