All the workers here are very nice and accommodating. The room was good with a few issues. Overall clean and smelled really pleasant. Comfortable. Prices for room service a bit silly but it is a nice hotel. But 9 dollars for 2 eggs is kinda comical. Hotel itself was nice, didn't really go to the casino area for gambling. The location is close enough to get to the strip without having to deal with all of that traffic and close enough to Spring Mountain rd where you can drive down to hit all the good food in Vegas asian district / China town. Very ideal. I will note the room we had was a little worn in certain aspect but still fairly clean. The floors have seen better days, rugs definitely needed to be serviced. White tables had dirt build stuck between the wood grain. Not a big deal normally but if you have white furniture its really noticeable. Lots of dust buildup in the hallways too. Also the bed frame has what I would call a "cuddle corner" and it had lots of oil build of from being used. Should probably be steam cleaned because that was icky. But what can you expect when a room supplies a "lovers box" ontop of a dresser. Lol. I do wish there was an actual fridge we could use instead of a bar fridge filled to the brim with everything on censors. Also no microwave. Hotel expects you to eat and drink there so I get it. But seeing as I had a baby with me it would of been nice to have a place to keep his food and milk cool. So we got a foam cooler from a CVS and filled it with ice. Worked out great.

The room is one of the best we ve stayed at, the 2 beds are connected via a large connecting hugging sofa sort of. Very clean bedsheets and spotless room super clean and no smell, large TV, plus a clear view from the MGM all the way to the Strat, south to north, to the west. Also can see the Sphere. The location is about 10 mins from: the strip, the freeways, Downtown LV and Chinatown LV, literally. Except one person, the staff here, starting from check in desk, men and women all seemed stone faced, zero emotions. The restaurants and cafes are pretty good, standard for a casino of this size. One big 👇 is very close to Airport about every 15 mins will hear a plane landing or taking off, bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud sound. Also since was the old Hardrock casino, whenever they have concerts and celebrities playing here, will be very hard to have a good night sleep, but the upside is you will get a free concert right from your own balcony 😀 Another strange thing is when sitting on the toilet, it moved up and down. I thought I was getting dizzy. The hotel engineers came and said it is true cause the next door guest when they sit on it, cause their toilet is someone on the teeder toder sort of connecting to our toilet they is why it loves up and down, just thought was weird. Overall would stay again.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with fresh bedding changed daily. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and we also loved the steakhouse (great live music!) and the pizza shop. The pool area was huge and super chill, the bartenders made great drinks and were always up for a good conversation. We even had some good luck at the casino! The location was convenient too, we could walk to several nearby spots, and taxis were always easy to find when needed. A special thank you to Craig for taking such great care of us!

We stayed for the f1 race in the canyon tower king suite strip view. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. There was a view of the paddock area from our room. You couldn't see the race/events, but could see the setup. Perfect place to stay if you have tickets for that grandstand. 30 minute walk to the strip. I wouldn't stay here if you want to spend a decent amount of time on the strip because taxis/rideshares add up, especially on F1 week. Restaurant choices were all good. Overall excellent hotel if you want to stay somewhere off the strip.

I stayed at this hotel for four days in November. It’s close to the airport and about a 20-minute walk from the Strip. The hotel wasn’t noisy or overly busy, and there was no cigarette smell (which is common in some hotel). The room was clean, nice, and fairly new. Housekeeping came daily, and they provided two bottles of drinking water each day. There’s no fridge or coffee maker in the room, though. Breakfast is not included, even though the hotel may appear in searches filtered for “breakfast included.” The property has a few restaurants and cafés, including Café Kitchen, where breakfast costs about $28 (fees and taxes included). One night there was an issue with the hot water — it wasn’t even warm — but it was fixed later that night. And as a bonus, beautiful sunrises are included and absolutely free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It’s a great hotel for the price.
