Its Not a 5 Star Resort! Please Adjust your Expectations So you Wont Be Disappointed. We spent 2 weeks here in Oct 2026. We are happy we came, we hope they renovate and repair. Pro- Staff are Great, Friendly & Professional! Experts at handling any situation, Very well trained. Elevators everywhere and we are thankful for that. Laundry machines are good and a drying rack provided in room. Apartment Room had an ocean view with kitchen, separate living room and very comfy bed. Lots of storage space & big deck. Pool is huge & very well designed we love the slides, ledge & seating around the pool. Lots of seating for guests and umbrellas. They clean up everything constantly, its great service. Rooms get cleaned everyday and maids are fabulous. Cons- Everything`s Old! Entire hotel needs work or updating. The rooms- Our heat pump broke and they said it had to be replaced cuz its so old but they cant get it installed for a few weeks. Curtains (dirty, broken & don`t fully close), sliding doors (don`t fully close or lock at all) sofas (cheap furniture that`s low to the ground and very uncomfortable), bathtub (no longer white- its a orange and yellow color, paints chipped and tiles are cracked) T.V- 1 T.V in living room, Its small & only 5 English speaking channels (3 sports, 2 action movie channels). They need satellite & options for people to watch Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video & Apple TV. Pool- Indoor pool & hot tub was closed the entire 2 weeks for repairs. Sucks as its the Only reason we booked this hotel. Outdoor pool- Missing tiles & has mold growing in the grout. Food- Always Cold, (they need powerful new heat lamps & induction tray to ensure the foods safe for consumption). Its just not a 5 star (even if booking websites say it is). None of these cons deterred us from enjoying our stay. Thank you for the fabulous service & friendly faces!

Fantastic stay in this hotel. Great location and facilities. The bar staff and waiters were extremely nice. Rooms always clean and tidy. Special shout out to Omar behind the bar who looked after us a lot. Would definitely return and recommend.

UPDATE SINCE THE HOTEL CLAIMS IN IT'S RESPONSE I NEVER STAYED THERE - I've attached a photo of my reservation as proof. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. STAY AWAY! Their response only reinforces my concerns about how dishonest the staff are. Instead of addressing the issues I raised, they chose to deny that I was even a guest. DO NOT STAY HERE – AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! I left my luggage in the hotel's luggage storage before my flight on the evening of July 5, and my Louis Vuitton handbag was stolen. Inside were my passports, laptop, sunglasses, and other valuables. It was the only bag stolen that day, which makes the situation even more concerning. When I discovered the theft, there was no manager on-site to assist. The two employees who helped me, Sachin Kumar and Tiago, were unhelpful and showed very little urgency. Initially, I was told we could review the security camera footage. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I was then told I could not view the footage and that my only option was to file a police report. When I filed the report, the responding officer told me they receive 2–3 reports like this every week from this hotel. That was incredibly alarming. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect this was an inside job. While I cannot prove that, the circumstances and the lack of transparency left me with very little confidence. I later spoke with the Director, Renato, who was also not helpful. He said he could only meet with me the following morning at 8:30 a.m., after I was already dealing with the aftermath of the theft. I was repeatedly told there was no useful video footage, despite there being visible security cameras in the lobby. Unfortunately, the theft was only part of an already disappointing stay. The rooms were not clean, the staff were unfriendly and slow to respond, our toilet stopped flushing twice during our four-day stay, and it took four phone calls and an hour and a half just to receive clean towels. I understand that travelers are ultimately responsible for their belongings, and I acknowledge that leaving valuables in luggage storage was a mistake on my part. However, I have used hotel luggage rooms all over the world without ever experiencing anything like this. I trusted this hotel to provide secure storage, and that trust was completely misplaced. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Between the poor service, maintenance issues, and the theft of my belongings, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. I have attempted to contact this hotel, several times today and they have not answered a single call. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Great location and spacious rooms, but lacking in service and consistency. The location of this hotel is fantastic since its so close to the sea, and the rooms are wonderfully spacious. However, there are few major drawbacks. The rooms are not clean daily, which was dissapointing. Additionaly the breakfast is very repetive and gets boring since its the exact same thing every single day. Service-wise my experience is was pretty poor. One of the receptionist (a long haired Black woman) was very unfriendly. When i asked to upgrade my room to a sea view, she showed zero interest in helping me or accomodating my request. With some better staff training and variety at breakfast, this place could be much better.

The room, view, location, and amenities were fantastic. Our room was modern and luxurious. The hotel had a wonderful pool. Free parking was great, we always found parking with the extra back lot. We did have some service issues, our room was not equipped with a cork screw or a TV remote for one of the TV’s. The corkscrew was necessary for the wine they provided. We did call the front desk several times with no answer. We visited the front desk to make this request, we were told to wait but no one arrived. Additionally, our patio was not mopped during our stay so it collected much bird poop. I understand birds will poop during our stay, but it could be cleaned. I would still book this room for the price, location, and quality of the room.
