Halfway through my 2 weeks stay and I honestly love this resort. This is my 4th time in Egypt, and this resort by far has been the best of all I've stayed in. Plenty of food choices, as well as restaurants to book into. The animation team are absolutely incredible. I am here alone and they made me feel so warm and welcome. Shiraz, RoRo, Lilly are amazing! 1000/1000. Not just the animation team, but the waiting staff are always bringing me fresh drinks. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travellers, couples and families.

Absolutely fantastic. What really made this holiday was the service - staff here really go the extra mile - notablly Guest Services, Housekeeping and Essam on the front desk. We got treated like royalty on our birthdays so highly recommend this place if you have a birthday during the trip. Lots of little details and friendly interactions from staff was really noticeable. The food was great all week and kudos to the chap running the A La Carte restaurants - those were great. Especially the Teppanyaki experience which my 4yo still thinks was magic. The slides are great and the kids pools are heated (which was a welcome surprise as a little cold to swim otherwise). There's a little gift shop at the back by the pools worth a visit - reasonable prices and the shop keeper used to be a tour guide so knows a lot of Egyptian history. If coming as a family, upgrading to the family room is worth it. We did and the extra space was good to have for 9 days. 5* experience for 4* price 😀

We had a pleasant stay at the Titanic Resort & Aqua Park. The price–quality ratio is good, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly fine, although the bathrooms feel a bit outdated. Overall, the resort is closer to a solid 4-star experience rather than luxury, but for the price it offers very good value. The gym is excellent, with high-quality equipment that truly feels 5-star, and the spa is fantastic — definitely one of the highlights of the resort. The food selection is decent, although we would have liked to see more healthy options available. One tip for other guests: enjoy the facilities at the resort itself and think twice before joining trips to external nightlife venues such as B2 Club & Lounge, as we found the resort atmosphere much more enjoyable and comfortable.

We had a very bad experience when we arrived. The man who took our bags seemed extremely annoyed and unfriendly. It honestly felt like staff only treated guests well if they received a tip. The food was disgusting — I even got a stomach ache from it. The room cleaner also seemed angry and unfriendly all the time. The pools were too cold for the kids, and the entertainment/animation team was very poor overall. To make things worse, the animation staff kept approaching guests and begging for good reviews, insisting that people leave them immediately. I refused because our experience at the resort was genuinely bad. I want to warn other people to seriously consider looking for a different resort. Even simple things were overpriced — we wanted to play pool/billiards, but they charged €3.50 for just 30 minutes. That room was almost always empty because nobody in their right mind wants to pay that much when you can get it much cheaper elsewhere. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Went to hurgada last year it was amazing I was recommended this hotel and it’s been nothing but a disappointment. The reception do not care about any problems and they are so unhelpful and you do feel unsafe and uneasy if any serious problems would ever occur. The main lobby bar staff are rude and one even laughed when our child got alcohol in their eye because they splashed it at them. Our room didn’t fit a family of 4 and they never resolved it we were all squashed into one room. The floors are so slippery it’s a health a safety concern especially with people coming in and out of the pools the tiles are not safe. Make sure you check children height for the aqua park my daughter was just under 120cm and couldn’t go on any huge disappointed as that’s the reason we booked it. I do want to point out the staff that did make our stay good because they are the ones keeping the hotel alive. Ahmed from the kids bar always coming over having conversations with us and being so friendly we really loved him and Ammar from the pool bar he always made sure we was relaxed and brought our drinks whenever we wanted one. The kids animation team you can quite clearly see don’t want to be there and they show no interest in the kids and they look bored. The food and drinks are good and hotel is very clean and housekeeping is amazing! If you’re looking for a good hotel I would highly recommend El Karma they go above and beyond.
