My husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, and we were absolutely blown away by the service. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel warmly welcomed. Our butler, Junior, went above and beyond to create a truly unforgettable experience, and our concierge, Luna, was both resourceful and incredibly kind. Luna and Junior arranged a private beach dinner for us with personalized service, and it turned out to be one of the most magical evenings of our trip. During our stay, we also enjoyed golfing and playing tennis, which added to the fun and relaxation. The restaurants were outstanding, and every staff member we encountered was fantastic. A special shout-out to Ingrid in the cigar lounge — my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. Overall, it was a perfect honeymoon experience that we will always cherish.

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at JOIA. Wonderful experience and staff. Our butler, Victor, was awesome. He took care of anything we needed or wanted to do. The maids were top notch and our room was cleaned and prepped at least twice a day. Ery, our poolside bartender was so much fun and made great drinks. All the staff was friendly, energetic, and happy. The ones that stood out for me were Black Mamba, Snoop Dog, Ery, Victor, and many others that I don’t remember names but the staff always remembered our names. I definitely hope we get the chance to visit here again.

Our honeymoon was everything we could have asked for! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. There was a great variety of activities, from relaxing at the beach or pool to workout classes and nightly entertainment. The food was excellent. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered plenty of fresh, delicious options, and our favorite dinner restaurants were the French and Japanese restaurants. Our butler, José, was fantastic! He helped us make dinner reservations, arrange golf outings, and even coordinated small romantic touches that made our honeymoon feel extra special. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week here! Personally want to thank our butlers Victor and Valentino. Emmanuel was also wonderful. Benjamin was very nice at lunch, and the staff at the coffee shop were also lovely. Everyone was great! The resort was beautiful, we met some fun people, enjoy the food, and spent most of the days in the pool. We also recommend the couples massage at the spa. We loved the entertainment as well! We look forward to coming back next year.
