Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Goa Resort. The rooms are extremely spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread is quite impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The property itself is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere, stunning views of the surrounding and excellent pool areas that add to the overall experience. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Goa.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional housekeeping service. A special thanks to Champa, Ishaan and Suraj who took care of my room. They were extremely punctual, courteous, and respected my privacy perfectly. Every evening I returned to an immaculate room with fresh linens and beautifully restocked amenities. It is rare to find such dedicated staff who pay attention to the smallest details. Their hard work did not go unnoticed, and I highly appreciate it!"🙂👍

Outstanding Culinary and Housekeeping Experience A heartfelt appreciation to Chef Vineeth Jayan and the team for creating such a memorable dining experience for our family. The food was absolutely outstanding—delicious, thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and prepared with exceptional attention to detail. Every dish reflected passion, skill, and genuine hospitality. The presentation was elegant, the flavours were excellent, and the entire experience was truly special. It is undoubtedly a dining experience not to be missed. We would also like to recognize Mr. Yogesh and the Housekeeping Team for their dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, room upkeep, attention to detail, prompt service, and guest comfort was highly appreciated. The team was courteous, approachable, and always willing to assist with a smile. Hospitality is ultimately about people, and Chef Vineeth, Mr. Yogesh, and their respective teams exemplified warmth, care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you for making our family’s stay so memorable. Your efforts and dedication are truly appreciated and deserve recognition.

The location of Hilton is excellent and the property itself is beautifully designed. However I feel there is room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and maintenance. The staff service was quite slow and the rooms could be maintained better to match the overall standard of the property. The common areas are well planned and the property has a great overall layout. With better maintenance and faster service the guest experience would be much more enjoyable. Other than these points the property is good and has great potential to provide an even better guest experience.
