Beautiful pool and surroundings areas, unfortunately the annex rooms are tired looking and is in need of tlc the bath was peeling, the beds are very very comfortable and the cleaners were always on hand, its well maintained, lovely hotel just in abit of need, and check in at 3 pm! When you travelling from 2 in the morning the first thing you need is a bed! So that was abit annoying we had to wait 3 hours! All inclusive is great for young ones but at breakfast i was constantly running down before 10 so i didn't miss it! They were a great selection of stuff, and lunch n dinner, drinks are always on, it would of been nicer to have paper plates so we could sit near the pool! Everytime we tried to escape outside! They come out and tell you! Birds walking around etc inside but i found that quite annoying. But the people worked so hard, and u can't fault the staff there, they worked very hard and cleaning the dishes as soon as you finished, they did put a good selection of food on. Overall it was a good experience, staff were friendly and the rooms got changed if you wanted them doing. Just need abit of an upgrade in places. Pool is lovely and looks so pretty at night time. Loved Tenerife, yes it on a hill but its not too bad! We did alot of walking but its was good. Sea was at the bottom of the hill and it a nice stroll down, taxi cost about 5 euros from the sea front back to the hotel. Sea is beautiful too.

We visit Tenerife regularly and this is were we stay! We have visited other hotels on the island and honestly this place is not only great value for money and in the best location if your looking for a quiet part of Adeji but It's perfectly placed for walking into town, To he girls on receptions are always at our beck and call for anything we need and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our rooms are spacious and are kept spotless and our children loved Jóse and now Ernesto from the ents team who always have time for them. This hotel doesn't have Broadway shows every night and doesn't serve Michelin quality food... But that doesn't take from the wonderful experience here! Breakfast is fresh hot and tasty everyday and themed dinner nights keep things different! Our children are pretty simple eaters so are catered for pretty well. We have been back 6 time and our 7th trip is booked.... Don't trust all the reviews check it out for yourself 😊

The hotel is super clean, the room was lovely and spacious however the lights were a challenge but this is more quirky than reason to complain 😊, clean bedding and towels. Lovely view of the pool and the sea. Lovely staff also, very helpful and accommodating. The only things for me was the buffet food, although fresh not a lot of choice, and the very temperamental WiFi. However overall the hotel was amazing and brilliant location. The hill wasn’t as bad as I had read about. Would happily return

Though this hotel's golden era passed, a gentle touch would be sufficient to gain some easy points. Plus: Lot's of nice and helpful staff, good connection and placement but it depends what you need. Minus: 40% deep-fried oily food, frozen pizza, poor quality ice cream, poor quality snacks, cheapest papaja, CANNED pineapple and peaches (??? we're in Canarias!), broken room safe, unoperational hairdryer, old broken umbrellas and lounges at the pool, elevator not working and no water in rooms in 4* hotel (at midnight arrival it would be more than enough to have at least filtered water in open-space, but it was 2,5€ at reception ;) ). ...and hotel WiFi is a joke!!! Nothing to add - clean and generally ok but those minuses......I expect more even from 3* hotels .

A classy resort which is clean & spacious with pools for all ages. All staff are helpful & friendly. Many food options at every meal for all tastes. I am gluten intolerant & the chefs were happy to advise me what was safe for me. Our room was big, with a large balcony overlooking the pool area & aircon kept us cool. All inclusive with free drinks, cool room & good food in a lovely environment we will return soon. Thank you for a great holiday.
