Unfortunately, this hotel left us with more negative than positive impressions. The service is poor, the staff’s attitude towards guests is unpleasant, and the food is average at best. The variety and quality of the meals could be much better. On the positive side, the rooms are clean, which is definitely a plus. What is particularly disappointing is the way guests are pressured into writing reviews. The staff literally stand over you and insist that you leave reviews on every possible platform, including Google, refusing to leave until you have done so. This is disrespectful and creates the impression that the hotel cares more about its online ratings than the actual quality of its service. Reviews should be voluntary, not written under pressure. There are also a lot of Russian guests, which may affect the overall atmosphere and comfort of the holiday for some visitors. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend it, especially to guests aged 50 and over who are looking for good service, quality food, and a peaceful, comfortable holiday. Clean rooms are a positive point, but they do not make up for the many other shortcomings. The management should focus on improving the service and treating guests with respect instead of pressuring them into writing reviews.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The sandy beach is nice, and both the pool and the hotel were clean. The kids’ pool was a great feature, especially because it has a shelter above it, which is really helpful for keeping the kids protected from the sun. The staff were honestly one of the best things about our stay — everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food quality was good and everything we tried was tasty. The only thing I would suggest is having more variety in the food options. The hotel itself is quite small, so if you like small, quiet, and cozy places, you’ll probably really enjoy it. If you prefer big resorts with lots of facilities and activities, this might feel a little limited. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I think they could use some upgrading and a more modern style. A little renovation would make the overall experience even better. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay and would be happy to come back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jaz Palmariva Beach is truly a great choice! We’ve really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a beautiful and clean swimming pool, a lovely sea and a clean beach. A special mention definitely goes to the animation team – everyone is so friendly, active and fun, and the activities during the day and in the evening are really great. 😊 The evening entertainment is amazing and there’s always something to do. The food is also excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and everything we’ve had has been fresh and tasty. Overall, the atmosphere here is wonderful and the staff really take good care of their guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back someday! ❤️🌴

We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Palmariva Beach! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. The drinks were also very good, with plenty of options available. The beach is beautiful and the whole atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday. We hope to come back again!

We had a lovely stay overall, despite a few issues during our holiday, and we wanted to give a special mention to some of the staff who made our experience so much more enjoyable. The animation team have been fantastic, especially Sasha and Coco. They’re both so friendly, fun and always have a smile on their faces. They do a great job of keeping everyone entertained. Ibrahim at the beach bar has also been brilliant. He works incredibly hard but is always smiling and happy to help. Nothing seems too much trouble for him, and he’s a real credit to the hotel. Tarek, the drinks waiter, has been great too. He always brought our drinks with a smile and made us feel very welcome. A big thank you to Mahmood, who kept our room spotless throughout our stay. He always did a fantastic job, and the towel art was such a lovely touch — it made us smile every time we returned to the room. We also really want to mention Walid from the buffet restaurant. He has been absolutely brilliant: always happy, joking around and making sure everyone is looked after. When my wife was poorly, he was especially kind and went completely above and beyond to help us. He didn’t just do his job — he genuinely cared and made sure we were okay. Although there were some issues during our stay, people like these really do make a difference to a holiday. They’ve all been fantastic and are a real credit to the hotel.
