The resort is very environmentally friendly. There is amazing wildlife roaming the grounds like peacocks, coatis, iguanas and agoutis. They also have flamingo, turtles and monkeys. The fitness classes are world-class with Sergio and Omar. Julio remember us and had a table ready with our beverages. My only negative is the rooms. They are very dated with stucco and no drawers to put your clothes way. The housekeeping is top notch we would go the gym for a class and return to a clean room! Overall great experience!!!

I stayed with my family for two weeks at this hotel and it was a very good experience. I enjoyed every activity I did during this period. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was very good with a lot of variety, and the restaurants were well organized. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the location is perfect, close to the beach and the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back! Thank you Jan for your attention.

Loved the resort. Beautiful nature and beautiful beach. Rooms were tired, but they are renovating them soon. Negatives.. They offered a beautiful show, but you had to pay for it. Should've been included. No drink services by the pool or beach. Have to get your own.

We are for 2 weeks in mexico staying in iberostar waves. The jungle theme is overwhelming, i mean, there are Agoutis, Coatis, peacocks crossing your path. Wake-Up-Sounds from some monkeys...The area is very clean. Everything looks wonderful. Food in more that 5 possible restaurants tastes good as well. But most of all I want to say my personal THANK YOU to Arati, the beautiful concierge at the reception area. She is one of the few persons who is always talking to you with a big smile, authentic friendly and that much customer orientiert (in one personal difficulty she found a way to help us in an extraordinary way). Thank you for being such a special person, so kind to us and our little boy (who really loves you) I really hope we stay in touch :-) The Greeks from Germany ;-)

What a hotel! Amazing resort with a lot of things to offer. The service and the staff are great. Always helpful and make your day special. They have multiple restaurants, each with a different theme. You can go to the different restaurants and never eat the same thing twice. A big thanks to Abisag and Janire who took great care of us! We will definately come back.
