I had an excellent stay at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura and would definitely recommend it. The location is simply unbeatable, as the hotel is directly connected to the marina. The moment you step outside, you are surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it the perfect place to explore on foot. It is also only about a 5-minute walk to the Vilamoura Casino. The hotel is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Every area is exceptionally clean, and the staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They all speak English very well, which makes communication easy for international guests. The hotel offers several great dining options, including two restaurants by the pool and an excellent dessert café inside the hotel. Families will especially appreciate the pool area, which includes a large adults’ pool and a separate children’s pool located right beside it. The kids’ pool feels very safe and is perfect for younger children. One feature I really appreciated was the private gated access to the beach. Guests can enter and return to the hotel through a secure gate using their room key, which adds both convenience and security. The nearest train station, Loulé, is about a 15-minute drive away, and the hotel can easily arrange a taxi for guests whenever needed. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with an outstanding location, excellent facilities, and first-class service. I would happily stay here again.

We have just spent a week at the Tivoli - a family trip of 19 people with the youngest being 12 and the eldest 64 to celebrate an anniversary, and their feedback is overwhelmingly positive. The location of the hotel is in a prime spot with easy access to the beach and Marina and short drives to local amenities. Everyone loved the easy walking to and from the Marina and we all noted how safe the area felt at all times of the day and night and appreciated the security provided by the staff on the lower level doors. During our stay we saw no litter at all in and around the hotel grounds, and the gardens are beautifully kept as are the public areas. We also appreciated the on-site medical personnel who was conveniently located in the same spot every day just by the pool. We did think that the pool rules were reasonable but were generally not adhered too - early reserving of sunbeds which got earlier every day, topless sunbathing, ball games in the pool etc - either allow it or apply the rules - they were clearly ignored most of the time with the pool staff turning a blind eye most of the time. We did enjoy the occasional free treat that was shared out in the afternoons- ice cream, cold flannels, fruity shots - a really nice touch and well received. We loved the Argo bar. The live music was perfectly pitched and made for a lovely ambience and the mixologist know their stuff - we enjoyed some delicious and unusual cocktails, attentive service and while pricey, we didn't think too outrageous when compared with other venues close by. We want to especially recognise the housekeeping team who have been wonderful and Shahina in particular on floor 6 who went the extra mile for us every day. She is a gem. The pool bar staff and notably Daiana were wonderful and the cocktails were delicious! The Glee cafe has a lovely choice of cakes, desserts and hand crafted chocolates available and we enjoyed 3 of their cake creations and our celebratory dinner - they tasted as good as they looked. We found the Guest Relations staff to be excellent and in particular Debora - very knowledgeable and helpful. Finally, our room was spacious, well equipped and the bed comfortable - but overall a bit tired and bland. The shower holder for the shampoos etc were temperamental and hard to manage- (I had to disassemble mine!), but just a small niggle in an otherwise great stay. For us, the hotel and the location worked for a family holiday and it gets a two thumbs up from us all.

All-in-all, a wonderful hotel by the beautiful marina. Stayed here for 5 nights in end of April. The hotel was completely reserved by our company for a President's Circle event. The rooms were well appointed and cleaned several times during the day. The marina view from the 9th floor room was amazing. Several restaurants on site with amazing ambience. Food in the hotel restaurants were not the tastiest but they did cater to vegetarians. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We took Uber and the company buses to explore the Algarve region from the Albufierra coast (7 hanging caves) to the Silves castle and Castle De Loule and the Arvad winery, the hotel was relatively centrally located to these areas. The Marina has a wonderful Indian restaurant (Natraj) worth visiting if you are craving Indian food.

I had a great stay at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort with the Marina strip just outside, The hotel was very clean and overall the experience was amazing. The room was spacious with a great view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety with both hot and cold options, which was a nice mix. The resort itself is in a fantastic location in Vilamoura and really stands out as one of the main resorts in the area. It’s absolutely amazing, especially with the yachts right in front by the marina. We had a back-facing room overlooking the beach and ocean side, which was still very relaxing and offered a beautiful view. The café Glee at reception was absolutely amazing. The cakes were phenomenal, and both the cappuccino and coffee were excellent. The only issue I encountered was that on three occasions during my 7-day stay, the milk used in coffee seemed to be off. The waiters prepare hot drinks in front of you, which is a nice touch, but this was the one downside during an otherwise excellent stay. Apart from that, everything else was great and I really enjoyed my time there.

The hotel is beautiful, with a fantastic pool, excellent service, and an unbeatable location right on the marina. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed our seaside room, especially the balcony with its beautiful views. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with indoor/outdoor seating and the restaurants as well were delicious. I gave it 4 stars because there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The staff wasn't as accommodating as expected. For example, we weren't allowed to order food from the adjoining hotel restaurant, even though it's right next door. The pool policy was also a bit disappointing, they only provided one towel per guest, and the towels were too small to cover the full lounge chair. Lastly, while the rooms were clean and comfortable, they felt quite dated and could use some updating. Overall, it's a great place to stay thanks to its location and amenities, but a few improvements in guest accommodations and room renovations would make the experience even better.
