We had an amazing experience in the Grand Park Royal Cancun! The staff support and service was great, from the front desk, concierge Sara, hostesses and servers in the buffet and restaurant, bartenders to housekeeping. Gerardo was a great server in the buffet, and a great conversationalist. We especially loved exceptional service in Andiamo restaurant we received from Verulo, Salomon, and Mario! They were so kind, courteous and professional. The food was very delicious! Compliments to the chef. Our butler Jessica took great care of us throughout the stay, checking in with us and making sure we are having a good time. We highly recommend the resort and the restaurant for the family vacation! We would love to come back!

We had an incredible experience, and the staff made it even better! Gonzalo was amazing—attentive, friendly, and willing to practically find me a whole cow to keep up with my bodybuilder appetite and filet mignon cravings 😂🥩. Yuliana at the main buffet was wonderful. She always had a positive attitude, was incredibly attentive, and made everyone feel welcome. Edgar at Café Sol was equally fantastic—respectful, professional, and always providing excellent service. Gonzalo, Yuliana, and Edgar truly made our stay memorable. 10/10!

My husband and I stayed at this resort for a week with our 7 month old daughter. We had a wonderful time!! RESORT / STAFF The resort was beautiful, not too big, not too small. The resort staff were all friendly, always greeting us, and smiling at our baby :) ROOM We stayed in an Oceanfront Villa, stunning view of the ocean, steps away from the beach. 100% worth it! BUTLER One of the perks to our room was a personal butler, someone we could message with questions. Our butler was Yajahira, she was so kind, helpful, and attentive. FOOD Lots of options, at all times of the day. Different restaurants, including a buffet, a little cafe, a snack shack, we were impressed. WAITERS / WAITRESSES At every restaurant, the waiters/waitresses were attentive and polite, always were kind and accommodating as we always had our baby with us and her stroller. We wanted to give a special thank you to one of the waitresses, Erika, who was so sweet to our daughter (our daughter loved her!) POOLS Family friendly pool was always busy but never felt too crowded because it is huge! Adults only pool was absolutely beautiful. OTHER — Small convenience store in the resort with souvenirs, clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, goggles, etc was nice to have around. — The Beach Cabanas/Balibeds were beautiful and worth it for the beach, although there are plenty of other beachfront chairs, beds, umbrellas — Hotel was 30 min from the airport and our stay included a personal transport through a 3rd party service. We never had to worry about anything transport related All in all, we had an amazing time. Would recommend to anyone!

I loved this resort from the staff to the hotel amenities. They will take good care of you at every restaurant even the buffet ones, Manuela and Gabriela were so welcoming every time we are at the restaurant. All the waiters were also very nice and make sure everything you need is covered! The pools are big and family friendly with various activities . The snack bar was our favorite with a toddler ( pizza burgers hot dogs nachos … all day long) and also the Cafe was a must for ice creams and sweets! For kids ,they have an indoor kids club where they can play and do some activities. I recommend having your family holidays here ❤️

This was my first time visiting this resort in Cancun and I will forever be coming here. Amazing beach right there and not only that the buffet restaurant Veranda has an amazing view of the pool and beach and amazing food and servers. I really enjoyed the food a lot that have soo many options. I really appreciated the service from these servers Gregorio who really went above and beyond, Rigo, Diana and Yanet. I can’t wait to come here again next year!!
