The staff and service at the resort was extremely good. The staff was very friendly in the platinum service section was Fantastic. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff were fantastic. The food was fresh and very delicious. We are already planning the next stay here in a few months. The final special dinner at the beach blew us away. We have stayed at many resort and this is tops. The staff at the final special dinner specifically Marlin, Estefania and Maria was fantastic. We loved this place

We stayed at the Grand Bavaro Princess for 7 days. It was our first time trying an all-inclusive resort, and this resort has set a very high standard for us! Firstly, the resort is a short drive from the airport, making it easily accessible. We flew in from Canada, and the check-in process went very smoothly. Our first impression was that the resort is extremely well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly. Also, the food was delicious. There are two buffets to try, and the quality of the meals is spectacular. The resort also has several restaurants available to book, which adds greater variety beyond the buffet menu. Guest Services and the front desk are always willing to help, providing great insight into how to make your trip even smoother! Lastly, there are so many excursions available to try, and the beach is absolutely beautiful! There are several pools around the resort as well. We tried parasailing at the resort, which was a fun experience. Overall, I highly recommend this resort!

Extraordinary experience at the grand bavaro princess. Amazing food entertaining nights. The a la carte restaurants are great and alot of variation. The beach is great the water is translucent dreamy. Everybody is very nice I couldn't have asked for a better get away to relax have fun and enjoy. Tanayri and Leidy are amazing the are funny entertaining and overall great people. 🫶🏼

I was there last week for a 7 days all inclusive. The hotel was big but very clean , even the public bathrooms were spotless at all times, the staff are amazing , service every where was good , very friendly staff anything we asked for was done with a smile. Lots of shows to enjoy , by the beach at night , the show every night in the lobby was great specially when Mario was singing he was amazing , not just the voice he has but also the way he got everyone to get up and dance and enjoy the lobby vibe . Overall I give the hotel 9 out a 10 . PS: they have lots of peacocks everywhere they are so beautiful and other animals that are very well taken care of .

​We stayed for eight days at the Grand Bavaro Princess. Upon arrival, they offer an upgrade to the "Platinum" level, which grants access to additional restaurants and private beach clubs. Because this is quite a sprawling property, they provide a small shuttle that runs every 10–15 minutes starting at 7:00 AM. The beach itself was nice, but during our visit, there was a lot of seaweed (sargassum), which is apparently common in this part of the island. ​Unfortunately, the service in most places left a lot to be desired. There were, however, a few notable exceptions: Perez and his colleagues at the Platinum Beach Bar were absolutely amazing, as was our waiter at La Hacienda (the Mexican restaurant). ​Speaking of dining, I highly recommend making your restaurant reservations as soon as you arrive, as some places book up to 3 days in advance. In my opinion, the best restaurants were Tartuffo (Italian), Chopin, and the Platinum Beach Grill. On the other hand, the worst restaurant we visited was Wasabi (Japanese); the fish tasted off, and most dishes were poorly portioned and improperly cut. The portions at SOHO (modern cuisine) were also quite small. The absolute worst service we experienced was at Il Cappuccino, especially from the staff member serving the pastries. Overall a good experience, but service could be improved.
