This was my 2nd time staying at Harrahs. First time tried the kiosk check in- terrible experience. After entering all my info i still had to see the front desk and it said room wasnt ready, it was 6pm. Valley tower elevator kept breaking down. Terrible view. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. Danny made check in much better through his efficiency to demonstrate relaxed customer service through conversation & working the computer. Loved the convo, explanation on parking, location of rooms, extra amenities. Will be staying here again because of Danny, location, & value. Stayed at mountain tower which seemed upgraded vs valley tower. Comfortable beds, no bad smells,felt safe walking from hotel to strip and Venetian at 3am.

I stayed here for 3 nights for work. I believe they checked me into an ADA accessible room, at least the shower was ADA accessible. I did not request this or need it. The shower is designed horribly and the water pooled in the bathroom. If you can see the shower head is in the middle of the shower area, and the drain barely caught any water. The bathroom floor is angled so all the water pooled up on the other side of the bathroom. The linens were all clean, it smelled nice in the room. Some of the furniture was scuffed, stained, and dusty. The view out my window was abysmal, it was of some employees only alley way.

Hair in our sink when we checked in. The pillows smelled like old man dirty head! None of the kiosks work! No refrigerator in the rooms. Coffee maker but no coffee or cups. The pool closes at 6 pm!! Hotel needs updated, quit being cheap and spend some money on your hotel!! Won't be back!! I guess you get what you pay for. Bell people were amazing!

My husband and I just got back from 5 days in Vegas celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, we stayed at Harrah's and I am so we glad picked this hotel/casino to stay in, I was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but we had an amazing experience from the moment we stepped trough the doors. Tracey checked us in and was super welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had. We got upgraded to a King sweet in mountain view and it was amazing as well! Super clean and nice, bed was firm but comfy and the room had a coffee maker and mini fridge in it. All the waitresses during our stay were top notch, we never went long without being checked on to see if we needed another drink, we did not experience that when we visited other casinos on our trip. Every employee we came into contact with from janitors to waitresses to guest relations were incredibly friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Our check-in experience was average. The line took approximately 30–45 minutes, and all of the express check-in kiosks were out of service, which made the process slower than expected. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly welcoming. We stayed in the Valley View Tower. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, although the “valley view” overlooked the parking garage rather than a scenic view. Upon arrival, we encountered two issues: the smoke detector was chirping due to a low battery, and the room only had four pillows for four guests. Both issues were addressed, although it took a couple of hours for them to be resolved. The beds were clean and very comfortable. One of the biggest frustrations was the Wi-Fi policy. Although our reservation was for four guests, only two devices could connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi for the duration of our stay. Adding additional devices cost $15 per device, per day, which seemed unreasonable for a room booked for four people. Which according to research after the fact is a policy for all Caesar’s properties. Dining on the property was expensive. Most “fast food” entrées (burger or chicken tenders) were around $15, sides (fries) about $5, and beverages—including bottled water—were approximately $7 each. On a positive note, the prices in the lobby gift shop were surprisingly reasonable. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there are definitely areas where the guest experience could be improved.
