A solid stay overall and good value for the location. The hotel is well situated on the Strip, making it easy to get around, and it has a fun, energetic feel without being overwhelming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to settle in and relax. Housekeeping was consistent and everything felt well maintained throughout the stay. Food options on the property were a bit hit or miss. Some were underwhelming for the price, but Gallagher’s Steakhouse was excellent and easily the standout dining experience here. Great food and a classic steakhouse atmosphere that is absolutely worth visiting. One of the biggest highlights is the bar scene. This place probably has some of the best and most social bars on the Strip. The piano bar is lively and interactive, Nine Fine Irishmen has great energy, and Coyote Ugly is exactly what you expect loud, social, and great fun. It is an easy place to meet people and enjoy a night out without having to leave the property. Overall, a good value stay with a strong location, comfortable rooms, great social bars, and at least one excellent dining option on site. I would happily stay here again.

Staying here at New York-New York in Las Vegas this weekend and honestly had such a fun time! The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long nights out on the Strip. The beds were great, the temperature was perfect, and it felt really easy to just relax once we got back. You’d think it might be loud with everything going on, but the room was actually nice and quiet — major bonus. Plus, the location is hard to beat. Being able to walk right out and be in the middle of all the Vegas action made the trip even better. The whole hotel has a fun energy without feeling chaotic, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Whether you’re there to explore, eat, gamble, or just get away for the weekend, it’s a solid spot. Definitely would stay here again for another Vegas trip!

The New York‑New York Hotel & Casino delivers one of the most fun and energetic experiences on the Strip. From the moment you walk up to the replica skyline with the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and the Brooklyn Bridge, you feel like you’re stepping into a playful, Vegas‑style version of Manhattan. What makes New York‑New York stand out is its commitment to the theme. The interior feels like strolling through a stylized New York neighborhood, complete with brownstone facades, street‑style storefronts, and that unmistakable city buzz. It’s immersive without feeling over the top, and it gives the whole resort a lively, upbeat atmosphere. One of the highlights is The Big Apple Coaster, which winds around the exterior of the hotel and offers incredible views along with a thrilling ride. Inside, the casino floor is vibrant and easy to navigate, and the resort hosts a variety of entertainment options that appeal to all kinds of visitors. The food scene is a major plus. Whether you’re craving a slice of New York‑style pizza, a hearty breakfast, or something quick and casual, there’s always a great option nearby. The variety makes it easy to grab something delicious no matter the time of day. New York‑New York is a resort with charm, character, and a sense of fun that sets it apart from many of the more modern, minimalist hotels on the Strip. It’s a great place to stay or visit if you enjoy themed environments, lively energy, and plenty of things to do. It captures the spirit of both cities, New York’s personality and Las Vegas’s excitement, beautifully.

I will start off with my only complaint - why are mini fridges not included in the room? We pay enough per night and in fees for this to be included. We had to make do without the mini fridge to avoid the unnecessary and additional fees (although it caused inconvenience). Otherwise, I had a great stay at the NYNY. From the housekeepers, to the porters, to other hotel staff, everyone was super kind and helpful. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is super fun - from the casino, to the restaurants, and shops, you have all you need in the entire hotel and could have a great time just within the hotel. The roller coaster was awesome too! Such a fun coaster design! Highly recommend trying.

New York-New York Casino and Hotel continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in Las Vegas. This was our sixth visit, and once again it proved why it keeps drawing us back. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious—easily accommodating four people without anyone feeling crowded or stepping over each other. The lobby area is another standout. It’s filled with well-kept shops, inviting restaurants, and fun attractions, all maintained with the kind of attention to detail you expect to see on the Strip. It feels lively without being chaotic, and everything you need is right at your fingertips. The casino floor is always buzzing in the best possible way. Whether you’re people-watching or diving into the games yourself, there’s an energy that never dies down. While New York-New York still allows smoking, they do a fair job of controlling it. Even as a nonsmoker, I’ve never felt overwhelmed by smoke, which is more than I can say for many other casinos on the Strip. One final note that deserves mention: my son accidentally left his wallet on a slot machine, and within thirty minutes it had been turned in to Lost and Found—completely intact. In Las Vegas, that’s nothing short of amazing, and it says a lot about the integrity of both the staff and the guests at this property. Overall, New York-New York continues to deliver a great Vegas experience—comfortable rooms, good food, plenty of entertainment, and a casino atmosphere that’s hard to beat. I’ll absolutely keep coming back.
