What a mixed bag! Service is amazing. Big shout out to Mahmoud in the lobby bar, Muhammad and Karim in the shisha bar and Alaa the restaurant manager. They made us feel so welcome and very attentive. Food was very disappointing. Buffet was OK for breakfast and lunch but poor in the evenings. The 'speciality restaurants' were also disappointing. The Mongolian was the best one and actually pretty good. UCook and the Italian were awful. Pretty sure the Italian was responsible for not being able to leave the toilet for the whole of the following day! TMI I know! The hotel itself is spotless. Constant cleaning all day. Pools and water slides were great and the beach at the sister hotel was lovely. Overall, we would not come back! Not the worst, not the best.

We have just come home from the Titanic aqua resort. Majority of the staff are fab, friendly helpful kind. Cleanliness is great they are cleaning all the time both around the pool and inside the hotel. Entertainment team are great some new starters while we were there who were just finding their feet. Lots to do. Food could have more choice was a bit same same but could always find something. Don't miss going over to the beach the fish in the sea are amazing. If you go later afternoon there were lots of jelly fish but they dont sting so dont panic. My daughter made a video with the hotel team as we were leaving which I have attached.

So the hotel itself isn't bad, the bar staff and the room cleaners are absolutely great and are smiling and always happy but there is 1 man and 1 woman at the front reception desk who are miserable in their lives and it shows at their place of work. My kids enjoyed this holiday but if I were to stay at a titanic resort I would not stay here I would stay at titanic Royal which is opposite as you can use the aqua park in this place and have snacks from the snack van The food at this place is 6.5/10. 7 at best. The best nights for grilled is Monday prawns Tuesday for tandoori chicken Thursday for steak and the steak is 10/10 I personally didn't have a bad experience but it's the main reception guys that always seem so unhappy and miserable, it's either this, or they are on some sort of ego trip working for a hotel reception 😂😂😂😂 If you are so unhappy doing your job LEAVE!

Halfway through my 2 weeks stay and I honestly love this resort. This is my 4th time in Egypt, and this resort by far has been the best of all I've stayed in. Plenty of food choices, as well as restaurants to book into. The animation team are absolutely incredible. I am here alone and they made me feel so warm and welcome. Shiraz, RoRo, Lilly are amazing! 1000/1000. Not just the animation team, but the waiting staff are always bringing me fresh drinks. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travellers, couples and families.

This was my first time in Egypt. We travelled with family friends who have visited three times before, but from the second day onwards our holiday was one problem after another. On the second day, a man approached my uncle and sexually assaulted him by groping him and touching his genitals. We immediately reported this to the hotel management, and our whole group wrote statements. We were told the police would be contacted. However, the police never came. The following day we asked whether they wanted to speak to us, but instead we were simply told that the man had left the hotel and that we should “just enjoy our holiday.” Unfortunately, we couldn’t do that because other members of his group were still staying at the hotel. Our holiday rep from Sun International advised us to contact the British Embassy. When we went to reception to use the phone, the hotel refused to let us call. We were then told they had called the police on us because we had tried to contact the embassy, claiming it was closed, even though the embassy operates 24 hours a day for emergencies. We waited in reception for over two hours until around midnight, repeatedly asking when the police would arrive. We were constantly told to wait. Eventually, we went back to our rooms, only to be told the following day that they had never called the police at all and had only said that to scare us. After we posted a review about our experience, we were called into the office where management repeatedly begged us to remove it. They even attempted to bribe us by offering free massages and anything else we wanted if we deleted the review. The bar staff and managers were consistently rude. They rarely smiled, frequently ignored us while serving other guests first, and made us feel extremely unwelcome. As a Christian family, we often felt judged for wearing typical holiday clothing, receiving uncomfortable looks from staff and other guests. The food was extremely poor, and our group ended up eating out for most of the holiday. The entire downstairs area of the hotel also had an unpleasant smell. To make matters even worse, on our final night a woman threatened my 17-year-old sister and me and attempted to hit us. We immediately reported this to management. Instead of taking our concerns seriously, they told us that if she had actually hit us she would go to prison. When I explained that I was still a child and was frightened, the head manager responded by saying, “You’re not a child. In Egypt, a child is 16 and under.” I repeatedly told him that I was scared because an adult woman was screaming in my face and threatening violence. Rather than helping us, the manager claimed she was only shouting because she didn’t understand us, despite the fact that she had approached us and started the confrontation. When we walked back to our room, the same woman was standing outside with four other women, shouting that she was going to get us. I tried to get into our room as quickly as possible, but my key card wouldn’t work. I had to shout for help before a member of staff arrived with the manager. I was visibly shaken and repeatedly explained that I was frightened because the woman now knew where our room was. The manager laughed in my face. When I told him I would be leaving a review, he said he didn’t care. As I reminded him of everything that had happened during our stay, he simply walked away. I again explained that I was scared the woman would be waiting outside our room, but we were told there was nothing they could do and that we should just stay in our room. Overall, this hotel has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We spoke to several other English families during our stay who said they had experienced similar treatment. I understand that disagreements can happen anywhere, but the way the staff handled serious incidents, including a sexual assault and threats of violence, was completely unacceptable. At no point did we feel protected or supported, and I genuinely felt that if anything more serious had happened, it would simply have been ignored.
