We stayed at this resort between 01-06 Oct. Here are my 5 reasons to stay at this hotel - Great Staff - Reasonably priced. Worth every penny you pay for the facility & service provided - Decent food. Even us being vegetarians we had decent number of options to choose from. But if you request, they will customise the menu for you. - Pools are nice. 1 adult pool, 1 family pool, 1 baby pool and 1 splash pool. Pools have decent bars that serve drinks, snacks and ice cream throughout the day - Good location. Away from the beach yet beach is accessible by walk or by the free bus from the hotel. Even if you want to choose public transportation, the stop is right outside the hotel. If you have a car, there is parking infront of Burger King restaurant and by the shopping mall next door. Initiatally I had booked a hotel with 500 euros a night and I am glad I cancelled that and booked this one for less than 220 a night for a family of 4. We could use the remaining money for various experiences in Tenerife such as submarine drive, star gazing in Teide etc

We stayed 7 nights, family with 2 kids. Hotel has a very good location. Aqualand Costa Adeje is very close. Ocean is just 25 minutes walking or 10 minutes with taxi. Room was spacious and clean with big terrace. Main pool isn't the biggest and can be crowded at times but that's common for seaside places like this. Poolside bar and buffet was ok with buffet closing at 17:30. There was also a splash pool for kids and right next to it was a playground. Restaurant was buffet style so everyone could choose whatever they want and each evening was different theme dinner. Entertainment during day was full of fun and activities in the main pool. Evening entertainment started with kids disco and continued with a schedule that varied from day to day. Staff was very polite and helpful. Receptionist were superb and very helpful with all request, willing to advise on what to visit or see in area. Would recommend as budget friendly option.

The good: The staff were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful at all times and I have to give them credit to how hard they all worked. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day. The kids loved the splash pool. The food choice was good and managed to cater for my fussy children. I really enjoy the style of the hotel l and the views of the mountains were amazing. The hotel was clean at all times. The minor negatives: The evening entertainment when outside was very loud and went on late so made it hard to sleep. The sun lounger reservations. People got up early to put towels on sun loungers to reserve them but then didn't use for hours making them unavailable for others to use in the meantime. There was always room at the splash pool though if you have young children. The food stampede, when the doors first open for the evening meal there is a desperate rush and it is a little chaotic. People seem to think the food will run out. Timings, I would suggest bringing forward the evening meal to 6:30 as the kids mini disco is at 8:15 and this would take away a bit of the initial rush for everyone to get their children fed beforehand. The kids mini disco was short only lasting 20/25 minutes and was the same every night but the kids did not mind. The negatives did not outweigh the positives I would not let them put you off we still had a very enjoyable holiday here. The location as others mentioned in on a steep hill but the views of the mountains are worth it, the walk down is no problem at all and there are plenty of taxis available for the trip back at only €5.

Overall a great family holiday spot. We went with a 7 month old and managed to carry on weaning easily with the variety of options and the chefs were good at ensuring the steak of other meats were well done for our baby. Nicola and Ronaldo in the restaurant were brilliant with our baby too, very engaging and had her waving and smiling through her meals. Our room was a family delux with a hot tub and separate living space, this was a 10/10 on an evening so we didnt have to sit in the dark at bedtime. Entertainment that we saw was good but we didnt really stay too late. Local area is limited however there is a mall near by and the bea h is around 20 minutes walk away. The 3 pools were a benefit on busier days to find a quite space.

Outstanding service—we will definitely be back! I feel compelled to share our experience because the service we received at Tagoro during the Half Term holidays was absolutely outstanding. The Arrival & Room: Right from the start, we were impressed by how amazing the reception area smelled. The receptionist (a lovely Italian girl whose name I unfortunately missed) was incredibly friendly and immediately made my daughter feel welcome. Our room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Being able to cast our streaming apps to the TV was a massive bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The Food: On a previous trip to Tenerife at a different resort, the food was so repetitive. Tagoro was a completely different story! There was always something new to try, and the themed dinner nights were a huge hit. The Incredible Team: The staff here are what make this place truly special. May, Maykel, and Goyo are a fantastic team—they genuinely enjoy getting to know you. In the dining area, Ana and Gimena gave us flawless service every day; they work so hard and make you feel valued. Jonathan at the bar and Christian the lifeguard were also brilliant throughout our stay. Tagoro has an excellent recruitment team because every single staff member shines. Entertainment & Verdict: The entertainment team kept energy levels high with great pool activities by day and fun evening shows. Thank you to everyone at Tagoro for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a brilliant family getaway!
