A perfect place for solo travellers. I absolutely loved my stay here and cannot recommend it enough — I will 100% be coming back. As soon as I arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised and definitely had a wow moment. Receiving the welcome drink was such a nice touch to start the holiday. The staff were absolutely incredible in all departments. The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant and bar staff were always smiley and very polite. The animation team went above and beyond for guests of all ages; they were fantastic, especially with the children. All the facilities were brilliant and took me by surprise with what they had on offer — so much more than I expected. However, I did wish the daily activities schedule was more visible, as it wasn’t until halfway through my stay that I discovered the whiteboard in reception with the full list. The schedule on the TV did not give a full breakdown of what was on. It would have been even better if the schedule was available on the app. The workshops were not only aimed at children but adults too, so as a female solo traveller this was a perfect way to get to know others and have a friendly chat with the staff and other guests. I joined in on the bag painting and jewellery making with recycled glass. Alba was brilliant as the fitness entertainer — very knowledgeable and made the class very enjoyable. The entertainment throughout the day and night was great. I loved the pop-up cocktails and the saxophonist at sunset. The Queen tribute was not the best, but The Beat Less were fantastic, and I heard from other guests that the ABBA night was amazing. I also appreciated the two stalls with different sellers every day, so you got to experience the local vendors without having to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. Honestly, I’d happily return just to stay in and enjoy the hotel. I treated myself to the detox facial at the spa, which was amazing. Daniela was excellent — I felt very relaxed and my skin was glowing afterwards. Also, as a side note, in the adults-only pool area you couldn’t hear the noise from the other activities or the bar. So if you wanted to escape and just enjoy the sun, you could. It really was the best of both worlds. The only negative point I have is that during the jewellery-making workshop with recycled glass, there was too much happening at once and a lot of noise. The poor lady was shouting and we still struggled to hear her. She was so lovely and took the time to make sure we all knew what to do, but it would have been much better if archery, LBT, and kids’ club hadn’t been on at the same time in the same area. Thank you for making my holiday so special — I cannot wait to come back.

Fantastic place. Staff incredible. I’ve been here many times in the past. The refurbished is fantastic. The complaints lady (very pretty long hair and glasses) was extremely helpful and kind to me. The staff looked after me when I wasn’t well and checked up on me the next day to make sure I was okay. Room 727 was brilliant the view was great. Thank you all so much for a fantastic holiday. Hopefully, I will see you soon. Xxxx😁⭐️💎

The hotel is nice and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of sunbeds available, so it’s easy to relax by the pool area (although I personally didn’t use the pools). When we asked to change our room because of the view, the staff did it without any problems, which we really appreciated. The personnel are polite, helpful, and always smiling. However, there are some downsides in the restaurant area. Quite often we had to change plates and cutlery because they were not properly washed, which was disappointing. In addition, the selection of meat dishes was rather limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable thanks to the staff and the hotel’s cozy environment, but improvements in cleanliness and food variety would make the experience much better.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The activities team keeps the energy high every day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Simon — one of the best animators I’ve met. He’s friendly, talented, and genuinely knows how to connect with guests. Thanks to him, every activity felt fun and memorable. I’ll definitely come back!

We had a great experience and cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Everyone is always smiling and positive - from the reception team to the bar and restaurant staff, entertainers, and cleaners. You really feel welcome everywhere you go. Hygiene is clearly a top priority, and everything was spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. This wasn’t our first time in Tenerife, but it was our first time at this hotel - and even though we usually love exploring new cities and countries, we already want to come back here so much that it might just be Tenerife again (haha!). Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Last but definitely not least, a huge thank you to Mich at reception. He was the first person to welcome us to the hotel, and his service was absolutely top-notch. We truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves 🔝🔝🔝 We don’t have many pictures of the hotel, sorry - but hopefully this review helps you decide to book and experience it for yourself!
