From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. 5 🌟. The rooms were fantastic and spotless clean, cleaned everyday and fresh towels and beach towels. 5 🌟. The food was in a league of it's own. I would like to say a special thank you to Mahmout the head chef of dining, it was exceptional. If you set him a challenge he will 100% deliver. Shukran. 🥰 The hotel itself is amazing and so close to the sea. Perfect location and scuba world is right on the premises. It's perfect. The coral reefs on your doorstep. Amazing. The gardens are beautifully kept by the hardworking gardeners. 5 🌟 to you guys. Pool. Although we're not really pool people, they were kept spotless. We did use it but with the stunning red sea and lovely breeze to keep you cool we spent most of our time there. The pool guys are so good at their job. 5 🌟 to you guys too. Tipping: bring a bag of 1 euro or 1 dollar coins. On average per person per day 1 euro for room cleaner, 1 euro for pool guys, 1 euro for the gardeners (they really appreciate it) 1 euro for pool bar service, 1 euro for dining room service, 1 euro for bar attendant in the evenings, then at the end of your stay whoever stands out as exceptional you can give them a bigger tip when leaving. 1 x a la carte per stay. Plenty of choice. Aqua park is free to Jaz. It's a little town owned by the same people. Very very safe and secure. Noone gets in or out without being checked. Gives a real sense of security. We have stayed here before in the Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort 2 years ago and could not fault there either. One of the best resorts I have ever visited. The overall vibes and atmosphere were fantastic, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Although it was not very spacious, it was comfortable and perfectly suitable for our needs. The staff were professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed and consistently greeted guests with a warm smile. Their hospitality and welcoming attitude made us feel valued and contributed greatly to the positive experience. The food was generally good, with a satisfying variety and quality. The meat dishes, in particular, were outstanding well cooked, flavorful, and definitely one of the highlights of the dining experience. The Kids Club is well-organized and offers a variety of scheduled activities for children throughout the day. Overall, it provides a satisfactory experience and helps keep kids entertained during the stay. The Aqua Park is one of the resort's highlights. It is well-maintained and offers plenty of fun for both children and adults. It is located a short distance from the main resort area, and a shuttle bus is available, with the journey taking approximately 5 minutes. There is only one à la carte restaurant at the resort, and reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to try it during my stay, so I cannot comment on the food or service.

I had a wonderful stay at Jaz Makadina. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and everything is clean, elegant, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is amazing comfortable, and perfect for a vacation. The food was very good with plenty of delicious options every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They made the experience even more enjoyable with their excellent service and positive attitude. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing experience at JAZ Makadina and can honestly say that this hotel deserves every single one of its five stars. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, warm and relaxing, and throughout the entire stay the staff made us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable, the whole resort is beautiful, and you can really see how much attention is paid to keeping everything in great condition. The food was also excellent, with a great selection and something for everyone. The restaurant and bar staff were always friendly, attentive and professional. In general, one of the biggest strengths of JAZ Makadina is definitely the people working here. Everyone we met was welcoming, helpful and always ready to make the guests happy. A very special mention has to go to the entertainment team, because they were honestly one of the highlights of the whole experience. ❤️ The team brings so much positive energy into the hotel every single day. They are incredibly friendly, funny, open-minded and make a real effort to involve everyone without ever making you feel pressured to participate. Whether during the daytime activities, sports, games or the evening entertainment, you can see how much energy and passion they put into their work. What I especially appreciated is that they don’t just treat you like another hotel guest. They actually take the time to talk to people, remember you and make you feel included. Their energy is contagious, and they create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere around the resort. Even if you don’t participate in every activity, simply seeing them around the hotel and talking to them makes the stay more enjoyable. The entertainment team also manages to find the perfect balance between being energetic and entertaining while still respecting that some guests simply want to relax. They always have a smile on their faces, interact with guests from different countries and age groups, and genuinely seem to care about everyone having a good time. The evening entertainment was another great part of the experience. You can really see the effort behind the shows and activities, and the team works incredibly hard throughout the day and evening. Their enthusiasm makes a huge difference to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A great hotel can have beautiful rooms, good food and a nice location, but it is ultimately the people who turn a holiday into a special memory — and that is exactly what happened here. The accommodation was also great – the rooms were comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic. It’s a very pleasant and relaxing place where you can truly enjoy your vacation. The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire stay. I would especially like to highlight the animation team, who were doing an amazing job. They were always energetic, fun, and made every activity enjoyable. Thanks to them, there was always something entertaining to do during the day and evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday in Egypt. I would happily come back again.
