Booked last minute for one night for me and my kids. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a soaker tub in the master suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Even had our very own kitchen with stove, full sized fridge and comes with dishwasher. Dishes are provided. Great views of the strip but located off to the side so there's no dealing with a ton of traffic or people. The convenient store located within the hotel has a variety of food, drinks, etc, however they do not accept cash so be prepared with a card or you can charge it to your room. The bartender at the little bar was friendly and makes a great long island and Shirley temple for the kiddos.

We stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the #LasVegas Strip during our recent family trip, and I really liked the place. It’s an excellent option for families. The entire property is #smoke-free and smells fresh, with great cleanliness throughout. The rooms were clean, and daily housekeeping was provided. #vacation #familyfriendly The in-room kitchen was a huge plus, making it easy to prepare quick meals—especially helpful when someone doesn’t feel like eating out. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and #family-friendly stay.

Our room was not in an area with ongoing construction or facing the strip so we didn’t have noise from those aspects so can’t comment on that. However, walls are quite thin despite being a 4 star hotel, we could hear our neighbors’ conversation and baby through the day and night - had to blast white noise on our phones to drown those sounds out. We appreciated that there isn’t a casino here and to the end of the strip, so didn’t have to worry about the cigarette smell. The parking is included with your resort fee which is a nice perk. If you want to visit some of the more famous hotels such as Wynn, Venetian, Palazzo on the strip it’s a good 20 min walk at least, as an FYI.

We had booked this hotel for our vacation in Las Vegas, the pics looked great and we were so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, after driving for 10 hours when we checked in around 1;30 AM, as per our request we did get the room on the higher floor. We booked it through Expedia. It mentioned there's some construction going on, but to our surprise, it was unbearable. My family woke up to a super loud, constant floor-drilling sound in the room right above ours. I started having a throbbing headache without insufficient sleep. I reached out to the front desk and they said it'll continue for another 4 days from 8 AM to 6 PM. We had booked here for 3 nights, the front desk did mention that if any room is available, they ll move us there. But the chances were very low as it was Thanksgiving week. In the meantime, I reached out to Expedia support. To my amazing surprise, the chat associate was very apologetic for this experience and called the hotel right away while I was on chat and as per my request, requested the hotel to cancel and refund the entire amount of our stay, including that one night. My entire morning and afternoon was spent dealing with this. In the meantime, I started looking for another hotel and was lucky to find one for our family in the last minute. We checked out from there as soon as possible. Also suggested Expedia and the front desk to not allocate such rooms to any human being, it was torture, and in my belief, no one would like to stay there for their vacation when such constructions are going on, just for the sake of making money , don't even allocate such rooms to any guests. Other than that, for our family of 4, they said there's coffee and everything in the room with only 3 small creamers and when I called guest services for extra creamers, it took almost an hour that too we had to go to the front desk to pick it up from 20th floor, despite calling multiple times no one showed up at our door for 45 mintues. For this service, they offered us $50 to use in the marketplace.

During my stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations hotel in Las Vegas, something very frustrating happened right after I checked in. As I was walking through the lobby, a staff member approached me in a very natural and friendly manner. He said, “Your reservation includes a resort tour and complimentary tickets. Please come this way to receive your benefits.” Because he explained it so smoothly, I truly believed this was an official benefit included in my hotel booking. However, things quickly became strange. As soon as he guided me to another desk, he started asking for my income, job, marital status, place of residence, and travel habits—questions that had absolutely nothing to do with hotel services. At that moment, I felt something was off. But since it was right after check-in and I was still settling in, I assumed it might be some kind of hotel guest profile process. His tone was so natural that I didn’t question it. Later, I found out the truth. All of this was just a tactic to lure me into a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare presentation. The “benefits” he described were not part of the reservation at all. It was simply bait to push a timeshare sales pitch, using the promise of “free tickets” to make it seem harmless. What upset me the most was that the staff member never mentioned the word “timeshare” in the beginning. He presented everything as if it were an official, standard hotel benefit that all guests receive. Starting my trip this way left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was disappointed that a major hotel brand like Hilton would allow such a misleading and manipulative sales practice right next to the check-in counter. If you ever stay at a Hilton Grand Vacations property in Las Vegas, please be careful when a staff member approaches you after check-in offering “complimentary gifts” or “special benefits.” It is not a hotel perk—it is a timeshare sales attempt. I hope this helps others avoid the frustration and wasted time that I experienced. It was truly an unpleasant start to my trip.
