Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. Everything was exceptional—from the excellent location and beautiful, comfortable rooms to the outstanding hospitality and the stunning, well-maintained beach. Every detail was taken care of, and the entire hotel was clean, organized, and welcoming. What really sets this hotel apart is its people. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and valued. Their warmth and attention to detail made our vacation truly memorable. I would like to extend a very special thank you to Mr. Wessam Zakaria and Mr. Tamer Mahmoud. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. They were always available to help, paid attention to every detail, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. An Absolutely Perfect and Relaxing Getaway at Jaz Palmariva! ​I recently stayed at Jaz Palmariva and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the hotel felt incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and mentally relaxing—truly a magnificent place! ​The hospitality was exceptional. A huge special shout-out to Saif at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff deserves praise; they are so active, friendly, and always have a warm smile on their faces. I also want to give a special thanks to the gentleman managing the beach bar—he went above and beyond, putting in so much effort to make sure we had a great time. ​As for the amenities, our room was excellent, the beach was beautiful, and the pool area was perfect. The food was delicious, and I have to highlight the snacks—they were absolutely amazing and super tasty! ​I highly recommend Jaz Palmariva to anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free vacation. I will definitely be back!

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff encountered us with such gratitude and made us feel very welcome. The staff always managed to keep the hotel and the rooms clean while making the pleasing the guests no matter what. The beach was blue and clear and very sandy. The janitor staff always made an effort to clean the entire room daily and leaving it spotless. The pool was very clean and didnt have that chlorine feeling like the usual pools. The food always remained clean and everyday was a plethora of varities of food from breakfast through dinner throughout the courses. I’d like to thank the receptionist mr seif for always helping us by answering our queries and making us feel welcome. I’d like to thank the head chef, chef emad salah for his sense of humor and hospitality that he offered and gave us special treatment we appreciated it alot. I’d like to also thank the animation team for their enthusiasm and fun activities throughout the day especially at night with something different everyday. It was our first time visiting this hotel and it definitely wont be our last. Thank you so much jaz team for such a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Palmariva Beach! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. The drinks were also very good, with plenty of options available. The beach is beautiful and the whole atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday. We hope to come back again!
