One of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at. This is our fourth visit as a family, and we always come back because of the fantastic activities for children, the wide range and high quality of entertainment, great food, but above all because of the amazing staff. Every single member of the team is exceptional at what they do—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank Jorge, who is an incredibly friendly and helpful person with a truly kind heart. People like him make this hotel a very special place and are one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to seeing you again!

Outstanding service—we will definitely be back! I feel compelled to share our experience because the service we received at Tagoro during the Half Term holidays was absolutely outstanding. The Arrival & Room: Right from the start, we were impressed by how amazing the reception area smelled. The receptionist (a lovely Italian girl whose name I unfortunately missed) was incredibly friendly and immediately made my daughter feel welcome. Our room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Being able to cast our streaming apps to the TV was a massive bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The Food: On a previous trip to Tenerife at a different resort, the food was so repetitive. Tagoro was a completely different story! There was always something new to try, and the themed dinner nights were a huge hit. The Incredible Team: The staff here are what make this place truly special. May, Maykel, and Goyo are a fantastic team—they genuinely enjoy getting to know you. In the dining area, Ana and Gimena gave us flawless service every day; they work so hard and make you feel valued. Jonathan at the bar and Christian the lifeguard were also brilliant throughout our stay. Tagoro has an excellent recruitment team because every single staff member shines. Entertainment & Verdict: The entertainment team kept energy levels high with great pool activities by day and fun evening shows. Thank you to everyone at Tagoro for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a brilliant family getaway!

This was our second time staying at Tagoro and honestly we already can’t wait to come back! Our children had a fabulous stay and thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool and the kids mini disco in the evening. Our eldest son has ASD and a learning disability and the staff were incredible with him, always going out of their way to say hello to him. We felt so welcome and just had the best experience. The buffet has something for everyone and the children also loved the snacks at the pool bar, always offering hot dogs, burgers, chips etc for in between meal times. The hotel itself is stunning and gardens beautifully maintained. Hotel rooms a very clean and serviced everyday. We look forward to booking again and coming back for the third time!

Resort is lovely, the grounds are well cared for. Staff are brilliant, friendly and great service especially Ana. Location is great although on a hill but a taxi back up from the seafront is less than 5euro. Food is hot with good variety for an all inclusive, others I have been to were inferior which is why I have been here 3 times. Night entertainment could be better, some nights are just a quiz and bit of a disco, also better when outside rather than indoors considering it's was warm outside, it was indoors most of the week. Kids had a great time, 8 and 3 years old, would return again.

Our stay at this hotel in Tenerife was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always making everything easy and stress-free. This is very important especially while traveling with children. The hotel was clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
