Very much enjoyed my stay at New York New York. I got a room with a kind sized bed and it was quite spacious and plenty for two people. I really liked that there were a lot of affordable food options because, as you know, going out to eat can get expensive really quickly. The hotel has a nice arcade which is great if you have older kids. And the tables were $15 min bet, making it more affordable to play. However, I will say that there aren’t that many tables available. Check in was smooth and honestly more hotels should do it the way New York New York does it. You can check in online and once the room is ready they will send you a QR code. With a QR code you can actually set up your room card on your own. This worked well for me because I wasn’t getting in until after their check-in time. But if you need to check in earlier, it’s probably best that you check in at the desk with a person.

Our experience was excellent. The hotel is very nice and good. Well located. This part of the strip is more quiet and less busy. The hotel you checking with machines that makes it very convenient and fast, no need to see a front desk person. On that machine you can request upgrades if available, late check out if available ($30), etc. Then you activate your room keys and that's it, you are done and ready to go to your room. They send you all instructions via text message or email. The hotel has plenty of dining options available of all styles and budgets. The casino is also nice, it does smell a little to cigarette but nothing too big, it's normal in all Casinos. The parking is also very convenient and easy. The ride-share pickup and drop-off is also very easy and quick all in one location. The famous rollercoaster is great and works fine and not too expensive. The arcade games is also pretty big. The rooms have an air filter working so that your room always smells nice and with no cigarette smell whatsoever.I guess my only observation is that the hotel rooms don't have a fridge available unless you pay extra and rent it every night, which I honestly find unnecessary and prone to people complaining and leaving bad reviews later. Also no buffet dinning option available, but you can just cross the street and have buffet option at MGM Grand and the Excalibur.

Overall we had a great experience here. It is a great location and close to so many attractions. Also recommend walking to target- it’s about a 10ish minute walk at the most. Grab your water, snacks, etc and bring back to your room if you don’t have a car. The atmosphere here was great and would stay here again. Only con was that our room was so far from the elevator- we were the last room on the floor and the walk felt forever. It was .1 miles on our Apple Watch to be exact LOL. Had a great time gambling too- service was great all around.

The first room we checked into had dirty sheets. We woke up to a flood in the bathroom. Water was pouring up through the bathroom floor. Kinda hard to get ready for your wedding with wet floors. So, went downstairs and complained. So, they moved rooms. They could have cared less that I’d was my wedding day. Second room, wasn’t much better. The toilet ran all night and we were supposed to get call from the concierge that day. Still waiting for that call. It’s been 4 days. We went back down to front desk again. Moved rooms and finally got the room we requested. But, still no fridge or phone call. Service was awful. Go to check out wmd they tell us we have a balance?! The last at front desk was just going to charge us. She didn’t pay attention to the comps and the room comps that was the whole reason of going to Vegas- that was our destination wedding. I would never stay here again.

Cool place, Family friendly, has everything you need. Breakfast, lunch dinner and drinks without having to leave. The hotel rooms are clean and employees are very professional. I will definitely stay here again when visiting vegas with family. The arcade is kid friendly and does not smell like smoke. The pizza by the arcade is also a good place to eat. Overall it was a great stay.
