We are currently staying at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya, and the experience has been outstanding. From the beautiful grounds to the incredible food, every part of our vacation has exceeded expectations. The restaurants have been consistently excellent, with a great variety of options and high-quality meals throughout our stay. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always found something delicious and well prepared. What has truly made this trip special, however, is the hospitality. Every employee has been warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We would especially like to recognize Jacqueline and Alejandro, who provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail are a perfect example of the level of service we’ve experienced throughout the resort. As a family, we’ve traveled to many resorts, and this has been one of our favorite experiences. The combination of excellent food, beautiful facilities, and world-class hospitality has made this a memorable vacation. Thank you to Jacqueline and Alejandro and the entire Grand Palladium team for making our stay so enjoyable. We are leaving extremely satisfied and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation in Riviera Maya.

We stayed at Grand Pallidium White Sands Resort July 5-July12 and on July 9th we had Dinner Reservations for our supper which was located in the Grand Pallidium Colonial. The restaurant itself was very nice, good air conditioning , relaxing atmosphere country American music. ALBERTO was our waiter he was top notch very accommodating from the time we sat down till I asked him to take a photo of us with our 30 year anniversary candles for desert he even lit the candles! I watched him with the other customers and he is a very hard worker and works to make his customers happy ! Thank you Alberto we appreciate you your people from the United States in the state of Illinois. The food tbone and ribeye highly recommended and Carrot Cake top notch! Jim and Jennifer

I went here in April 2025 for a wedding and couldn't be happier to have stayed at this hotel! I only spent four days there but they offered so much included with the all inclusive package. I enjoyed fitness class both in and out of the pool, a dance night with local djs and tons of pools near the beach to relax. On hotel grounds they coatis, iguanas, Mexican agoutia and local cat that loves attention. Unfortunately, due to weather I was unable to do any scuba diving or other water activities. I would love to come back again to experience more that cancun has to offer. It's a perfect place to stay with your family or couples vacation. Truly an amazing experience!

Writing a review for La Adelita restaurant and it was the last dinner we had before we had to leave and it was our favorite and the best dinner we’ve had! The food was amazing but our server Juan was the best one we’ve had throughout all of our meals this whole week he was quick, attentive and friendly! He made this experience a 5/5 can’t recommend him and this restaurant enough.

We stayed 5 nights at the grand palladium colonial and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and recommendations. The food was amazing at both the buffets and the numerous restaurants on the resort. My favorite was the steak house. Our server Henry was amazing 10/10 service. Most days were spent at the pools where there were plenty of classes and extra entertainment. Late night was spent mainly in the colonial lobby where there was live music, silent discos and other events. The event schedule on the app is great to check out. Antonio the bartender in the colonial lobby was amazing and very friendly, 10/10. We got a massage at the spa that was extra but was very worth it granting access to all amenities at the spa and of course the massage itself. If you want to explore all of the resort they have golf carts that will bring you around where you want. Could not recommend this place more, will definitely be staying here again next time im in Mexico!
