It was amazing. We were there for the Vegas Cup 2026 soccer tournament. Hotel was beautiful the rooms were luxurious. Full kitchen we cooked our 5 star meals in our spacious room. We had a washer and dryer to wash my daughter's uniforms. If you forgot anything they had a convenient Market Place store down stairs L level floor. I would definitely stay there again. I Highly recommend this Hotel you won't regret it. Great experience. And I have to brag our soccer team Won the tournament 1st place Champions. Hilton Grand Vacation Club Hotel Thank you so much. 🥰

Over all it was a nice place to stay BUT there was many of things that they need help in. First all you will see is people trying to sell timeshares during the day. They put us in a room that they said was just remodeled with in the last year, the stand up shower didn’t work correctly you couldn’t change which head the water come out of, then the shower gel bottle broke the first night, then the jet tub wouldn’t let air in so you could have bubbles. There is a sign for shuttle but it was for their tours of properties. They don’t offer one to get down to the areas on the strip. All the doors in the master bedroom had water damage on the bottom, the main door when ever it was repainted they didn’t even tape off the bottom of the door where the weather strip is. The elevator doesn’t have photos sensors so the doors don’t hit you like what happened to me on my handicap scooter. You get the feeling they are more worried about selling a timeshare than the people who stay at their properties. Also the price of food in there market was worse than it was on the strip. If I wanted a joke I would of stayed next to it at the clown hotel. Booker beware of what you get yourself into. But we did have a get view!!!

This place was surprisingly great. The rooms are big, modern, clean. Ours had a living room area, full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with giant tub. The hot tub was excellent and when we went (late Jan during the week), we had it all to ourselves. Will definitely go back!

Booked last minute for one night for me and my kids. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a soaker tub in the master suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Even had our very own kitchen with stove, full sized fridge and comes with dishwasher. Dishes are provided. Great views of the strip but located off to the side so there's no dealing with a ton of traffic or people. The convenient store located within the hotel has a variety of food, drinks, etc, however they do not accept cash so be prepared with a card or you can charge it to your room. The bartender at the little bar was friendly and makes a great long island and Shirley temple for the kiddos.

I booked two nights from January 3rd to January 5th. The first room I checked into had blood on the pillow case, and the family 2 doors down was having a party and being loud and yelling, so they moved me to another room. The new room was in an area of the building that had recently been remodeled, and the carpet had a strong chemical odor which gave me a headache, so I was only able to get about 30 minutes of sleep. I ended up leaving a day early because it was a bad experience. I understand that things happen, and certain things can be out of their control, but what rubbed me the wrong way was that they refused to refund the night that I didn't stay, and I was charged for two nights. I hadn't realized when I booked that the reservation was non-refundable. They could have easily done a courtesy and refunded the one night I didn't stay if they wanted to. I spoke with the manager on the phone and she literally said no we are not refunding you. I was never once rude or demanding, and I was honestly surprised because this kind of customer service is out of the norm for this property. I have been a loyal client to this property, and its always been my top choice when visiting Vegas because it's always been an excellent experience. I have literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Grand Vacations since 2021 during my frequent trips to Vegas, but will now be looking for another hotel. It's overpriced for what you're getting, no breakfast but only a canteen downstairs with food items marked up four times market value.
