⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There’s a reason we come back twice a year, every year! What can I say about this hotel? There’s a reason we’ve returned twice a year, every year — it really is that good. The food is outstanding, with plenty of choice and consistently great quality. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and extremely well looked after, and the staff throughout are absolutely amazing. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you’re always made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. But for us, there are two people who deserve a very special mention: Alex and Simon from the animation team. These two genuinely take the hotel from excellent to perfect. Their energy is unbelievable, and they go above and beyond every single day to make sure guests are having the best possible holiday. What makes them particularly special is that they don’t just focus on the children — they make just as much effort with the adults too, getting everyone involved and creating such a brilliant atmosphere around the hotel. They remember people, make time for everyone and somehow manage to keep that same level of energy and enthusiasm day after day. You can tell they genuinely care about guests having a fantastic time rather than simply doing a job. Our kids absolutely love them, we love them, and they are a huge part of the reason the hotel feels so special to us. Amazing food, immaculate hotel, fantastic staff and an animation team that really is second to none. Alex and Simon — you are absolute stars and a massive credit to the hotel. 🌟 We already can’t wait to come back again!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this hotel warranted one. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, it’s been the perfect holiday. When we were checking in, Claudia at the front desk overheard us talking about it being our 17th wedding anniversary. She then went above and beyond to make sure we had a special day, something we were so grateful for, and it set the tone for the whole holiday. All the staff have been lovely, but thank you Claudia. The facilities were fantastic. The pool was never too crowded, and the entertainment team were great, both during the day and in the evening. Food in the restaurant was varied and nice. I particularly loved the selection of salads. I’ve never eaten so many, they were that tasty. The location is worth a mention too. It’s not on the beach front, but it’s arguably right in the middle of two fantastic spots, so ideal if you like a bit of variety. More importantly for us, it was 15 minutes’ walk from Aqualand and Siam Park. If you’ve ever seen the taxi queue at Siam Park, you’ll appreciate how good that is.

Me and my friends stayed in the hotel from the 1-7th June. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and ensured needs were met! Big shout out to the entertainment team and bar team! We loved Aqua Zumba with Alba! Would stay again!

Very lovely hotel the rooms are a nice size. Buffet is great with a huge variety with lots of nice food. All the staff are so friendly. Had a great laugh with the entertainment team they were really nice and always stopped for a chat. There were loads of activity’s throughout the day for all ages to enjoy and late entertainment so no need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool and the hotel has lots of umbrellas if you need to get in some shade. Also in a great location with lots of shops around and a short taxi ride or 15-20 min walk away from things like Siam park and the beach.

It was our first time staying at Las Dalias and we have already rebooked a premium terrace room for next May. Absolutely loved it! All the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fine and you can always find something to eat. The themed dinners included, Italian, Fish and Seafood, Mexican, Spanish, Greek, Asian and Moroccan, but there are always plenty of alternative options. Counting the days down until we return.
