We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jumeirah Mallorca and were truly impressed from start to finish. Everything was simply perfect – from the breathtaking location and beautiful views to the exceptional service and attention to detail. The entire team was incredibly warm, professional and welcoming, making us feel genuinely special throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that made it very hard to leave. We were completely blown away by the experience and would happily come back anytime. Jumeirah Mallorca exceeded all our expectations and is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We absolutely loved it! ❤️

Had an exceptional stay from the moment we entered the hotel till the moment the car was packed all thanks to the helpful staff. The views were phenomenal 10/10, my only comment would be the condition of the property needs some improvement. And variety of restaurants is all catered as fine dining, hoped there were more family oriented or international cuisine in the hotel. But still the views alone would bring me back.

As a world wide traveler who stays at Four Seasons, Aman Resorts, Ritz Carlton etc i can honestly say you should stay far away from this hotel. First the location is horrible and impossible to get anywhere worth seeing. but the hotel itself is disappointing in every way. The air conditioning did not work in my room and it took 2 days to repair. The food is basic and probably the best thing was the hamburger. caesar salad awful. Sushi was not worth it. The staff is not accommodating at all and you cannot trust their shuttle service if you go into town. They just fail to show up at all. As far as value it’s not worth it. Food average. Rooms average. check in waited for 45 minutes and they were in no hurry. October 17, 2026. i recommend staying away. overpriced. poor staff. and i am not a person who writes reviews all the time. this place was especially bad.

We started our honeymoon off here and were very happy. The suite we got was very nice. Spacious, clean, nice amenities, amazing view of the sea with its own terrace. There were not many other rooms on our level. We rarely saw anyone else and never heard any noise in our room. Very private. We do wish we upgraded to a suite above the lobby so we could have been closer to the infinity pool and gym, both of which are very nice and we used every day. Breakfast was also very good with a great view. Service was friendly and quick, unlike some other reviews I’ve read. The shuttle down to the port and back runs every hour between 10 am and 11 pm. We do wish it was every 30 minutes just for convenience but overall, every hour isn’t bad. And please note calling taxis can take awhile since they have a limited number and try to make efficiency on pickups while dropping off. It took about 45 minutes for our taxi to arrive to transfer us to our next hotel in Valldemossa. The hotel has a lot of levels and sprawls along the cliff side. So you could end up taking multiple elevators or stairs depending on where your room is. We do wish the hotel was a tad smaller so it was more personal but the service received was pretty top notch all around. I did call for more coffee pods twice and never received them, most likely because the request has to get passed a long and was lost along the way. Still, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and actually wished we had stayed an additional night instead of the 3 nights we were there.

Spectacular clifftop location above Port de Sóller with beautiful views from the room and throughout the property. Good gym, convenient base for exploring the coast, and the concierge arranged a private boat charter for us. That said, it did not quite live up to the price point. Most staff were friendly, but a few were somewhat cold — one concierge member sort of scolded us for being twenty minutes late to our own private boat charter. We also found red ants throughout our closet. Staff were polite but not particularly apologetic, reluctant to move us, and we lost an hour before dinner shaking out clothes while the area was treated. We were told it's expected given the gardens. The property feels dated. Finishes give off early 2000s rather than contemporary luxury. It has the scale and feel of a large resort. When we raised our concerns at checkout, the response was indifferent. A nice hotel, but premium rather than genuinely five-star. Would not return at this price.
