Our butlers Danilo and Edward were very attentive. Our pool bar staff Ery, Tobias and Leily were excellent! Fun and great drinks! Camilo went out of his way to keep the pool area clean and always attentive with anything we needed! The best were the entertainment staff!! Loved hanging out with them. They work hard all day and night, always with a smile and a hello. LOVED Snopp Doogg, Alex and Jeremy.

From arrival to departure, what a wonderful experience. Traveled from MIA and upon arriving the property entrance included a large circular driveway and large beautiful water fountain, very inviting. Wasn’t exactly sure what to expect as it’s an all inclusive resort, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The main building is spectacular with high ceilings, wide hallways, and very interesting architecture which includes marble floors with mosaic inlays. Interior decoration and furniture was first class. Rooms equally as nice. And the pools were warm and clean, three to choose from. Food quality and options was a solid B. But the main attraction is the staff. They were Outstanding!!! Above and beyond!!! Can’t say enough about them; hats off to staff management and selection. Butlers Valentin and Junior were great We will be back, for sure 😎.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely incredible stay at Iberostar JOIA Bávaro, and a huge part of what made our experience so special was Cesar and Eduardo. These guys were truly on top of everything from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and always seemed to be one step ahead of anything we could possibly need. Cesar and Eduardo went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we are extremely thankful for both of them. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. There was honestly nothing we went without and nothing we felt like we had to sacrifice during our stay. We came with couples celebrating birthdays and an anniversary, and JOIA Bávaro was the perfect place for it. The atmosphere, service, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire trip feel special from beginning to end. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend it to couples looking for a beautiful place to relax, celebrate a special occasion, and be truly taken care of. Thank you again to Cesar, Eduardo, and the entire JOIA Bávaro team for making this such an unforgettable trip. We hope to see you all again!

The Resort was beautiful, the staff was amazing from the start. Edward and Dontillo were our Butlers and made our stay great! Alex, Snoop Dogg and Jeremy did a great job keeping us entertained. Camillo took good care of us around the pool. Our bartenders Eddy, Tobias and Lei Lei were attentive and amazing. All the staff knew our names and addressed us that way the whole trip!
