Overall our family had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Mallorca. The hotel is on a mountain with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, we had the most gorgeous sunsets. What stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine attention to detail. The team consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially our children. From the moment we arrived, the kids were welcomed with gifts. When we entered our room, they found adorable plush animals, petite robes and slippers waiting for them—a lovely surprise that immediately set the tone for our stay. Even at the restaurants, the little touches continued with beautifully designed coloring kits. It made dining with young children both fun and easy. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The dedicated children’s pool felt peaceful and almost private, the kids’ club was excellent, and the entire property is designed in a way that families can truly relax without sacrificing the luxury experience. The resort itself is beautiful. We loved how it’s seamlessly integrated into the natural stone cliffs, blending beautifully with the surrounding landscape. It has the feel of a true resort, where it’s enjoyable to wander through the property rather than feeling confined to one building. The complimentary shuttle to Port de Sóller was also extremely convenient. The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection of fresh local produce, and the casual restaurant served some of the freshest fish we had during our time in Mallorca. The spa is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful facilities that made for a truly relaxing experience. We also appreciated thoughtful touches like flower petals placed on our bed during turndown service. The hotel is beginning to show its age in some areas, and a refresh of the rooms and certain facilities would elevate the experience even further. That said, the property is exceptionally well maintained, and its charm, setting, and service more than make up for it. The only real disappointment was our room. While comfortable, it felt quite small for our family. During check-in we were offered a paid upgrade, but when we later asked if there was any possibility of moving to a larger room, we were told nothing suitable was available. Given the hotel’s otherwise exceptional level of hospitality, we had hoped for a bit more flexibility. Overall, Jumeirah Mallorca delivers a luxurious yet relaxed family resort experience with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, and thoughtful touches that make both adults and children feel genuinely cared for. It’s a hotel we would happily return to.

After doing a tons of research in advance of our Mallorca trip, I knew we made the right choice in staying at Jumeirah Mallorca. It's a top notch hotel and is worth the price point. The location is situated on best part of the island! Located on the cliffs near the Port of Soller, you cannot beat the incredible views from this hotel - you have the best of both worlds in having both an ocean and mountain view here and it's easily accessible via the hotel free shuttle to the vibrant town part of Port. We also had a car, so other popular areas like Deia, Palma, Valdemossa were not too hard to get to from this location. As for the hotel itself, the amenities, infinity pool, and rooms are such high quality and everything is kept pristine. The free breakfast and food around the hotel are delicious. However, what we loved the most was the incredible staff all around and how friendly they are. The valet /concierge staff were our favorite people to talk to as they were so welcoming. We were sad to say goodbye but we cannot wait to come back to this hotel in the future!

We started our honeymoon off here and were very happy. The suite we got was very nice. Spacious, clean, nice amenities, amazing view of the sea with its own terrace. There were not many other rooms on our level. We rarely saw anyone else and never heard any noise in our room. Very private. We do wish we upgraded to a suite above the lobby so we could have been closer to the infinity pool and gym, both of which are very nice and we used every day. Breakfast was also very good with a great view. Service was friendly and quick, unlike some other reviews I’ve read. The shuttle down to the port and back runs every hour between 10 am and 11 pm. We do wish it was every 30 minutes just for convenience but overall, every hour isn’t bad. And please note calling taxis can take awhile since they have a limited number and try to make efficiency on pickups while dropping off. It took about 45 minutes for our taxi to arrive to transfer us to our next hotel in Valldemossa. The hotel has a lot of levels and sprawls along the cliff side. So you could end up taking multiple elevators or stairs depending on where your room is. We do wish the hotel was a tad smaller so it was more personal but the service received was pretty top notch all around. I did call for more coffee pods twice and never received them, most likely because the request has to get passed a long and was lost along the way. Still, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and actually wished we had stayed an additional night instead of the 3 nights we were there.

We had high expectations for Jumeirah Mallorca as the splurge hotel for our honeymoon, but the experience was disappointing from the start. Our room had an ant infestation, and although staff responded quickly, the problem worsened within hours. We were offered another room, but it had a significantly worse view and layout. We also had major issues with the AC — first the room was stuck at 16°C, then the system failed completely overnight, leaving the room at 27°C by morning. After multiple complaints, staff fixed it, but compensation was only offered after we asked, beginning with complimentary cocktails, which felt inadequate given the nightly rate. We were eventually comped one dinner after negotiation, but overall the service did not feel proactive or consistent with a luxury resort. We were also woken by loud construction noise one morning, despite the front desk denying any construction was taking place. The property itself feels dated, with a broken elevator throughout our stay, burnt-out light bulbs, and fading signage. While the pool and views are beautiful, this did not feel like a true 5-star experience and was far too expensive for the level of quality, facilities and service provided. We were also disappointed by Cap Roig — the octopus appetizer was overcooked, the seafood paella tasted unpleasantly fishy, and the €29 room service cheese platter was identical to the complimentary breakfast cheese selection.

Just visited the hotel. We did not stay overnight but spoiled us with a spa treatment. Loved it. Beautiful clean service and very star of the art installations. Loved the jacuzzi pool with a stunning view over the mountains range of Mallorca. The location of the hotel is in Port Sóller, on top of the bay overlooking the port and on the same time stunning view looking over the Mediterranean Sea. Wonder how the sunsets must be. Since we live in mallorca we won’t stay overnight, however we will be back for more Spa, and testing the food :) ps: can recommend their Jumeirah Massage, wonderful relaxing and revitalizing for body and mind.
