The service was outstanding! Everyone was so polite and accommodating. Feliciana was always smiling and friendly at the breakfast buffet grill. Roberto and Karina were great at the pool side bar. He wouldn't tell us the recipe, but Roberto made a great drink called the "Roberto Special". Lorenzo was fun and full of energy as our hibachi chef. Ivan, Rigiberto, Gerardo, Jose, and the rest of the staff were always on the spot as servers and waiters in the restaurants. The resort facilities were wonderful and easy to use. Our only complaint was about our room. Some of the lights in the bathroom did not work properly. Also, the outlet in the bathroom was very temperamental, often turning off when my wife was trying to blow dry her hair. These issues can be easily remedied. We did have friends at the resort with us, and their room was very nice. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to book a vacation to the area.

Stayed here for a bachelorette and everything turned out perfect. Special thanks to Damian at Equinox for making our trip more memorable, and to the lifeguard who shooed away the iguana that stole our lunch at the beach and for taking our group photos (I don't recall his name, lo siento - Jordan maybe?) Everyone we met during the trip were very welcoming. This isn't an exhaustive list but i think I've got most of staff we met. We appreciated the hospitality, the food, and location. No complaints. There were many options for dining, including 24/7 room service. We also enjoyed the shows, kudos to the circus and fire show teams!

My wife and I loved our 7 night stay at Grand Park Royal Cancun. This was to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Was our first time in Cancun, and first time all-inclusive, and if we come to Cancun again, we will come here. We book in January for Feb 21-28 2026 stay, so room selection was slim. Ended up with Royal Select (upgrade) King Hot Tub Oceanfront in the Royal tower. Many privileges we did not expect, like butler service, priority restaurant reservations, included bali bed (usually $30-50 per day). We usually do not pat for such upgrades anywhere, but this seems like a great value for the upgrade cost. Butler Yahahira was always responsive by Whatsapp for anything, and once the weekend busyness was through, she usually found us daily for a chat and smile. Server Alicia at La Grande was very sweet. We did not have dinner at the steakhouse (extra cost), but staying in the royal tower give access for quieter breakfast and lunch buffet here. Alicia served us 3 times for brekfast and once for lunch. The food everywhere is fantastic, plenty of options for variety. Even when using buffet, its a pleasant atmosphere, and that is the only place for made to order ommlette. We highly recommend the location. Hotel Zone is 20-30 min from airport and there are no better beaches in Cancun. We felt very safe here *even as we listened to news a cartel leader being targeted elsewhere.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Veranda. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, but what truly made our evening special was the exceptional service. A huge thank you to Gerardo, who was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warm hospitality and recommendations really enhanced our meal. It’s rare to find such high-quality service these days, and we were thoroughly impressed. We will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this place to everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. We are a family of four with two boys 13 and 10. The resort is perfect for a relaxing week in the sun. Service - Spectacular. The staff there is always smiling and more than happy to serve you. Salvador would scour the beach and poolside all day and feed us drinks. He never missed a beat and is an extremely hard worker. The pool bar has great staff as well especially Juventino and Hector. Alonso and Joshua of the the Funtastic team were amazing with my kids the whole trip. They keep everyone entertained. Food - the buffet is great and all the A Lá Carte restaurants were quite good as well. Best way to get in is to line-up when the place opens and you'll always get a spot. You do not need reservations for them except for the Hibachi. They open reservations on a day-by-day basis at 8am. We ate there once, and it was a great experience. Willian did a great job and had everyone smiling the entire time and cooked up a great feast. Italian is great for breakfast and dinner. Gregorio is always smiling and was a pleasure. Rooms - we had a Premier Ocean Front Double room, and the view was great. The only downside was the lock on the sliding door was in rough shape. But showers were great and beds were decent but a bit stiff for my liking. Beach - Wow, maybe the clearest water I've ever seen. Water was warm all day and we enjoyed a few hours a day in the ocean. The lifeguards were really monitoring the undertow and keeping people within the flags but as long as you followed their directions you were fine. New year's party was fun. Had to make a reservation by purchasing a bottle of wine or champagne but was well worth it. Great way to ring in the new year. I would definitely recommend this resort to any family looking to unwind in a smaller type of resort.
