Attention!!! Attention!!! Avoid staying at this hotel, otherwise your health may be at risk!!! I have been vacationing in Tenerife once or twice a year since 2008, and I have never encountered a worse hotel!!! We checked into the hotel on December 2, 2025, in Building A. Some time later, we booked a dinner at the à la carte restaurant, and for the next day we scheduled a visit to the spa. After visiting the à la carte restaurant, that night I began to feel nauseous, then developed a high fever, vomiting, and all the other symptoms associated with food poisoning. A little later, my husband experienced the same symptoms. For two days we were unable to leave our room due to severe food poisoning. I sent an email to the hotel’s official address describing the situation and requesting medical assistance, which we were denied!!! Because both parents had severe food poisoning and could not leave the room even for five minutes due to the symptoms, and because we have a small 2-year-old child with no one to leave her with in case of hospitalization, we asked for at least some medical help. Through our insurance company, we found out that the nearest hospital is an hour’s drive from the hotel!!! Let me remind you, we couldn’t leave the room even for five minutes!!! The hotel responds with standard template messages claiming they comply with all sanitary regulations and that there have been no cases of poisoning. However, I will simply give a few examples: In the main Teide restaurant, children grab food from shared dishes with their hands, take bites and put it back; in the Nautilus snack bar, birds peck at the food in the shared dishes, and the nets are constantly open. The huge flow of people and small children does not provide any guarantee of food safety! For this reason, I believe the hotel must fully support its guests and take responsibility for their health! Throughout our vacation, we did not leave the hotel grounds and did not eat anywhere else! Shame on the hotel owner and the staff who support such business practices and do not care about their reputation or the reputation of the beautiful island of Tenerife! P.S. Below there are several reviews mentioning food poisoning, and the hotel management responds to all of them with the same message: that supposedly no one ever reported any issues during their stay, and that if someone had contacted them, they would have definitely provided assistance. This is an outright lie. I was staying at the hotel, I reported the problem and asked for help — and the only response I received was: “Bring us a medical certificate.” And I am certain that even if I had provided such a certificate, they would have found an excuse to say that it “proves nothing.” As a result, it becomes clear that in this hotel the guest is left completely unprotected and without any real help! P.P.S. Our child has also become ill. We are now back home and will be forced to seek hospital treatment through our insurance. Given the complete lack of assistance from the hotel in a situation involving serious health risks, we expect this case to be reviewed by the competent health and tourism authorities. Contrary to the hotel’s statement, no doctor or on-site medical assistance was ever offered to us. We repeatedly asked for help when our condition worsened, including persistent vomiting and diarrhea. It is also incorrect to suggest that we had recently arrived. We had been staying exclusively on the hotel premises for more than six days, did not leave the hotel territory, and consumed only food provided by the hotel. Both adults developed identical symptoms, followed later by our child. This is a factual description of our experience. I have all the emails, and there's not a word in them about an offer of help! Our review reflects what actually happened during our stay. Requesting that guests remove reviews due to the absence of immediate medical documents does not change the reality of the situation nor the lack of assistance we experienced..

Currently on holiday at present here. The place is gorgeous, cleaned daily, facilities are brilliant for the kids and adults. Location is very hilly so wouldn't advise to those with mobility issues unless the use of a mobility scooter. The food is beautiful in the restaurants and you have the use of the al la carte while here. We are a family of nine and I would come back. I would advise to stay away from the burger van. Hotdogs and burgers are left out and are never to heat as we would in the UK. Myself and two nephews have been hit with sickness and diarrhea after eating from there. I would still give the hotel 5 stars but I think the length of time food is left out on the burger shack needs addressing.

We spent 7 nights at Hotel Landmar Costa Los Gigantes and left really happy. The hotel is great, the facilities are comfortable and the food was genuinely good and varied. But what truly makes the place special is the staff. We especially want to mention Jhossiane from Guest Experience, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It really made a difference. We genuinely enjoyed our time there, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Here you can find everything one might need. What we really liked is a baby club service where you can leave your baby for one hour a day included in the price if booked via hotel website. The babysitter was really nice and friendly and our baby actually enjoyed it. All the hotel personnel was actually very friendly. We also really liked our coffee from Sunset Bar from Laura and Elisabet (we had iced cappuccino). Also, the cocktails were great. They were very attentive to our needs. The food here is delicious and can serve every taste. The rooms are spacious; but could need some slight renovations and maybe a bit better cleaning (although the cleaning lady was also very nice). The reception staff was really helpful with good communication. I would recommend as well the spa facilities. In summary, we would like to come here again, maybe already next year.

We are on our last day and weve had a brillant holiday. Plenty to do onsite for the children. We had a small leak in our room and when reported they had another room ready within 30 mins. They sent a bottle of fizz and offered a meal in la carte. The customer service has be amazing. All staff work so hard and they deserve a medal. We have never been bored and enjoyed all the games on offer. We are looking at coming back nexy year with extended family members. Thanks so much for a brillant holiday.
