  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

Everything was excellent. The girls were extremely happy and enjoyed every moment. The food was very tasty and varied, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is very large, which is great, and we really appreciated the small cars and bicycles that made it easy to get around the whole resort. The only downsides were that the animations were the same every day and that there should be more heated swimming pools. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great experience.

Very big hotel and I mean very very big. Plenty of swimming pools. Massive aquapark. Theme park for children. Large VR room. Bumper cars which I think was the best amusement for all ages in this hotel. Plenty of restaurants with variety of food. Food is good but mainly plain. Not much taste to it exept Tagine restaurant which was proper tasty egiptian food. Grilled kebabs were also good and you could find them pretty much every day in different restaurants. Sweets were very good in all restaurants so as bakery (french pastries). Fruits are not the best, often dry oranges and all fruits not ripe. Small variety of fruit. Strawberries with chocolate were very good and plenty! All day long good coffee being served. When it comes to rooms unfortunatelly if you get room like we got first day you wouldnt be happy. Hole in the toilet door. Everything beeten up. Smell from the toilet very bad and no hot water.Floor was so dirty you wouldnt believe. Room is as dark as basement as no proper lighting. Room no was 5087. After we complained we received much better room but still there was problems in the toilet but got fixed otherwise room would be flooded big time. This room was cleaned propely by the staff. If menagement improve rooms and fix all the issues before puting guest in and food was more tasty i would give 5* for sure.

A great place for families to go together as a group. Children over 4 are well catered for, we went with a baby of 16 months and not being able to go on the slides with her was illogical. We saw a few parents very frustrated with this rule. The children’s pools with the slides were very cold. So not ideal either. An indoor younger children’s play area would’ve been great for us. Food and cleanliness could not the faulted. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. The slides were great, a lot of fun and plenty to keep our older children and adults entertained. Loved the all inclusive vibe with the snack bars open during the day, the pizzas, crepes and kebab meats were awesome.

It has been an amazing 12 days holidays. The room service ( especially Mohamed Farrah- he service the room daily and went above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, made toys out of towels for our 4 years old daughter , she was so happy seeing the eleganta and the Santa prezent he left her on Xmas eve. He is a genuine and funny persons made our stay even more special) The food especially the BbQ was amazing every lunch and dinner was available to most of the restaurants. There are many restaurants to eat at all included on our all inclusive oprien we've booked. On the Beech especially Niamh had helped us to get here on a almost last minute booking and she handled everything so nice and made everything so clear. Thank you! I want to thank the staff at the Neverland restaurants, pools and the ferry park , the safety and security has been always so nice, kind and attentive. For everyone thinking that going to a country like Egypt please know that people are kind and happy to receive you. Everyone has treat us with a smile, some jokes and great admosfere, they went above and beyond to make sure we are happy at the Neverland. The Xmas Eve event was very nice organized and included aswell. We are going to miss the New Year Eve party but we had an amazing time, is a grate place for family with kids.

Cannot explain how good this resort is. Very family friendly, clean and top notch service! Over 10 restaurants to eat from and a good variety. Loved the fresh BBQ's done daily alongside the restaurants. Theme park for the kids, never mind the endless pools and slides for the whole family. Highly recommend as an all inclusive resort.
