My husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, and we were absolutely blown away by the service. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel warmly welcomed. Our butler, Junior, went above and beyond to create a truly unforgettable experience, and our concierge, Luna, was both resourceful and incredibly kind. Luna and Junior arranged a private beach dinner for us with personalized service, and it turned out to be one of the most magical evenings of our trip. During our stay, we also enjoyed golfing and playing tennis, which added to the fun and relaxation. The restaurants were outstanding, and every staff member we encountered was fantastic. A special shout-out to Ingrid in the cigar lounge — my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. Overall, it was a perfect honeymoon experience that we will always cherish.

My wife and I came here for our 14 year anniversary and had an Absolutely awesome time! Victor, our butler for the room, was awesome. He communicated very well stated on top of everything, went above and beyond for our anniversary. Every single time we came to the room there was some new little surprise to help make our anniversary special. He helped us move times around to make sure we were accommodated for. When we come back, we definitely want to have Victor again! The entire staff across all of the grounds were amazing as well. Always making sure that we were taking care of, and looked after. Everybody had a smile on their face and brought a lot of energy every day. Definitely recommend this hotel for an adults only stay!

Fantastic day! The service was top-notch. Everybody was super joyful and more than willing to help and make sure you had a great experience. Victor, the Butler for our room, was absolutely fantastic! Best Butler experience yet. Tons of communication and he made sure that anything we needed handled whether it was excursions, confirming times and dates of things or moving times and dates around for us. It was handled. He made her anniversary extra special, went above and beyond every single time we came back to our room. There was some new little gift or surprise. Highly recommend hoping to get Victor again next time we stay here!

First of all, our butlers Houston and Jose were outstanding!!! They were very attentive and informative! We were here celebrating our 33rd anniversary and their efforts contributed mightily to us thoroughly enjoying our stay! The entire team at Star Prestige was outstanding as well. The coordination of reservations (golf, spa, etc. ) transport to and from the airport and just helping ensure our entire party of 12 (6 of which are members) was phenomenal! The staff at all the restaurants, bars and even our chamber maid also went above and beyond for us all which truly made this a vacation to remember!!!

We have had the most amazing experience at JOIA. We came for a wedding here and it was so beautiful and everything was perfect. We have enjoyed many activities throughout our stay. We have had the most amazing Butler Victor. He kept us informed of all the happenings around the facility. Victor accommodated every request that we had with promptness. He is so professional and so polite and kind. He always called us by name. Everyone here always has a smile and made us feel so welcome. The staff takes time to get to know you for a more personal touch. We had the most amazing time. We encourage everyone to come to this resort.
