We spent 2 weeks here . The hotel is a nice location located right on the beach . Check in process was so efficient. Was greeted by the most delightful luggage porter, sorry don't have his name but he proved to be most helpful on other occasions too. The young lady with glasses who checked us in made it so easy and was so cheerful . We arrived early morning and didn't have to wait too long for our room which was amazing after our long flight from the UK . Our room had a sea view ,very spacious, had adequate drawer and wardrobe space. The bed was so so comfortable. Bathroom clean but only on the surface. Shower in need of a deep clean, tiles etc. Food was excellent, so much choice and service in buffet restaurant was fantastic, such friendly and cheerful people. We only tried one of the special restaurants 'Krystal' . Really enjoyed . Regarding the bars , great choice of drinks, service was quite good but just not enough bar staff so not their fault ,service could be a bit slow at times . Our favourite barstaff who does table service 'Joshal' he's an absolute credit to the hotel. His amazing personality and professionalism and his catchphrase "Enjoy!!" made us and many others smile each day 😊 We already miss him . A huge Thank you to Joshal! Entertainment was quite good , the bands were really good in lobby bar area but due to sound system where they do the shows in Turquoise hotel ,next door, we could not make out the lyrics when they were singing as poor quality sound . I'm surprised the Entertainment team don't correct this .we still enjoyed nonetheless and danced our hearts out . The shows were okay , good fun. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds. There's a lovely swim up bar . The beach area is nice . We enjoyed our walks there daily. We had a wonderful time, thank You rui ,once again .

The room was unfortunately not clean enough to feel comfortable when we arrived. Major stains on the bathroom door and holes in the bed cover. The location is perfect and the food was very good and always available. What made our holiday an unforgettable experience was the staff! Always smiling, available, helpful, flexible and polite. We will never forget Joshua from the bar, Océane at the aqua gym and Joy at the restaurant!!!! Just perfect…. ❤️🌴☀️🌊🐈🥂 Thank you All

Probably the best holiday experience we have had to date. The staff were all amazing and really cared about their customers, ensuring that the whole experience at the Riu Palace was second to none. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the service was nothing short of superb. The food was incredible with so many choices for every meal. The rooms were modern, well designed and made our two week stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities, gardens and entertainment were fantastic, we just cannot find anything negative to say about the place. For us, the staff, the service, the food and the facilities are worth every single penny. Thank you Hotel Riu Palace for giving us some lifetime memories, we will most certainly be back. Steve & Rach

My husband and I were booked for the RIU Turquoise hotel. It was a 3 night stay to celebrate my birthday. On arrival we were surprisingly upgraded to the RIU Palace adult only hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. We had no complaints. It was a perfect 3 days. I will certainly recommend to anyone who would like a well pampered holiday with all the trimmings. I just wanted to give a shout out to Josh. We loved his hospitality and his singing when serving at the Le Morne bar.

We only stayed at the hotel for 2 nights but enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and goes out of their way to meet your every need. The beach is beautiful and for wonderful sunsets you just have to head around the corner of the tip of the beach. We planned badly and found ourselves in a sticky situation where we ran super low on gas on our rental car, the evening before flying home! We had to drive to the airport very early in the night and would have not made it to the next gas station on time, so the A-Team consisting of Beesoo, Axel, Ram, stepped in! They really made our day (or rather night) by actually filling a gallon with gas from one of their motorbikes and pouring it with a makeshift funnel into our car. What a scene haha! We were and still are deeply grateful for their help. Also a special thanks to Suraj, who helped with his calming presence. Merci aussi à les dames at the reception! The food was nice, the drinks plenty and for some entertainment you can head over to the turqoise hotel, where there are dance and music waiting for you. I also enjoyed an amazingly blissfull massage treatment from Tia in the spa. One of the most relaxing and simply best massages i ever had (and i had a few haha), super professional and very attentive. 100/10!
