This resort was amazing! Booked a suite the rooms were very clean, spacious, and fitting for a family, the view was great! The full kitchen and laundry room (washer and dryer) were a plus, always a great addition on vacation! The kids enjoyed the amenities, the water park was definitely a vibe! Perfect distance from Disney and centralized around a lot of places. The staff were very friendly, and helpful! The Valencia restaraunt was great for breakfast, on-site Starbucks was essential!! Will definitely recommend 10/10 and will be returning!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay here and despite a few little niggles we had a fabulous time. Check in was quick and efficient, we booked with Virgin Holidays so our resort fees were capped at 5 days. We were handed a few discount cards and things for around the resort given a detailed map and instructions to our suite, the check in clerk handed us our room keys and off we went. Our suite was easy to find, while walking down the corridor I was a little sceptical as they are very dated but i needed not have worried. Our suite was clean, modern and extremely spacious. We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite on the 7th floor of building 3, our extended balcony overlooked the entrance and lobby area and was fully enclosed with a bug net. The gym was small but had what I needed to get a workout in. Now for the negatives, the onsite shop is extremely expensive, you are better ordering a delivery from target or getting a uber to walmart, we did use the shop on 2 occasions for ease and used one of the previously mentioned discount cards to help lower the costs. We had one day where we stayed onsite as the kids wanted a pool day and it was very busy around the pool and at the waterpark, we couldnt find a seat when we came down. The room wasn't cleaned once whilst we were there (14 nights) we were advised on check in that it would be done at least once during our stay, the trash was emptied once and I left a bag in the hallway for collection one day. The toilet roll and kitchen roll was replenished in our 2nd to last day there. The most disappointing element for us was the shuttle to Disney and Universal. We used the Universal shuttle once, it collected us at 7am and we didn't arrive until after 10am, which would be unsuitable for younger children. We did make more use of the Disney shuttle but it rarely arrived at the stated time, and it didn't always drop off where you had booked to go luckily once on Disney property you can use the disney transportation to get to whatever park you want. On one occasion the bus that turned up was far to small for the amount of people who had booked on the transport and we ended up getting an Uber. The shuttle was the reason we booked this hotel as it was between this resort and one other that didn't provide one, knowing what we know now we would book the other one next time. All that being said, we have no complaints about the room itself and if we hire a car would absolutely use this resort again, but hiring a car wasn't for us this time

Rooms were huge and ideal for families so everyone has their own space. Had everything you could possibly need. On site shop is a bit pricey. Definitely need a rental car as its a bit out of the way but then so is most things in Florida. Hallways are a tad dated, and rooms could do with a tiny freshen up but it did tick a lot of boxes and everything felt clean and tidy. Handy location for some of the fast food joints and restaurants. Easy with a car, but you could probably grab an uber quite reasonably. Pools and grounds were all really nice too..some pools heated, one of them wasn't. Would highly recommend though!

We had a wonderful stay at The Grove Resort! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and made us feel truly welcome. Our apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The highlight of our trip was definitely the water park! The kids absolutely loved it, and it made our short visit to the Orlando area so exciting and memorable. Since we didn’t have time to visit other amusement parks, having the water park right at the resort was perfect and kept everyone entertained. We truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Orlando!

We had such a great stay at The Grove Resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and much bigger than we expected — perfect for families who need a little extra space to spread out. In room laundry was an added bonus. There was so much for the kids to do, which made the trip even more relaxing for us as parents. The lifeguards were attentive and professional, which really helped us feel at ease while the kids enjoyed the water. The absolute highlight of our trip was the FlowRider! There were two instructors helping the kids, and they were amazing — especially Eric Sauriel, who made it so fun and encouraging for them. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the kids had the best experience.
