Stayed in a junior suite. Rooms are dated but very spacious and a nice lay out. Jacuzzi bath was a hit. Food was decent enough. Had better but certainly had worse. Pool was way too cold to get in. Rooftop terrace lovely and peaceful. Most staff very friendly. Receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Pool bar staff were friendly especially Victor and I think Henrietta? All cleaners were lovely and work very hard. All rooms have a decent view we stayed in 408. Lovely view from balcony. And sun in the evening. Like most were a bit worried after reading reviews but overall a good holiday and we would return.

Came back from Tenerife yesterday, and stayed at this hotel. First of all, I'd like to say that the staff were amazing. José and the girls were fantastic with the kids at the Mini Disco. We're really going to miss them. The food was incredible. So much option each night, and cooked beautifully. The chef's did a superb job. The room was lovely. We had an issue with the slide in door being extremely heavy to pull closed, but apart from that everything else was fine. The cleaners came in every morning and we would always come back to a clean room. They were also very friendly. Reception were friendly, and were helpful with questions we had to do with exploring the island. They booked us taxi's or pointed us in the right direction and were always friendly. Really going to miss this hotel, and as a first visit to Tenerife we had a glorious week. Hopefully next year we will be back. Thank you again for a great stay!

Stayed here for an all inclusive holiday with the family. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment. The reception and cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, as were some of the restaurant staff. Our youngest had her birthday whilst we were there and the staff helped to make it feel special by making a birthday cake and decorating a table for us in the Italian restaurant. We really appreciated this. The location is good if you like to walk, but if you have mobility issues, you may find the walk from the hotel down to the main area a little bit much. But, there are lots of options such as taxi's, scooters and mobility scooters for hire.

I stayed here in November with my daughter. It's a nice hotel but definitely needs an upgrade . Room spacious , cleaners efficient and the food was good. No big queses plenty of seats and fresh. The restaurant next to main reception isn't really worth a visit . Kids club really good, the entertainment was ok . Possibly the worst hotel gym I've ever been to . No bench and no dumbells . Family friendly ❤️

Don't usually do reviews but seen so many negative ones for this hotel ... Had an amazing holiday. Stayed in family block. Rooms really good size, well equipped. Super clean. Spoilt for choice with the food. Well cooked & presented. Staff friendly & nothing was to much trouble. Main pool area with well stocked bar, music & activities throughout the day. Snacks & ice cream out morning & afternoon really good if you've got children Can't comment on childrens area as we didn't use it, but looked very popular. Leisurely 10 minute walk to beach, bars & restaurants. Definitely would return. 😊
