Clean Rooms, but Maintenance Issues and a Terrible Checkout Experience Our overall stay at the Hilton was okay, but there were several issues worth mentioning, especially the elevator situation during checkout. We were initially assigned a room on the 25th floor, but the Fontainebleau sign obstructed our view of the Sphere. We also discovered that the door’s deadbolt would not lock, which was a security concern. We requested another room and were moved to the 26th floor, overlooking the Las Vegas Festival Grounds and the STRAT. The second room was clean, comfortable, and overall in good condition. However, the safe was not functioning properly and would only make a beeping sound when we tried to use it. The biggest disappointment was the checkout experience on Sunday. The elevators were an absolute nightmare, especially for guests staying on the higher floors with luggage. We waited approximately 30 minutes just to get an elevator down to the lobby! Every elevator seemed to pass our floor without stopping on its way down. Eventually, we discovered that the only way to get an elevator was to press the UP button, ride it to the higher floors, and then ride it back down. Other guests were doing exactly the same thing just to get downstairs. The situation was so frustrating that my other half ended up taking the stairs from the 26th floor with a suitcase, while I stayed behind with the rest of our luggage and continued trying to catch an elevator. That’s 26 floors of stairs just to get down to the lobby! It should never be that difficult for guests to check out of a hotel. My advice to future guests: If you’re checking out on a Sunday, especially from one of the higher floors, allow plenty of extra time to get downstairs. If the elevators aren’t stopping on the way down, you may have better luck pressing the UP button and riding back down. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the maintenance issues and extremely frustrating elevator experience definitely took away from our stay. Hilton really needs to address the elevator situation, particularly during peak checkout hours. Guests should not have to wait 30 minutes, carry suitcases down dozens of flights of stairs, or find creative ways just to reach the lobby with their luggage.

Initially they put us in a room that had not been cleaned and replaced sheets. They recovered and put us in a nice suite and were very hospitable. They all encouraged uber/lyft to get places but you could walk if you wanted a long walk. Decent pools and fuss at the pool bar. I wouldn’t plan to stay for a long time more than a couple days unless you are going to eat everywhere else.

First visit to Las Vegas, Had a great family time and thanks to one of the staff, Angie who made the stay even memorable. She gave us balloons and starbucks voucher to celebrate my hub birthday. My son enjoyed to be part of the surprise. Room suite is very and spacious with kitchen and bathroom. Everything was perfect.

If you enjoy comfort and desire to be away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas BLVD, then this your spot. The one bedroom suite was lovely. It was perfect just for me. The lobby tends to be busy due to people waiting on the timeshare presentations, but they have staff stationed to explain where to go. One of those people was extremely rude on my last day which left a bitter taste in my mouth. Negatives... the bathroom smelled like sewage and the floors were not cleaned well. Hair from someone else was all over the floor. The checkout is 10AM. I was at the timeshare presentation 4 hours. Other than these things, it was a nice experience. I would stay there again.

Loved this hotel! Service was great and friendly, rooms are huge and clean. So nice to have a laundry machine and dishwasher too! Nonsmoking hotel which was great for travelling with a family, and the pools are great. Lots of other kids. The gym is well kept and clean as well. The restaurant/store downstairs is quite expensive but convenient to grab amenities as needed.
