I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing service from the front desk, especially Alex V. From the moment we checked in, Alex was not only professional but also incredibly nice and personable. They went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging for all my colleagues and I to be on the same elevator bank. This small but significant gesture made it so easy for us to meet up and coordinate during our business trip. It's rare to find staff who are so attentive and genuinely care about their guests' convenience. Alex's excellent service really stood out and made our stay seamless and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the great hospitality. I'm leaving this review hoping it brings positive attention to Alex's hard work and dedication within the hotel. You deserve it!

You can definitely tell this hotel is getting a little older, but I still love the junior suite. It has two full-size bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and the other with a shower. It has a great value view of the strip at least for now until that big guitar gets in its way.. The pool is fabulous. It’s also heated and there’s plenty of seating that you can reserve as well. They even have a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights.. The junior suite itself is actually pretty large. The bed is super comfy with four fluffy pillows has a huge television and two nightstands that have USB ports unfortunately one side did not work. It does have a lighted table underneath, but again only one of them worked the other table did not the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. It did, however, have a hairdryer and an iron inside the huge closet to store your items.. This is the best room in my opinion and the hotel has the best bar Gilleys where they have the best Texas tea and nachos on the strip and they even do bikini bull riding once a month . they even added a new barcalled the American bar and Grill and they do karaoke that was so much fun. They even have a pool table and darts available as well. That staff in that particular restaurant was amazing. Overall, there are some much-needed upgrades needed to this particular hotel, but I would definitely be back as I do love that junior suite with the two bathrooms. Free parking included

Overall good stay! Definitely great value for the price! Booked through third party, paid a portion via the third party app, paid the rest via resort fees via the hotel. (At first I thought the resort fees were an extra charge, but I later realized they are just a part of the price that’s listed on the third party sites, but collected separately.) Location is good, great access to the Strip. Also quite convenient from the airport. Check in was messy - we arrived late in the night at some time past 1am, and for whatever reason, we could not use the self-service check in kiosk. The front desk had a huge line which ended up taking about 40+ minutes of queuing. The front desk was staffed by only two workers (a third one if including the staff member who was at the separate “Inquiries” desk), and one of them was only there because the line was too long to be handled by one person. (She had mentioned that she was supposed to be off the clock almost an hour ago at the time when she assisted us.) by the time we were able to get our room keys, it was past 2am. I could tell the workers were doing their very best with the limited manpower they had, but it was not a great experience having to wait in such a long line for us after a full day of work, flying, and jet lag. Understandable that they may have reduced staffing at late hours past 1am, but I find it disappointing that the hotel would not have planned for the expected increased traffic over a holiday weekend and plan staffing accordingly. Express self check-out was very easy and smooth. The room itself was fine - fairly old school, but clean. Noise level was okay - sounds from the hallway can be heard quite clearly through the door, though overall we did not have much traffic passing by our room, so that was ok. I could hear the neighboring room’s loud music while in the bathroom, but the sound of the music immediately faded once I stepped from the bathroom to the bedroom, and the bedroom remained pretty quiet on both nights that we stayed. Beds were comfy and the shower amenities (small single-use bottles) smelled nice. I slept overall quite well both nights that we stayed. However, there was an unexplained locked door with a deadbolt in the room, which is somewhat unsettling and would’ve been a bit of a dealbreaker if I had been traveling alone. (I assume the locked door likely connects the neighboring room, and maybe it is an old school thing, but it invokes too much security risk in my opinion.) Parking is free, though the parking lot can get quite full. We had some difficulty finding parking several times when we returned to the hotel after venturing out. The parking deck is also slightly confusing to navigate due to being all one-way lanes, but overall the self park deck was pretty convenient. The casino also feels slightly old compared to some of the other hotels, but we were able to play a few rounds and have some fun. One dealer we had in particular was super friendly and bubbly and very welcoming. Overall, def would consider staying here again in the future - it’s nothing fancy, but it’s got all the necessities. Just beware of potential parking / check in delays, and security around weird extra doors.

I've been to Las Vegas multiple times, and this staying experience was my best. Hotel front desk was nice and friendly. They accommodated my room for strip view without additional charge. Friendly waitresses and they do come around asking you if you want drinks, even playing penny slot machines (btw, I do tip between $2 to $5 per drink). I had an opposite experience across the street when waitresses said, "I'll be right back" and never showed up. I guess because my wife and I were playing penny slot machines and they don't think we have money to tip them. Highly recommend Treasure Island (TI) for excellent services.

I was in town in April 2026 and stayed at TI for a couple of nights. TI is right in middle of strip (IMO) and to get around from there north or south is very easy. While this property is dated and has some 'wear and tear' it is till well managed and maintained. The room were good and fairly updated. During my stay I did use the pool and it too as good, however, during this time of my stay they'd close out the pool by 5 which was inconvenient. Dined at the restaurants on location as well and it was good, fair and easy. I would stay here again for sure. The deal was perfect and while not a new trendy one it is good for Vegas. Definitely a place to stay if you are doing the convention at Venetian. Out of the hustle but close enough to walk over.
