I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The room left me speechless I've stayed in many hotel rooms here in Las Vegas this was the nicest one by far. It was immaculately cleaned. This was a hotel room you don't want to leave because it's just that nice. Cute and it's comfortable. Spent just the night here and wish I would have spent longer my husband, my 2-year-old son and I could not have been happier with this place! The walk from our car to our room was about 3 minutes which we greatly appreciate that. Spent some time walking around the hotel It was laid out so beautifully. Food in the restaurants was great and the staff and housekeepers were more than courteous and helpful! Next time we are choosing a hotel we will choose this one 100%. The price was cheaper than I could have ever expected on top of all this!

Uneak Tershai

Stunning at first sight but cleanliness missed the mark. This hotel is huge with lots of conveniences to offer: casino, restaurants, live music and more! Check-in process was straightforward with informative staff. Found it difficult taking luggage to the Opal Tower from lobby as the building is carpeted throughout. We chose a king sized room. The lighting was great with a very nice view of the surrounding landscape. It even included a view of The Sphere which was like a nightlight when the sun went down. The design selection inside is an art deco style. Bright and eclectic furnishings with colorful art pieces. The privacy doors were a nice touch to separate the main space from the entryway. Ample space provided on the bathroom countertop but the water closet was really small. The room was relatively clean but the longer we stayed… the dust that’s accumulated as well as grime in the shower was hard to unsee. Walls are thin and you will definitely hear your neighbors. A lot to do in the area but the blocks are long. Recommend ride-share or access to a car if you’re looking to go to the strip.

Could have been a great place, but...... Bellman didn't tell me there was another parking garage by our tower. My wife, 4 weeks off back surgery walked the entrie length of the hotel when we arrived. Both rooms had hair on counter tops and bathroom floors. Would be "at least 30 minutes" to get housekeeping up to clean rooms. One room TV didn't work, hair dryer didn't work. Lots of little things that shouldn't happen at a place like this. No shave bar in huge shower for ladies. No place to put your own shower stuff if you need it. Didn't gamble as entire gaming area reeked of cigarettes, even when mostly empty. Location was great for us. Coffee shop at bottom of our tower was really good and had good service. Mexican restaurant had great food the night we ate there. Once we figured out where to park, getting in and out and to our room was a breeze.

Stayed here the last week of December. Nice place, good value. Rooms were modern. You see some minor signs of wear but whatever. Free self parking is a win. Location is good - close enough to the strip to enjoy it and far enough away to not have the crowds. There is a decent selection of food places within walking distance. I one complaint for management though is that they need to fix their listings. On every site (even their own), you see similar pictures for most of the rooms, and it's hard to tell what your room is actually going to be like. Someone just needs to have an intern spend an afternoon gathering the right pictures for the right rooms to help folks make decisions. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay at a fair price with free parking.

Lovely newly renovated hotel, our air con was way to hot though the room was very hot all the time even with air con and lowest. Super comfy bed and lovely bathroom, very spacious. Casino was great, we at the Pizza and it was really good. We also went to Lucia Mexican and it was also really good. Disappointed with the pool not being open and not being notified about this upon booking. Location wasn’t the best but as this was my 5th time to Vegas from Australia I wasn’t worried. Housekeeping were lovely also
