My first time in the Leonardo. My mum has been before. She request for are room to be close by each other. However, not only did the reception/management staff put us beside each other. They upgraded us to a room with our own private pool. The hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean with the cleaners always around making sure it is. There's plenty to chose from the buffet dining room and the pool bar if you are looking more for a snack. The staff are amazing and friendly, especially the bar staff and restaurants staff. Always very welcoming with a smile and greeting. Special thanks to Mika, George, Spyros, & Sakas in the bar for making my holiday. Rio you are hands down a fabulous activities coordinator, a bundle of energy and motivator for those that what to engage in some fun activities. Keep being a friendly face around the place. Thanks again to the Leonardo for a fantastic holiday.

Overall, we had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. It wasn’t bad, and I’d say it was good value for money, but considering it’s meant to be a five-star hotel, we expected a bit more. The location was really good, as it was pretty much in the middle of everything, and it was easy to get around by car. The food was probably the biggest letdown. There wasn’t much variety, and a lot of it was quite bland, although breakfast was really good. We also tried the Italian à la carte restaurant, but it wasn’t anything special and the pasta was overcooked. The hotel itself was quite quiet and didn’t have the lively atmosphere we were expecting. The ping-pong table was good, but the pool was absolutely freezing, and the beach wasn’t very clean. The staff were nice, and our room was always clean, which was great. However, the service didn’t always feel very welcoming. We also had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but staff still came into the room, which we found a bit strange. We stayed in a room for three people, but it felt like they had just added an extra bed without properly preparing the room for three guests, as there were only two pairs of slippers and two bathrobes. Overall, it wasn’t a bad holiday, and there were definitely some good things about the hotel, especially the location, breakfast, cleanliness and friendly staff. However, a few things could have been much better. It’s decent for the price, but it didn’t really feel like a five-star experience, and I don’t think I’d choose to come back.

Very nice hotel. Drinks are good, rooms comfy, clean and modern. Staff are very very helpful. Food where at first I thought was limited, actually is a positive, less food options than previous hotels I’ve visited but what they do they do well which I think is more important. Every member of staff seems happy to help. Top points; All day Gyros by the pool is a big win. Great staff Very clean hotel Always got a sunbed everyday when I wanted one, regardless of time of day

My 7 years old daughter loved the pool and the desserts. most of the food was nice and tasty. unfortunately the beach nearby is very disappointing and full of oil spillages. also the animation team needs a bit of inspiration. overall I'll say the hotel is good for relaxing.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a chilled towel, which was exactly what we needed after such a long journey. The room we booked was spacious and overlooked the pool. We were also given a newly renovated room, which was a great bonus. The food at both the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant was absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was excellent! We had a relaxing and fantastic holiday, and this hotel will definitely be one of our top choices for our next vacation in Rhodes.
