The resort is in a fantastic location—conveniently close to both downtown and the airport. The beach is absolutely stunning. The property offers both a family pool and an adults-only pool, with plenty of entertainment available while still maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. The food is what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort and should be agreeable for most guests. I really appreciate the resort’s sustainability efforts. Providing reusable water bottles in the room and having water refill stations throughout the property is a great idea. Unfortunately, this initiative falls short in execution. The bottle provided in our room was not properly sanitized and had visible lipstick stains. I raised this issue with the concierge and was told it would be taken care of, but it never was. As a result, we ended up purchasing our own bottles and used those for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the staff is friendly and welcoming. While the stay had several positives, I would likely want to explore other options before deciding whether I would return.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Grand Park Royal Hotel in Cancun. The location is fantastic, right on a beautiful stretch of beach with stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The beach itself is great and was one of the highlights of the trip. What really made the stay special, however, was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and several employees stood out for going above and beyond. Roxann from the animation team was incredibly attentive and did an amazing job making activities fun and engaging. Gilberto at the pool bar was an incredible bartender—always friendly, quick, and making great drinks. Oswaldo, one of the waiters at the restaurant, also provided great service and was very attentive throughout our meals. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely consider coming back. The only area that could use some improvement is the food, which could be a bit better. That said, the beautiful location and outstanding service from the staff made the stay very enjoyable.

Had an awesome time. 3rd time here. Everytime we come there's always improvements done to the resort. Service is always on point. Was served by Erika who gave us her special drinks who were most delicious. Salvador who served us by poolside was great and Jose at dinner time is always refilling our wine. Rest of the Staff is always gracious and helpful. Had AC issue in our room and they came to fix it right away. Would come again.

The service was outstanding! Everyone was so polite and accommodating. Feliciana was always smiling and friendly at the breakfast buffet grill. Roberto and Karina were great at the pool side bar. He wouldn't tell us the recipe, but Roberto made a great drink called the "Roberto Special". Lorenzo was fun and full of energy as our hibachi chef. Ivan, Rigiberto, Gerardo, Jose, and the rest of the staff were always on the spot as servers and waiters in the restaurants. The resort facilities were wonderful and easy to use. Our only complaint was about our room. Some of the lights in the bathroom did not work properly. Also, the outlet in the bathroom was very temperamental, often turning off when my wife was trying to blow dry her hair. These issues can be easily remedied. We did have friends at the resort with us, and their room was very nice. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to book a vacation to the area.

Stayed here for a bachelorette and everything turned out perfect. Special thanks to Damian at Equinox for making our trip more memorable, and to the lifeguard who shooed away the iguana that stole our lunch at the beach and for taking our group photos (I don't recall his name, lo siento - Jordan maybe?) Everyone we met during the trip were very welcoming. This isn't an exhaustive list but i think I've got most of staff we met. We appreciated the hospitality, the food, and location. No complaints. There were many options for dining, including 24/7 room service. We also enjoyed the shows, kudos to the circus and fire show teams!
