What a wonderful experience. Check-in: Meeting Andre and the lovely team at the desk, we cannot thank you enough for the upgrade to the room. It was amazing and the view of the golf course from the balcony, as an avid golfer it was nice to sit there (Wishing I was playing) in the morning and have such a wonderful view. Restaurants: Cilantro and Rubi bar were perfect. I’ll start with Rubi bar as that’s where we spent the most time, I think we had several lunches and one dinner there and the staff during the days and evening were both welcoming, attentive and just brilliant. The food just hit the spot and I think we tried almost everything on the menu haha Cilantro, what an absolute delight, I’ve been to many chain hotels in my time that boast ‘fine dining’ that never meet expectations. Cilantro on the other hand wow, from the service to the actual food it was unforgettable. Spa: My wife and I went twice and enjoyed the facilities and it was bliss, such a wonderful way to spend our first holiday together by ourselves in a couple of years. Gym and Pool, having a warm and cold pool is bliss. I love a cold pool so I had no issues with it and my wife enjoyed the warm one haha. Gym was lovely. The shuttle bus is easy and we’ve had guests say nothing but nice things so thank you from the bottom of my heart in making this such a relaxing break for my wife and I. Alternatively it's a 4 euro taxi to the Marina where there is plenty of alternative food and drink options as well. The hotel was amazing, and would highly recommend visiting the site and look forward to my next experience there.

We stayed in December, just before Christmas. The pool view rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is excellent and the staff work very hard to manage peak times and keep guests happy. We used the thermal areas of the onsite Seven Spa. There is an additional charge for guests to use the thermal areas (e.g. sauna, turkish bath) – no charge if you are a Hilton Honours Gold or Diamond member. The Spa is well worth a visit. The gym is well-equipped and quite suitable for a range of workouts. Overall, a very nice stay.

Rooms are in need of repair. The first one we stayed in had no hot water, a broken security lock and a sliding door that did not lock. We called the front desk but they did not do anything until the next day when we complained again. The day crew was helpful and offered us a new room. The new room was better but had very low water pressure. The grounds look nice and the location is very good so no complaints there. We did not try the food but after spending 18€ for 4 black coffees we didn't want to risk it. I can't recommend it.

3 out of 4 pools at the spa were not heated (broken), 1 one heated pool was maybe 90 degrees (F) max and none of the jets worked. Showers were all cold. Main outdoor pools were all closed. Would have been nice to know that before we booked. But the rooms were good and the bar restaurant was nice. Just bummed about the spa being mostly non-functional during our stay.

Recently had a stay at this Hilton, room was nice, location was perfect. However the service of the staff, specifically the reception managers attitude and consideration of our issue was appalling. The hotel had clearly made a mistake with our booking. We booked 4 rooms with bed and breakfast. Was all paid on the same card. When we arrived at the hotel they told us only 2 of the rooms had breakfast, which was a bit of a shock as we have proof our booking included breakfast. We tried to dispute this with reception however the reception manager was extremely rude and couldn’t see that they had made an administrative mistake. After disputing with us for 30 minutes, she then persisted to tell us to “make a complaint if you’re not happy, I’d like you to”. This should have been noticed straight away and been dealt with. She even admitted they had made a mistake yet still persisted to charge us for a breakfast we have already technically paid for. As stated above, hotel was nice and rooms are tidy but the attitude of the staff and their service is appalling.
