My boyfriend and I recently stayed at HGV Boulevard for 5 days and 4 nights, and once again it reminded us why this is our favorite place to stay in Vegas. We’ve stayed at Jockey Club, Polo Towers, Elara, and Hilton Flamingo, but Boulevard remains our top choice. You’re on the Strip but far enough away from the crowds and noise to actually relax. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen, dining nook, living room, large bedroom, huge shower, and in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed, including pots, pans, dishes, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The main entrance was under construction during our stay, but check-in was smooth and the staff directed us to the VIP Owners Check-In area with complimentary snacks and water. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay. We received a text upon arrival and every request we made was handled within 5–10 minutes. The gym is great for upper body and cardio, though the cable machines and leg press seem calibrated differently than most gyms. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and we appreciated the owners-only hot tubs, although they could use more shade coverage. The Marketplace prices have definitely gone up, and we had one less-than-friendly interaction when trying to order food, but every other staff member was professional and helpful. We also took advantage of a VIP dinner offer that included transportation, a presentation, dinner, and a gift card. It was a nice bonus to our trip. No property is perfect, but the spacious suites, full kitchens, responsive staff, great amenities, and quieter location keep bringing us back. HGV Boulevard remains our favorite place to stay in Las Vegas, and we’ll definitely be returning.

Kafkaesque would probably the most generous way to describe our one night stay at this Hilton location. My family and I drove back from our one week vacation trip and needed a one night stay in Vegas. Since this was the last night of our family vacation we decided to stop in Las Vegas to take in the sights and stay on the strip. First, this is not “on the strip” as the title implies. It’s by the convention center. That’s fine, probably more quiet but not exactly as advertised. Whatever, that’s not a big deal, I don’t care, just a bit misleading. When I check in, I find out that Expedia booked two double suites for my family. I thought, well that’s odd, I thought I booked one suite with two double queens. The guy at reception says that it looks like a double booking so we cancel one of them. When we finally make it to our room two things are immediately obvious. 1) This is two adjoining single king bed rooms, not a suite with two double queens; and 2) One of the bedroom reeks of cigar smoke. I immediately called the front desk. The night manager was extremely dismissive. Before he even fully heard the issue, he interrupted me saying, “I’m sorry that’s what I have booked you for, I’m not sure what you want me to do” I explained that I have been traveling all day and that before he starts dismissing me, I’d like for him to actually assess the issue after listening the problem fully. After he reluctantly listened to my problem, he repeats that there isn’t anything he can do about it. Finally, after suggesting multiple possible solutions, I prevail upon him to check to see if there are two suites on the same floor. He finds them. We pack all our stuff to move rooms. When we get there, one of the rooms isn’t clean, garbage is full, it smells, dirty dishes, beds have been slept in. When I call the front desk once more, the manager tells me… you guessed it, “sorry there’s nothing I can do”. We finally just packed into the one bedroom because by this time it was 11:30 pm and my kids were exhausted. What a thoroughly disappointing exeperience. I travel at least twice a month for work. I will never stay at a Hilton again based solely on his experience.

We loved this hotel. We had a 1BR suite that was newly renovated. The kitchen was beautiful and we enjoyed keeping our own bagels, cereals, drinks, etc. in our own space. We fluffed our clothes in our in-suite dryer and made use of the bus stop right outside the hotel. The bus (Deuce) made frequent stops up/down the strip every 9 mins. We went everywhere on this transit from Fremont Street, all the way to the Vegas sign. Too easy! The customer service seemed very good, as we had to switch rooms on arrival due to renovations (windows were covered). She was friendly and didn’t hesitate for a minute. We attended the timeshare presentation. My only complaint is that we were told up to 120mins and we were there about 4 hrs. Overall, we would stay again. Affordable transit convenience, clean, comfortable, and quiet! A nice “home away from home.”

First visit to Las Vegas, Had a great family time and thanks to one of the staff, Angie who made the stay even memorable. She gave us balloons and starbucks voucher to celebrate my hub birthday. My son enjoyed to be part of the surprise. Room suite is very and spacious with kitchen and bathroom. Everything was perfect.

The locations is good if you're mobile it's a good walk to the main strip but fine. I enjoyed it. The rooms are large and the TV fabulous especially as it allows you to stream from your own platforms YouTube, Spotify and Netflix all worked. Brilliant. The welcome is great but (Big but) it's not fun being sold to from the moment you enter. Timeahare etc. I was able toake an independent choice but better if not so assertive on entry. Within the rooms the fridge gave a loud noise on a revular basis which wasn't hreat. The cleaning staff for the rooms are excellent. Really really really good. Top top top notch. Makes the feel of the room wonderful. All in all, it was a good restaurant the pool was good, but the service with the pool slow very slow. But the food served by the pool is great!
