Today we ventured to a different restaurant on the resort, the Italian, for a late breakfast. We were treated and taken care of during our meal service by Erika. She was a true joy to speak with. The service was excellent, but even better, and the reason we travel, Is to meet locals in the country. Erika remained professional but was also very engaging. She impressed me with her trilingual abilities (Spanish, English and French). She answered questions about the menu items, made recommendations and ensure we felt well taken care of during our meal service Enjoying conversation and attentive. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a wonderful time here! Our waitress, Erika, was incredibly attentive and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. We visited the restaurant several times, and she even remembered us after our very first visit, especially that my husband has a big appetite and is always hungry! 🤣 The restaurant also offers beautiful views. You can choose to sit overlooking either the pool or the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place for its delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. A special thank you to Erika for making our visits even more enjoyable!

My husband and I stayed at this resort for a week with our 7 month old daughter. We had a wonderful time!! RESORT / STAFF The resort was beautiful, not too big, not too small. The resort staff were all friendly, always greeting us, and smiling at our baby :) ROOM We stayed in an Oceanfront Villa, stunning view of the ocean, steps away from the beach. 100% worth it! BUTLER One of the perks to our room was a personal butler, someone we could message with questions. Our butler was Yajahira, she was so kind, helpful, and attentive. FOOD Lots of options, at all times of the day. Different restaurants, including a buffet, a little cafe, a snack shack, we were impressed. WAITERS / WAITRESSES At every restaurant, the waiters/waitresses were attentive and polite, always were kind and accommodating as we always had our baby with us and her stroller. We wanted to give a special thank you to one of the waitresses, Erika, who was so sweet to our daughter (our daughter loved her!) POOLS Family friendly pool was always busy but never felt too crowded because it is huge! Adults only pool was absolutely beautiful. OTHER — Small convenience store in the resort with souvenirs, clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, goggles, etc was nice to have around. — The Beach Cabanas/Balibeds were beautiful and worth it for the beach, although there are plenty of other beachfront chairs, beds, umbrellas — Hotel was 30 min from the airport and our stay included a personal transport through a 3rd party service. We never had to worry about anything transport related All in all, we had an amazing time. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Service We had such a great experience at Andiamo Restaurant! The service was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Edilberto was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. He was working so hard and provided such good service. We really appreciate him and would definitely recommend!

The service here was impeccable. We loved everybody, Luis, especially and Alejandro they gave us topknot service…. We love the food here every night, especially breakfast and dinner.. The only thing I would say is, I’ve booked a room with two beds and they couldn’t accommodate that for my family, which was me my girl and my daughter so she had to sleep in the same bed with us, but overall everything was great.. just make sure when you book them You don’t book through the travel agency you booked directly with them..
