  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)

You have a large and beautiful resort with a huge number of attractions, and you truly do your best to provide guests with the best possible stay. Your biggest strength is cleanliness. Your staff clean everything wonderfully and very frequently — the rooms, the areas around the restaurants, the paths between the bungalows — everything. I am genuinely impressed. However… there are some people who, completely unnecessarily, can damage your reputation. I’m referring to a few bartenders and one man at the reception. The receptionist tried to make us pay again for the rooms we had already booked and paid for through the travel agency. This is unacceptable. We always appreciate good service and gladly tip, but such an attempt to extort money cannot be tolerated. Another issue concerns some of the bartenders (not all of them), usually the older ones. They are rude and unfriendly. If you wish, I can send a photo of the worst one. They should learn from the waiters, who work much harder but remain kind, helpful, and smiling. For example, Hassan Nazih Khater — a wonderful waiter working at the pools — truly deserves a raise. Another problem is the alcohol, which in many cases is of very poor quality. This definitely needs improvement. Apart from these remarks, the hotel is fantastic, but these small issues negatively affect the overall rating, which could easily be higher. This is not only my opinion, but the opinion of many other guests as well. Another excellent employee is the young man who prepares pasta with sauce — I don’t know his name, but he also works the night shift at the pasta station. I hope that my feedback will help eliminate these negative impressions. I will check and describe everything again because I intend to visit you next year. Kind regards

Our stay at the Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland hotel was truly unforgettable! At the very beginning, we were greeted by smiling ladies with lollipops, which immediately put us in the holiday mood. The reception worked smoothly, and the gentlemen working there were very helpful and always ready to provide information. All the hotel staff deserves great applause! The cooks served delicious dishes that delighted with their variety and flavour. The waiters and bartenders were extremely courteous, always making sure that we had everything we needed. The service of the game room and the amusement park was full of energy and enthusiasm, which made us spend a lot of joyful moments there. Special thanks to the lifeguards and gentlemen at the slides, who took care of our safety and at the same time provided great fun. Cleaners and gardeners also deserve praise - their work made the entire facility always clean and well-kept. Bus drivers were very helpful and always ready to take us to the right place, and the animators organised fantastic attractions, thanks to which every day was full of joy. I hope I didn't miss anyone in creating such a wonderful place. Thanks to all these wonderful people, our stay at the Hotel Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland was one of the best holidays ever. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is an absolute kids heaven our little boy loved it all and we enjoyed experiencing our second childhood with him. On a day of arrival we was upgraded to a family bungalow which was absolutely stunning and spotless. Huge huge appreciation to our cleaner of room 2128 , every time he was making special animals and our son absolutely loved it ! The bar team next to the active pool and midway was the most kind people ever and made our experience amazing, same as an ice cream man , cheers to them ! The food was tasty and you always can get something at any time of a day as the organization of food schedule in this hotel is amazing. The only problem with food we had is on our last day twice the cake was smelling vinegary and funny so after trying one piece we did not want to finish it, although throughout two weeks food was absolutely amazing, fresh and clean. The evening facilities are just best for kids of all ages, our son for a week after a holiday was asking about his favorite train. We only went beach once as for our 3 years old it was quite difficult to get into water due to not a gentle entry to a water, but, trust me, you don't t really need a beach with all the amounts of pools hotel offers. The workers are the best part of a hotel, everybody was happy to say hello to our son and smile or make something funny with him , we was treated like good friends and it made us feel extremely comfortable and made or holiday unforgettable ! Little note for everyone who comes : definitely read all the information about hotel they give you on reception and look throughout the map, this hotel is huge and full of things to do. We will definitely come back next year!

It was a lovely experience, so much activity to do, both day time and night time, i didn’t feel the need to go outside except for the activities that i book earlier Quad biking and snorkeling on red sea which was my biggest highlight. The bakery area and ice cream section was my best area☺️ i could not get over the unlimited supply of snacks, and yes i gained weight which is expected when you travel to relax and eat lol. They had Plenty nice background to take pictures and videos 😀. The staffs were also friendly and hard working.

We were impressed by the beautiful territory, amazing attractions, friendly staff, and a clean room. Pros: -Very helpful staff — waiters bring everything you want and check in on you even if you didn’t leave tips :) -Great beer — both draft and from bottles -Huge VR and entertainment area: full street of attractions, roller skating arena, bike rentals, electric bumper cars — all FREE! -Many water rides from kid-friendly to extreme ones -Multiple restaurants with daily updated menus online — easy to choose what you like -Lots of pools, including heated ones -Large, clean territory with frequent shuttle buses driven by cheerful drivers -Everything tidy and well-maintained everywhere -Although the sea is a bit far, shuttle buses run every 30 minutes and take only 10–15 minutes -Huge sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds and a pier for snorkeling Cons: – Upon arrival, we waited about two hours for room cards. Reception was chaotic, and they kept telling us “10 more minutes”… – Pigeons living above the ceiling started making noise before 6 AM — hard to sleep longer – Local alcoholic drinks didn’t taste good – The beach is a bit far, the reef is not very colorful, and the seabed near the shore is not very clean due to trash brought by wind Summary: I give it 9 out of 10 (I save a perfect 10 for true luxury premium hotels). Definitely recommend for everyone — families with children, adults, and seniors.
