Stayed 7 days for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The resort is perfect for couples looking to relax with great pools, excellent service, and outstanding food. The staff were incredibly attentive, frequently walking around the pool to check if guests needed anything. The food was a highlight of the trip. Even my husband, who is a picky eater, tried several new dishes and loved them. We highly recommend booking Vantage, as the sit-down breakfast and rooftop pool quickly became part of our daily routine. The resort app was also very helpful and consistently updated, making it easy to check restaurant details, activity schedules, and other daily information. The beach club was easy to reach by shuttle (though it can fill up), and we appreciated that it’s private with no vendors approaching guests. While the beach was nice, we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the pools. Evening entertainment was fun but more relaxed than a heavy party scene, which suited us well. The golf course was also easy to book, and we had a great time playing a round. The resort felt extremely safe thanks to the long access road and multiple security checkpoints. Part of the property is being converted into condos, which some might see as an eyesore, but there was no active construction noise and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, it was a 10/10 honeymoon experience and we would absolutely return.

My partner and I had the best time here! Everything from food, service, entertainment, was wonderful. Special shoutout to Raul and Jesus at the beach + pool, as well as Alexis at the front desk. Anything we asked of was met swiftly with attentiveness and kind energy. Really enjoyed Oishii (Japanese restaurant) and the Ceviche bar- drinks were fantastic and no issues with beach shuttle and booking reservations at the various restaurants. Vantage bar downstairs was also great, we spent a day on the rooftop and would do again. Can’t wait to get back!

My sisters and I came for 3 nights, during the week. We booked our own transit from the airport on the “welcome” app. Upon arrival it was great service non-stop. We didn’t realize we booked the vantage club and loved the extra amenities that provided, mostly the club with top shelf liquor and treats all day and night. The beach club was about a 10 minute ride in their shuttle, although we probably could have walked. Rumbia and Eduardo at the club gave us the best service, both days. We loved the beach so much that we went twice instead of staying at the hotel pools. The food at the beach was a highlight for us, although the guacamole at the Mexican restaurant was better :) we loved the Ahi nachos and the aquachile negra. Housekeeping was on top of it and so was the minimal times we ordered room service. The breakfast buffet on FB had a whole side with Mexican food (real) and it was the best treat, the carnitas 😋😋😋 it didn’t bother us for a minute the beach was a bus ride away. The mystic night with tarot cards and a dj was a special treat, as was the burlesque. This resort was perfect for people in their 40s, low key, not too much partying and no kids!! The only shock was there is a part in the vivid pool that looks like a hot tub but it is NOT! Oops.

Special thanks to Roberto - Aglio Blanca - Restaurant manager Mario - Rooftop waiter Daniel - Rooftop Chef Our final night Blanca arranged a romantic meal in the rooftop which was just out of this world. The food prepared by Daniel, was exceptional along with the service from Mario. We stayed for 14 nights and everything was just perfect. We went to the evening entertainment of Tuna fin at Beach club and this was just unbelievably memorable. Thank you all for such an amazing stay. L & K xx

We LOVED this resort! Ignore any of the negative comments or reviews on Facebook groups, etc - this resort is wonderful. Vantage Club is well worth the upgrade - the rooftop pool views and the Vantage club bar are amazing. Must try an espresso martini and smoked old fashioned in the vantage club bar. The main pools are very nice, and often have afternoon entertainment. The beach club is a must. All 3 of our days, we hopped on the 9am (first) shuttle of the day and got prime seating. Several lounges to choose from, we just loved one of the two day beds (free below the pools.) It's a 5 minute shuttle ride and the drinks and food are great. Check out the restaurant upstairs for their guac, green bean hummus and shrimp tacos. We then would head back to the resort early afternoon (shuttle was always there for us waiting) and enjoy the main pools for a bit. Then, we ended each afternoon in the roof top pool, sometimes until the sunset. 8/8:30 dinner reservations worked perfectly with that timeline. The breakfast and lunch buffets were huge, so many options and very good. For breakfast, our favorite was the omelet station. For lunch, we loved the steak fajitas, rice, fresh grilled veggies, etc. Must try at the restaurants are Mediterraneo: Plato Mezze and Short Rib!! Oishii: Fried Gyozas, any sushi roll, and Robata (grilled skewers - get several!) Vivid Bites food truck is so good at any time - amazing quesadilla! You won't go hungry here. Our room was large, with a beautiful view of the golf course (would recommend). I requested not the top floor due to noise complaint reviews, so we were on the 9th floor in our vantage room - would recommend. I could go on and on, but take my advice and go! There's entertainment to check out nightly/daily, food and drinks were amazing (don julio and fresca was my drink of choice), and everyone was so friendly. Oh, be sure to check out the "secret bar" Serenity, especially for sunset. Enter through the Italian restaurant - we were sad we didn't find it before our last night. Enjoy your time, we can't wait to go back!
