This resort is so nice!!! Everyone that I encountered during my 7 day stay was so very friendly!! The room was very clean and had no smells or anything. No complaints at all about room. Anytime I had to ask for something to be replenished in my room they would come by within 20 mins. Also you can go to the front lobby at any time and get any of the room necessities like paper towels, dish soap etc. The amenities are awesome and fun for the kids!! I would definitely recommend this resort to any families traveling!! The only reason I have 4 stars for location is that you need transportation or uber here. Nothing really in walking distance. But very close to all the parks!!

Rooms are very nice but things are functionally showing their age. (Shower head, knobs, patio door tracks etc) Housekeeping did an excellent job! Loved shipwreck sallys! Mini golf definitely designed for the small children but still not bad. Overall very nice and clean and most importantly, quiet.

⭐️ 1 Star — Not the Family Experience We Hoped For I recently stayed here with my two little ones, hoping for a fun, family-friendly getaway. As a single mom, I try to make trips like this special for them — but this hotel just didn’t live up to what it advertised. We booked after being told the resort offered shuttles to all Disney parks, which was a big deciding factor. Once we arrived, we found out that wasn’t the case. Traveling with kids takes planning, and it made our visit much more stressful than it needed to be. We also had people coming to see us who had trouble getting in because staff couldn’t seem to find our reservation, even when they had my room and building number. It was frustrating, and honestly a little embarrassing. Around the pool, lifeguards were on their phones instead of watching the water. I’m always keeping an eye on my kids, but when you have water slides and excited little ones, you expect safety to be taken seriously. The arcade charged our cards even though many machines weren’t working, and the security guard spent most of the time walking the halls loudly on his phone. At night, noise and strong smells around the property made it hard to feel relaxed or comfortable with my children there. I don’t expect perfection — just honesty, safety, and a place that treats families like a priority. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that here. I hope they make improvements in the future, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to parents looking for a reliable family stay.

We only stayed one day but no problems. 3 star for rooms is because you can hear everything. Would suggest getting a top floor room if you can. The amenities were good, for a day or two. Mini golf, paddle boats, pools, and also a bar for adults at kid pool which was nice for some in our group. Lots of restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute drive also.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay. We were in a 3-bedroom and we found the layout great. It's a 2-bedroom connected through the living room to a 1-bedroom. This layout allowed us to be together when we wanted to be but also to spread out. We were in a renovated unit which was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. One very minor suggestion which did not impact our stay would be to add more towel hangers and hooks in both the bathrooms and bedrooms. We found the staff to all be very helpful. Paul at the front desk was fantastic and helped make our check-in smooth. Everyone responding to requests via their text messaging system was kind and prompt and the bartenders at Shipwreck Sally's were also fantastic. We were there with two toddlers and they loved the little water park. The water was perfectly heated and there were several lifeguards who kept an eye on everyone. We had a great time and will be back in the future if in the area.
