Halfway through my 2 weeks stay and I honestly love this resort. This is my 4th time in Egypt, and this resort by far has been the best of all I've stayed in. Plenty of food choices, as well as restaurants to book into. The animation team are absolutely incredible. I am here alone and they made me feel so warm and welcome. Shiraz, RoRo, Lilly are amazing! 1000/1000. Not just the animation team, but the waiting staff are always bringing me fresh drinks. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travellers, couples and families.

We have just come home from the Titanic aqua resort. Majority of the staff are fab, friendly helpful kind. Cleanliness is great they are cleaning all the time both around the pool and inside the hotel. Entertainment team are great some new starters while we were there who were just finding their feet. Lots to do. Food could have more choice was a bit same same but could always find something. Don't miss going over to the beach the fish in the sea are amazing. If you go later afternoon there were lots of jelly fish but they dont sting so dont panic. My daughter made a video with the hotel team as we were leaving which I have attached.

Waiters/staff members are rude. They would speak rudely to us when we were ordering drinks but we would see them giving better service to certain people. Clear racist attitudes from the staff members. We have travelled to many countries/hotels, never have we experienced such bad treatment.When we tried to book the a la carte mongolian restaurant, the guest relations guy straight up told us that it was fully booked but after a few minutes he somehow changed his mind and proceeded to reserve a table for us. When we went to the restaurant the next day, there were only 2 other families there! Food is disgusting - we got funny stomachs at the end of our stay and we didn't even eat any meat! Non alcoholic mojitos always used to run out by evening time- what's the point of the all inclusive concept when you can't even get the drinks you want?! Saying that, the mojitos were sub standard- I think they weren't very generous with their monin syrups and didn't even mix the drinks well. If you aren't white, avoid this hotel - they seem to like only white people. And if you want to experience the full all inclusive benefits go elsewhere.

What a mixed bag! Service is amazing. Big shout out to Mahmoud in the lobby bar, Muhammad and Karim in the shisha bar and Alaa the restaurant manager. They made us feel so welcome and very attentive. Food was very disappointing. Buffet was OK for breakfast and lunch but poor in the evenings. The 'speciality restaurants' were also disappointing. The Mongolian was the best one and actually pretty good. UCook and the Italian were awful. Pretty sure the Italian was responsible for not being able to leave the toilet for the whole of the following day! TMI I know! The hotel itself is spotless. Constant cleaning all day. Pools and water slides were great and the beach at the sister hotel was lovely. Overall, we would not come back! Not the worst, not the best.

Kids had a good time using the slides. Rooms were ok. Service was always without a smile at reception, bar and restaurant. Think we only met a couple of nice staff during stay. Food and drink was poor. Choice was poor and spirits were the lowest quality I’ve ever had! Beer was the only thing that was ok. 7/8 of us were ill during the stay only eating hotel food. We ended up eating at Senzo mall after this. We had to get antinal from local pharmacy at Senzo mall which we took until we left. The food was the biggest part of this review being bad but obviously plays a big part of the holiday. There were other couples we met from the same plane that had the same issue. The shops inside try to rip you off and it’s a bad price even when you haggle down.
