We had the best time here. From booking through TUI, airport transfer and arrival after midnight, we were greeted by friendly staff, offered a light snack and given all the details we needed to settle in for the night. The hotel is beautiful, clean and exceeds the pictures online, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a twin room facing the garden on the ground level, which is what we were expecting when we made the booking and we were happy with the room. WiFi is included and covered most of the hotel which was great considering its size. We used the spa, which was good but pricey considering the treatments received, but the staff are flawless!! The food and drink were amazing, from breakfast all the way to dinner, the food was hot, fresh and offered a wide variety every meal time. We also booked into one of the restaurants one evening and the food was nothing short of spectacular, alongside that we also had the private beach dining experience where I proposed to my partner and the food, scenery, staff and overall experience will be something we will never forget!! There is an internal bar within the reception area, which only offers certain alcohol and we found it sporadically manned, we are not big drinkers but a bar with no staff is just a table. The shop inside the hotel is a valuable asset to pick up odds and sods, public transport is hit and miss when wanting to leave the hotel but taxi service is good when booked by the hotel. If wanting to travel further, a car is recommended! The cats are looked after so well, they have their own “euphoria” area, they are fed well and most of them look in a very good condition for “strays”. They are friendly and so loving and having them around really made our experience that much better as we are both animal lovers! Definitely worth the price we paid, and worth their 5 stars! We would 100% stay here again and it is one of our best holidays to date and I think it would be extremely hard to top!!

It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s over marketed. It’s clean. The food is bland and we ate out 5 of the 7 nights. You queue for the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner. You queue for drinks. It’s constant queues. The ladies at the snack pool bar were lovely and are a credit to the hotel. The snack bar is the best food. Even for breakfast. No kids options. Buffet is small. Cocktails aren’t nice. 45 minute wait for a crepe! The lady at the reception bar was nice but she would go missing for 30 mins at a time. Lifeguards were extremely unpleasant. We had a private pool and that was nice. The cleaners work hard. Actually all the staff do. The amount we spent on this holiday is sickening for what we got. It’s a shame, cause it’s a beautiful place. The beach on site is nice. Beds are comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious for a family of four, very clean, and maintained to that standard throughout our entire stay. The pools are fantastic and never felt crowded. The main pool, in particular, looks absolutely stunning. (Just don't make the mistake of diving in with your mouth open like my son did—the salt water came as quite a surprise! 😉) The entire resort is beautifully maintained and filled with lovely flowers. The food was also excellent and never gave us the impression that the same dishes were simply being repeated day after day, which can sometimes happen when staying for more than a week. There was always plenty of variety and something for everyone, at any time of the day. What we will remember most, however, is the friendliness and genuine hospitality of everyone. From the staff in the lobby to those in the restaurants and bars, the lifeguards, and even the gentleman at the car rental desk, we were always greeted with a smile and a warm “Kalimera” or “Kalispera.” This made us truly feel welcome and at home. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would gladly return!

We had a great time at the Kresten Royal. The little beach was excellent for relaxing and the staff service was impeccable. Especially our waitress Venetia Gaia and the Junior Manger Eri were always helpful. Venetia always made sure we feel welcomed and she took really good care of us. She is a real gem! The vegan food options where good and plenty. There was always something to find at all times (dinner, breakfast, snacks, lunch) and the variations changed daily (national and international food). A personal highlight was the vegan dessert options they had. Really loved it! We were positively surprised about how well they take care of stray cats! They fed them and had a little playing and hiding area. They feel welcomed and we think that is beautiful. We have the utter most respect for the staff members who have to deal with the guests. We were baffled how many aren’t capable of showing decent behaviour. Overloading your plate at the buffet and then leaving almost all of it for the trash is just irresponsible. Also the reservation of sunbeds with a towel hours before the pool opening is just plainly rude and egoistic. Some seem to be too dumb to get their trash from the beach. So chapeau to the staff for always being so respectful. The only really negative we can say is that the dress code that is stated on the website and in front of the restaurant is not enforced.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic family holiday – we’d happily return! We stayed at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort as a group of 16 across five rooms and had a fantastic holiday. We’d happily recommend the hotel and would definitely return. Our only negative experience was at check-in. We arrived just before 3pm and one of our rooms wasn’t quite ready, which wasn’t a problem in itself. Unfortunately, the receptionist who dealt with us (I believe her name was Katerina) came across as quite unfriendly and made what should have been a simple check-in feel unnecessarily difficult. Our passports were mixed up, the tourist tax was initially allocated to the wrong rooms, and the whole process felt far more complicated than it needed to be. It wasn’t a great first impression, but thankfully it was the only disappointing part of the holiday. From then on, everything was excellent. We stayed in a private pool room overlooking the sea, which was absolutely beautiful. The room was huge, with a massive bathroom, freestanding bath, walk-in shower and double sinks. The private pool was a fantastic bonus and the sea views were incredible. The only other small suggestion would be for larger families. We’re a family of five and had to book a second room, even though the private pool room was easily big enough for an additional foldaway bed. The hotel kindly placed the rooms next to each other, which we appreciated, but it would be great if larger families had the option of staying together. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a huge variety every day and plenty of choice for everyone. We chose to eat out a couple of evenings to explore Rhodes, but other members of our group spoke very highly of the Greek and Asian restaurants. The pool areas were brilliant and never felt overcrowded despite the hotel being full. There were lifeguards on duty at every pool, and they clearly took safety seriously, which was reassuring with young children. A special mention goes to Nikos, one of the lifeguards, who was fantastic throughout our stay. The biggest thank you goes to Petros at the main pool bar. He is an absolute credit to the hotel—friendly, welcoming, always smiling and full of great recommendations about Rhodes. He genuinely helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. In fact, all of the staff deserve praise. The restaurant team were always friendly and hardworking, the housekeeping staff kept our rooms spotless every day, and everyone we met (apart from our initial check-in experience) couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is excellent, with direct access to a small shingle beach that was never crowded and was perfect for snorkelling. The children loved jumping from the platform into the sea, and there is also a lovely walk along the coast to a local fish restaurant. The spa was also excellent, and the treatments were thoroughly enjoyed by our group. The hotel shop was surprisingly well stocked too, selling everything from snorkelling equipment to gifts and essentials. Overall, we had an amazing holiday. Great food, beautiful rooms, excellent facilities, fantastic staff and a relaxed atmosphere that never felt overcrowded. The check-in experience could certainly be improved, but it was a very small issue in what was otherwise an excellent stay.
