Construction at 8:30 AM in adjacent room! That is really uncool. I called the front desk and asked them to immediately stop the construction. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Yes, in fact, there is -- either put boundaries in your contracts for acceptable times for your contractors, or don't put people in rooms near construction. Also, they charged an early check in fee, without asking. Yes, I checked in early, but I could have just as easily left my luggage and waited three hours. They did not even ask. Be transparent and be up front. That is what good service looks like. The location is excellent, right next to the Venetian, so it was very convenient for a nearby conference. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy, but the lighting is bad, and the room decor is very, very dated and tired.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean and maintained. Bed were comfortable. View from window was relatively good as hotel is tall but it is not right in front of the strip. Free parking for guest is the biggest perk. No microwave/refrigerator/water in our regular room but this is standard for most of Vegas hotels of this range. Casino was overall okay. Kiosk check in and check out by text was easy.

Honestly still one of the better casinos on the strip for the value. They offer truly free parking, no complicated validation process and they have some of the best table games in town. Their blackjack rules are exceptional with reasonably low limits, I will say floor staff here is a little bit rude but that seems to be the norm on the strip now unfortunately. No poker, no cheap baccarat. Definitely the place to stop if you don't have a hotel room and you need to hit the strip for the day.

We just came home from Treasure Island and we enjoyed our stay. We were more on a budget this year so selected TI instead of the pricier hotels. We thought the location was great; the hotel was clean. Yes, it is a bit outdated but not bad or anything. I liked the bed, it was not super firm and not super soft. Our bathroom sink was clogged and the shower whistled while running. it is a much smaller property than other huge places I've stayed and I actually liked that-it wasn't ridiculous to find everything and walk around. The Coffee Shop restaurant was excellent for daily breakfast. The quality of food was good, service was excellent! I did eat at the Asian place inside and it was bad-very bad. Fried rice was dry and seemed old or something. The Pad Thai was covered in sauce and did not taste fresh either. The Sports bar/restaurant food was very good with lots of TV's to watch multiple games.
