We stayed for one week in Hard rock cancun all inclusive and we went several times to Isla Restaurant. We had such a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter BENEDICTO. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside out, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. What truly stood out was his positive energy and professionalism, he made us feel valued and taken care of the entire evening. It’s rare to find service that feels both efficient and personal at the same time. Thank you for making our night so special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Checked out today and this resort was beautiful! My two teenaged daughters and I had a wonderful time. All the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Special shoutout to Andres, in the Frida restaurant. He was our server for breakfast every morning and ensured that everything was perfect. Another special shoutout to Edwin, by the pool. He always made sure we had clean towels and perfect seats by the pool. If you have any trouble finding seats, he’s definitely your guy.

ciao is the best restaurant in the hotel! staff is absolutely incredible and so accommodating, Jaqui was so welcoming before we even came in and told us every special and options we didn’t even know we had! The food is AMAZING and nearly all handmade, chef alexis made me the best pasta and steak i’ve had in my life! The ambiance is perfect for a nice dinner after a long day in the sun! i would eat here everyday if i could! the server Josue was spectacular and made our dinner so fun! His energy was so kind and cared so deeply we had a great experience! he was so interested in what we had going on and really immersed us in the authentic italian restaurant! 10/10 LOVE LOVE LOVE

Overall the experience was great. The rooms and resort need some updating however you can’t beat the view. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly especially Francisco at the buffet and Luis by the pool. They treated us so well. I also can’t say enough wonderful things about the kids club. Andi, Ale Marie and Fer All made my son feel like family. The activities they have planned every day kept him entertained and wanting to come back the next day. The ladies were wonderful. Highly recommend the kids club.

My family and I stayed at the Hard Rock Cancún for 7 days with our 5 year old son. We really enjoyed our time there. The resort offers amazing food and quality service. We are members so we get designated a butler. Luis and Hector were the most helpful and very cordial. They exceeded our expectation. The best part was the Kids Club in which they have number of activities for the kids. I felt safe and more importantly comfortable leaving him there while we enjoyed some beach time. It is located in the Hotel Zone giving access to May other places to visit in short distance. I highly recommend it’s never disappoints. Till next time Hard Rock 🤘🏼
