Our 2 rooms were nice and clean. Comfy beds and nice firm pillows. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. We had the pool view. Easy access to the elevator. Dominic ( front desk ) was superb! Friendly, very helpful!Starbucks just by the elevator entrance to the tower. Close to the promenade where we had our fave Gordon Ramsay's Fish and Chips!

We've stayed at Harrah's a few times and it's been great. We went last week for my birthday. It was a disaster. We always have the Do Not Disturb sign on door. My husband and I both had money taken from the room. Total taken from room, $500. We didn't know where the safe was initially, later we found it under the counter, not in closet where they typically are at. Then my husband's phone was stolen that same night, from the floor but with all the cameras everywhere and no answers. We want to know who had access to our room. We had Christmas gifts in envelopes for our nephews and they're gone. I truly hope cameras are reviewed and someone is held accountable. Vegas! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Stayed here 3 nights whilst attendinf the Backstreetboys at the Sphere. Superb location for the Sphere. You can either walk outside for about 15min or walk tru the Venetian. Staff was really friendly. Got a room on the 28th floor, super spacious, clean with all the amenities needed. Plenty of elevators and starbucks in the lobby was a bliss 😊 Hope I could return tomorrow

We stayed Dec 22 to 26 on the 27th floor Valley tower. The room was quiet and clean and our view was the strip and mountains beyond. Location is good and can walk to many places but its easy to get lost and a map would be nice. Google just doesn't cut it. I'd suggest taxi, Uber, or Lyft unless you want to get a lot of steps in. They held our bags and we paid the early check in fee which was worth it after an early flight in. Go see the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. It was excellent, so much so that we might come back next year to see it again. Christmas week was a great time to visit. Festive displays everywhere. We would stay at Harrahs again. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.
