Best holiday I have been to and I have been to loads. It is very clean, lovely big room. Staff All are very friendly. Food has a variety every day a different country. Covers all allergies. Any.problems they are happy to help. Everything is near the beach is near swimming pools is very big and there is a baby pool and then another one for slightly older and the main one is not to deep,There is a gym, sauna that you can use. 5 othe places you can use to eat with a free cab there and back. I can't fault anything. Very comfortable rooms and the strip is about 15 minutes walk with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants. You can't hear them at night where we was. I can say so much more it's worth looking it up and reading what it says it's true.

After a week's stay, I always ask myself the same question: Would I return to this hotel? The answer is quite simple: Yes! When reading reviews from other guests, the comment that the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars comes up quite often. But stars represent the number of services provided by the hotel, not the quality of service or the attractions. 1. Hotel Condition and Suggestions for Management Yes, the hotel needs some refreshing, but it's not a disaster—it's just the style. My advice to management: Replace the shower curtains with bi-folding glass doors and do a deep clean on the tile grout using proper products. Also, if you're touching up the grout, use the same color instead of whatever is closest to hand. Put brighter lighting in the bathroom; my wife complained that it was too dim to apply makeup. 2. Room As for the rest of the room, I’ve never had so much space on holiday. A kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen has a proper fridge, a washing machine, and everything else needed for those on a self-catering basis. The housekeeper could pay a bit more attention to mopping the floors—a stain under the luggage rack was left untouched the entire week (and just to clarify, we didn't make it). Overall, it was clean, and towels were changed daily. We were initially placed in room 109, which had a balcony facing a noisy roundabout and felt unsafe because it was so low to the ground. The next day, one of the older gentlemen at reception moved us to room 219. It was quiet, peaceful, and had a nice view. If you have any issues, just talk to them—we didn't like our initial room, and they handled it properly. :) 3. Food and Restaurants The food was tasty and fully satisfied our needs. The restaurant isn't huge, so if you're used to the massive dining halls of Spain, Turkey, or Egypt, you need to understand that this isn't a massive resort. If you are on an all-inclusive plan, you can visit other MGM Group restaurants and hotels in the area to add some variety to your meals—I think there are about 5 hotels in total. We went to the BBQ dinner and the Japanese show. The BBQ would have been great if not for the flies. Also, a quick tip: parboil the ribs before putting them on the grill, as the meat was tough to get off the bone :). Don't plate up such huge portions either; it's better to ask if guests want extra than to throw food away. The Japanese show was fun and delicious, though not particularly Japanese considering Indian music was playing through the speakers. Still, I recommend checking out the themed dinners and visiting the other hotels, as it really adds variety to your holiday. Summary I would happily return given the chance because the hotel is in a great location, has parking, and serves good food.

Great location. Overall good experience. Was pleasantly impressed with how spacious the rooms are. The hotel itself is great and we really enjoyed the breakfast. However, housekeeping let the rating down. We stayed for 5 nights and not once did we have a linen change, and on day 3 we came back and staff had not put towels in after cleaning. The last night, there was a foul smell coming through the vents. The hotel is good and the balcony doors stopped any outside noise and the beds were comfy so we had a nice stay. Gentlemen on reception was slightly rude when we first arrived and complained that I was taking items out of my suitcase in the luggage room, but we arrived before check in so wasn’t sure what the issue was as I needed to get items out for the day until check in. Definitely not a 5*

Honestly can’t explain how incredible this hotel is. I would say it is fantastic for solo travellers rather than families mainly. Best solo travel hotel away from the strip if you want a peaceful beach walk holiday and back. The clubs and nightlife is a 15 min walk but honesty if you want an all inclusive break as a solo traveller who just wants to relax and chill this is the PERFECT hotel… the beach is a 5 min walk and you can literally just enjoy that. The food is phenomenal. The hygiene is amazing and room is incredible.

This hotel is perfectly located for those looking at the more party side of Albufeira as it’s a very short walk to the new town strip. The rooms cater nicely to larger groups and the self-catering kitchen was great for us as we chose not to do the all-inclusive. However, when we arrived we were given no balcony after specifically booking a room with one. We had to wait until the following day to change room. Secondly, the pool was lovely and was a clean and entertaining area. however, loud music blared the second you got down there at 10am to when you would leave. We had no issue with this around 4pm as drinks started flowing and families moved upstairs but disappointing for those looking to relax. Was told it was due to the entertainers but they did perfectly fine without needing the music. All in all, the location is amazing and the facilities available to the users of the hotel are impeccable. There is a supermarket 2 mins down the road that has everything you need. However, if you are looking for somewhere more relaxing i’d advise against the hotel due to the music and crowd (albeit, like us) the location attracts.
