I booked a stay here on a whim for myself and two children, and wow!!! It totally surpassed my expectations in every way. It’s even lovelier than it appears on the website, the food is great quality and value for a hotel, especially the breakfast. The staff throughout is friendly and helpful. Everything is super clean. I had two very minor issues and they were quickly resolved with a smile, to my total satisfaction. I can’t stop raving about this place and hope to return later this summer. Thanks for the fun memories!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here however I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel for couples or families due to a few reasons that impacted the overall feel of the stay - A lot of maintenance going on while staying at the hotel hallways dirty and dusty - anything we asked for at reception (AC to be fixed and bottled water for room) we were told someone would be sent up only to wait in the room and have to go back down to reception for the same request to repeat (for days) Have to pay for extra facilities that look like they’re included (sun beds at the beach ) access to indoor pool we were told it was €20 per person why would we pay when we are staying at the hotel 😂 Hotel should be providing filtered water for guests there was a sign in the gym saying non gym going residents could not use the water I have never seen something like this in my life, definitely not ideal for families. There is a strange feeling with some of the staff I noticed this at breakfast and at the reception it’s as if they are trying to catch you out on something, and some of them not friendly. Shoutout to bar staff by the main pool who work very hard I must say especially the young man this week he was running around and the man in charge of the towels was also friendly. Overall very small things that could really make this hotel feel like a true 5 star if actioned. Hopefully management will take this feedback on board as the setting of the hotel, layout and rooms we stayed in were fab.

Five-Star Prices, but Not a Five-Star Experience Unfortunately, the experience did not match the standard expected from a five-star hotel charging around €600 per night. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The dining room felt chaotic, there was very little service, and guests were expected to collect their own cutlery, napkins and glasses. On top of that, we repeatedly had to queue for a self-service coffee machine, and the coffee itself was poor. At this price point, I would expect proper table service, high-quality coffee and a much more relaxed breakfast experience. We were also surprised that nearly every activity in the kids’ club had to be paid for separately. For a family-oriented five-star resort, more of these activities should be included in the already very high room rate. The same applies to the beach facilities. Having to pay extra for sunbeds or beach spots feels unreasonable when paying around €600 per night. Overall, the hotel may have five-star pricing, but the service level and the number of additional charges did not feel like a genuine five-star experience.

I stayed with my friend for three nights at the apartments in the resort and we had a lovely stay. The apartments were a bit old but were clean nonetheless and housekeeping came everyday to clean up. The food in the restaurant was decent too, and as the hotel is beachfront there are some lovely views from the restaurant. The gym and spa area were clean and plenty of space to workout. There are 4 pools so there was plenty of area to chill and relax. Overall we had a lovely girls trip! The hotel was 30 drive from the airport and uber will cost you around 20 euros! The peacocks in the hotel were a treat to watch!

We stayed here for a few days in March and had a wonderful time from check in to check out. We arrived quite early and the staff at the front desk were lovely. They managed to get our room ready early which was very much appreciated as we had travelled with 2 young kids. We were helped with getting our things to our room which was a fair walk away from the reception area. The room was very clean and stocked with things we needed. The bed was very big and very comfortable. One thing I will note about the rooms is it was quite easy to get out of which was worrying having a young toddler with us but we were able to move furniture around to make it safer for us. During our stay we went to the kids play area. The staff her were brilliant with the kids and there were plenty of activities for the kids. The breakfast was lovely and not too busy when it opened. Looked like it got busier around half 8 onwards. I d oreally want to thank all the staff at this resort for being so welcoming and kind to us during our stay. I've noticed a few reviews below mentioning rude staff members and i wanted to say our experience was the complete opposite. I couldn't fault them at all they were all lovely.
